This trendy Kosher spot has an adorable interior and it’s located in a really cute area to explore. We started off with the sampler plate, it had fried pickles, fried plantains, fried eggplant, and empanadas. It was very heavy since all of it was fried, but I definitely enjoyed the pickles and the various dipping sauces the plate came with. Next was the chipotle hummus with ribeye, it also had zucchini strips in it and pico, it was very tasty. The fresh and hot pita it came was was great! We also ordered the Kabab on an eggplant with non dairy yogurt and the gnocchi. The gnocchi was very flavorful and since we ordered too much we took it to go and enjoyed it later.

Such a cute little restaurant with amazing food! I stopped in for a quick lunch and got a shawarma pita, fries, and a limonada. The pita was delicious, the restaurant itself is so well decorated, and the staff were friendly as well.

Amazing food, decently priced, definitely try some of the more local dishes like Chipotle beef pita thing

Excellent Israeli-Panamanian food in the heart of Casco. Perfect for when you’re walking around the old city and your tummy growls. Get the salad, the eggplant, the hummus!

Lula Restaurant was a fun find in Casco Viejo. It has a funky, relaxed vibe and the food was very good. We ordered a burger and fries. The burger was excellent quality meat and cooked to medium rare perfection; the fries were just the right level of crispy and not greasy. We also ordered hummus with chicken shawarma. The hummus was rich and creamy; the chicken was moist and well seasoned with spices. Both portions were large. Service was prompt and friendly. We thought this was a great spot all around for a lunch break.

Good food but very expensive. Bill was similar in price to Kava which is much much more upscale.

best israeli food i have ever had outside of israel. hummus is amazing, pita is fresh and made in-house, and all the entrees have amazing flavor. on top of amazing food, the owner is so sweet and extremely welcoming. easily the best kosher restaurant in panama.

Every one of our four meals was superb. This was also the best fresh, homemade pita we’ve ever had.
