On aug 25th i got my keratin treatment done in charms i had aa worst experience there , on first day in 4 days of my keratin treatment my hair felt soo good i just loved my hair but later on while i done my hairwash at home i hair become wavy and frizzy when i called parlour and asked them they simply said i didn't done the hair wash properly and they asked me to come to the parlour once , i went there they hairwash and they acted as if my hair is all good nothing need to worry and again after 4 days i did my hair wash at home with all the products they suggested and i tried my best to do the hair wash but again after hair wash my hair became all frizzy and wavy and it is not at all looking like keratin treated hair im very much disappointed please think before you are going for the charms parlour , both braches are same worst braches ... 😓

Went just for waxing but had an awesome advanced hair cut. Perfect one.. Generally there won't be any difference but after the cut here in charma's there is visible change in my hair style

I am disappointed. Keeping in view of the pandemic, it is the responsibility of the owner to make sure that their staff wear masks properly. Today when I went for a hair cut, the girl who attended to me didn't wear her mask properly. Both her nose and mouth were exposed to me In addition to that, she didn't have any hair cutting skills. I'm no hair stylist but this I know that when you cut hair, your hand should be steady and you have to maintain one direction. This girl kept cutting my hair from both directions and her hand kept shaking all the time. And all the while she kept poking her fingers in my eyes. Charms, have your standards fallen? An utterly disappointed customer

Costed too much for nail extensions but didn’t last longer..From next day of service itself nails got broken…called them on this issue they told will call back but no response after that…Not at all recommended nail extensions here..

Charms always surprises me with their services.I have got biosoft(lyposouble wax) done 15 days ago and do not see any hair growth till now. This is very useful for somebody like me who do not visit parlour frequently and not at all expensive. Please do ask for lyposouble wax next time when you visit charms.
