Good place to eat and meet friends. Staff behaviour is good, they welcome you with a smile which is great. Good was good, and quantity is also great. Tacos were very good. IPL was going on and we enjoyed that with the drinks. All over a good experience.

In one word : delicous. We ordered Chicken skillet jambalaya ( with added prawns) and Lemon caper salmon. Jambalaya tasted good but the star of the show is salmon. Perfectly cooked fish with mouth watering crispy skin. Both the dishes were delicious and they will make you crave for more. 10 out of 10.

The only reason for 3 stars is the taste of food. It was not up to the expectations. I thought the place was more non-vegetarian friendly in terms of taste as the veg food didn't taste well. The staff was friendly and very attentive. Lovely ambience. Something that I didn't like was the dull glasses and crockery. It seemed like they were very old and unclean. Had better expectations. Food variety was good, better than the average cafes and bars.

I will always recommend you this place for hanging out with friends/family. This place will never disappoint you. Platters are on higher price range but the quantity they will provide that will never let you regret about anything. Ambience is amazing! The brand carries a lot of value even before you step into the place. The place has been talked about and reviewed so much on social media! The food is good, portion sizes are pretty decent for the price. Taste, ingredients and presentation are on point. Totally worth the money. What we did miss is entertainment. The canned music is boring (I have a better playlist on my phone :-P) They should have some live entertainment on a daily basis. Good place for a one time visit, but nothing exceptional.

Well this is not the first time I am visiting the Chili's, have always been their regular customer. Yesterday we tried 2 items from their new set of menu. One was the Chili Lime Shrimp rice bowl and Jumbo Prawns in Butter garlic sauce. The Rice bowl was quite tasty with a mix of freshly grilled prawns,rice,sauted veggies,salads along with a green chutney. The Butter garlic prawns were however Soul satisfying. Served with garlic bread , the garlic sauce was delicious with a subtle sour taste and the prawns were so fresh. Looking forward to try their other new items!!!

If you want to have good American food, then this is the place to be in South Kolkata. Located in South City Mall, this place is an absolute delight, with wonderful ambience. Steak with becon strips over here is one of the best in the town, which costs about ₹800 including taxes.

Normally I am a big fan of chili’s and have been to its multiple branches - one in quest and other one in acropolis mall. However my experience in south city mall was not the same. In terms of staff behaviour and all it was all good as expected but in terms of food it was not up to the mark. The fajita we got was burned for one also the some chicken steak which was not good either. Hope they appoint better chefs who are properly trained to uplift chili’s standard

Decent ambience and ok customer service. However, some of the food was below average. The mushroom soup and Paradise pie chocolate dessert were decent. The Boss Burger was well stacked, albeit a bit dry. But their signature wings were a let down. Not only did they not look like the image in the menu, they looked like the wings belonged to world's smallest chicken !!! Overall nothing to write home about.

Enjoy epic continental cuisine at Chili's Restaurant at South City Mall. Though a little tough on the wallet, especially for students, they can nevertheless satisfy their taste buds once in a while by gorging on pork ribs, chicken chipotle, giant burgers or even Southerwestern Cheese Pizzas. Drown it down with your pick among their excellent range of cocktails and mocktails. It's definitely a wonderful experience in itself, especially in the dimly lit ambience with cheerful music in the background.

The place at acropolis kasba is a really good place. The ambience is awesome. The service is really good. One should try the fried calamari platter with shrimps. The chicken wings are really nice if they are braised with BBQ sauce. The cheesecake is worth it, though they could less freeze it so the texture of the cheesecake remains intact and the creaminess remains. All over it's a very good place to dine out with friends and family

Tasted few dishes from the chilis menu in south city. The food is tasty but it's a little pricey. It's something you can go out and enjoy with friends during special occasions but not for casual eat outs. Hospitality is good but I would rate 8/10. The food is served fresh and hot. However, their extreme spicy is just normal spice/not spicy at all for me. Just to let you know, to be honest, their food will suit American taste buds afterall it's Mexican food. Personally, I prefer spicy Bengali food over this flavour but that doesn't mean I don't like it. I will definitely visit again but won't go regularly coz it's beyond budget😂. Recommend 10/10 for the quality of food.

Every food tasted amazing. Specially the mocktails and Quesidillas! The ambience was nice not the best I would say. Everything in Chili's was fantastic except the staff we got. That waiter named Gautam wasn't very attentive and polite. We had to wait 5-10 mins even for a glass of water. It might be due surge hours. Whatever the reason was we didn't liked the behaviour. Additionally, the 10% service charge thing shouldn't be there in the list. You guys can't force your customers to pay such thing. Moreover, in 2017, Ministry of Consumer Affairs gave a guideline saying service charges are voluntary not mandatory and If someone does this it will be considered as 'unfair trade practices'. This is the reason why I gave Chili's 4 stars and it didn't become as hot as Zolo peppers! Anyway, Chili's is more for its foods rather than such chaos. I wish you a happy dining there. Cheers mate!

Smoked wings were great(approx 10 pieces), but the oldtimer tenderloin patty(buffalo patty) burger was not good. The patty was too dry and tasteless to swallow. But the ambiance is worth visiting. This past weekend we visited this place.This was our 4th visit to this very same branch and 9th time overall in Chili's. We were warmly greeted. The ambience was good and their hospitality was very good. Now on to the food, just one word brilliant. The pizza and fries were all good. Even the cocktail was good. but the mocktail could be a little better, we didn't try desserts but next time we will surely. Overall we had a very good experience and looking forward to it for visiting again.

I’ve always loved Chilli’s. This was my first visit to their South City Mall branch, and have to say, it was equally good like the other one’s. Highly recommend you to try the Grilled Chicken Platter and the Southwestern Chicken Pizza. End it up with some chocolate cake. You’ll love it.

Perhaps the only time I was angry at my appetite for giving up so fast. I absolutely loved the place. I loved the ambience of the place, the courteous staff and most importantly the menu. It offers a range of options. Do try out the Mix Fruit Yogurt Smoothie. It definitely is one of the best I've tried in Kolkata. It gets it perfectly right. Also the Queso Lamb Burger is a must-try. As our server Ravi described, "It's crunchy and creamy at the same time". One of the best burgers I have tried in a really long time. The portion size is more than enough for two people, and after the Smoothie and this burger I was too filled and couldn't try out the desserts even though I really wanted to. I'll definitely go back to Chili's to try the Ribs and desserts. Chili's South City is a must-try place and one of the best places in Kolkata. A super easy recommendation.

Chili’s is one of the best restaurant to enjoy American dish as well as experience the one such kind of ambiance . We went Chili’s in south city Mall. Waiting time was less than usual time. We ordered Texas chicken wings bone in ,golden crispy fish and chips and grilled chicken leg piece with sauté veggies. Chicken wings was good but definitely the taste was not usual one in America. Fish and chips was the best out of all the items we ordered. Fish was so tender yet the outside was crispy. To pair up with that mayo dip with herbs was there that was awesome as well. Also it came with french fries medium quantity . Finally we had grilled chicken leg piece with the seasonal vegetables like broccoli , boiled corn , celery , mushroom and also mash potatoes in caramel flavour. It was healthy and yummy . In dessert we enjoyed the classic mojito in mint flavour.overall the food was too good and ambiance was something one should experience. We had a scrumptious dinner indeed.

There's no one to attend to us, unless called for, that too after 10-15 mins of our arrival. Nothing to say about the food, worst array of junk and deep fried foods on offer!! We took a triple non-veg platter consisting of 5 different kinds of deep fried whatnots, which made us feel incredibly bloated after consumption. The only thing that I found good was the passion fruit iced-tea. Else every other thing was pathetic!! If you're one of those sophisticated fine-diners like me, please don't visit this restaurant. Terribly disappointed!!

Chili's has always been a favourite of mine, I really enjoy the American fare that they offer. However, this particular outlet often does not have a few of my favourites on offer. Yesterday they did not have the non veg soup if the day and the cherry cola! The cherry cola is literally their signature drink! And this isn't a one off, I have been disappointed a couple of time before as well. We had the non veg triple dipper yesterday to start off, and the jambalaya, both of which where decent. The mango orange smoothie though tasted only of mango and not orange!
