The place is very good and easily spotted between two major cities, Surabaya and Malang. They serve the food with a good standard and have a similar taste everywhere. Just simply amazing.

This KFC building is semi-outdoor, so it’s not air conditioned. In this pandemic era, I think this is a better option to minimize the chance of virus spreading. The interior design is quite unique, like a mini castle. Though it’s a pity that now we’re not allowed on the second story rooftop area.

Pretty much like in other KFC branch. Difference is in this place the got super duper huge dining hall, but sadly a bit dirty because its semi open air dining hall. Chicken a bit smaller in size but the taste spot on. Staffs are friendly and service is quick.

This place have a different atmosphere than any KFC restaurant in area. The services has the same quality standard as all KFC's. But the open air cozy place would make your kids love to stay and eat here. Need to improve for the cleaningness. I found on spot area feels dusty and dirty. On the weekend this place sometimes would crowded. You have to extra passion to wait for quing.

One of the iconic place where people usually remember as a pin point, eat there and meetup. Close to the entry / exit of a highway to Surabaya. On the entrance of Ciputra Taman Dayu. Foothills Gate.

Cozy place, good service

Basically the menus, facilities, services, etc. is the same as the other KFC outlets in Indonesia, but the only differences are that this KFC is situated in an open air area so this place doesn't require any air conditioning but instead it uses cool, breezing winds from the nearby Penanggungan and Arjuno mountains (The Taman Dayu area, together with the entire Pasuruan region and the nearby cities and towns such as Malang, is situated between these two mountains, as well as the Bromo Tengger Semeru mountain range) so everyone else can enjoy their menu while being relaxed by the winds and the beautiful scenery of the nearby mountains. Another difference is that this two story building has an unique interior and exterior design based on the medieval Middle Eastern architecture (imagine the 1001 Nights). Anyway the service is great, the menus are appetizing enough to enjoy, but the improvements should be emphasized, especially in the terms of cleanliness, menu orders, etc.

I bought a crispy chicken burger but the bread was so hard because it passed long time. Horrible.

The food is as good as any KFC outlet and the service is fine. The place also has a nice atmosphere, clean, and well designed, BUT it has a semi-open design concept by the inter-province artery street, i.e. the dust and road pollution and traffic noise from the highway can easily reach the restaurant. IMO that's the only reason I don't give it a 5-star rating.
