Managers (2) who served in the counter didn't even bother to make a greeting to me and to the customer ahead of me. They also did not try to "traffic" us to the correct lane. Very poor customer service, not of McDonald's standards.

The ambience is little bit off. The food and service is good, the cleanliness must be improve.

The restrooms need attention. There are no toilet seats even tough a sign reminds you to close it. Hand dryer doesn't work and there was no soap.

Very nice and well kept place. It is clean and the staff are incredibly friendly.

just a normal mcdo experience nothing extra ordinary. visit this place for many times now and what i love about this branch is it is not that crowded. usually they will ask me multiple times about my orders for clarification purposes but yesterday it was perfect cos they didnt. i just have to ask for a straw because they forgot to put one for my monster float but still good, no harm done. staffs are friendly and the security guard is superb nice!

Ordered a meal. The double cheeseburger arrived uncooked. Thawed, barely warm meat. This wasn't a burger left out for an hour situation, it was not grilled at all. Absolutely disgusting and unsafe. Took a bite and swallowed by accident before I realized something was off. Be careful eating at this location, the crew is either not paying attention or isn't trained in food prep. Currently waiting to get sick from what I just ingested. 😒

Food is okay but sometimes service is bad.

Staff are not courteous at all! I thought I was a priority being a senior but, I have to go back at the counter to ask for my dine-in order, a simple breakfast meal, after waiting for 10 minutes. A crew even responded to me at the counter while at her back but never replied. Guess what, that was the only time they prepared my order. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Why spaghetti is not being serve early? We always go here after work. Since we're night shift we always dine here at breakfast. I hate it because shaggheti is not being serve unlike jollibee...

Nice place to grab a breakfast with parking lot...quite traffic almost everyday...sometimes we need to park during deliveries for mercury drug, since no available parking in drugstore itself..you will be forced to dine in to enjoy parking at mcdonalds😅

Super crowded on Friday afternoons!! Food was newly cooked and served hot, staff were very accomodating to follow up on orders and requests here and there. Oldies and kiddies make up most of the crowd here..

Normally I love everything about McDonald's! Still the best french fries,sundaes and Nuggets! But....my bad writing is for the inexcusable fact you CAN'T PAY CASH FOR DELIVERY FROM SKIP THE DISHES???!

Have u had a service crew taking your order and then stops you in the middle of that order and turn to another task nearby... and while you wait for another crew to take your order again the crew that didn't finish taking your order keeps smiling like she didn't even appear to be apologetic of her action? This is the experience we had in this McD site.. treated rudely by Danica and the Manager Trainee Vam..not to mention not being heard of your being mistreated by the Manager Jhaicelle.. yes, because we asked for her but she seemed to think that dealing with us is petty and asked for a Manager Trainee to show up instead.. Rude and not remorseful of their actions...that is the experience u have to deal with this McD site...
