This is my first time go mid valley pizza hut eat. And the service is terrible the worker don't make me feel welcome at all. Especially one girl worker. Treat us like transparent. When I asking for my drink besuase take so long for my drink to come around 10min to 15 min to me this is to long already just for my drink. Is the drink take so hard to make? After that I eat finish my food and I want to make payment.i at the counter look at her but she treat me transparent again she just past by me she just don't care but Infront of me got 2 more customers and I also can see the 2 customer also angry. She just don't care us until the kitchen worker come out see the Q. The kitchen worker ask the girl worker why you never serve them? The girl worker just walk away and smile. I hope the manager can do something about this bad attitude bad service. For my case I will never go again mid valley pizza hut.

Nice pizza set comes with a selection of sides and a drink. The service crew should buck up on their level of english. There were some issues in the order and the waitress could only converse in malay and in halting english. I mean this is a “high end” mall in JB patronised by many sinkies… pizza hut must really up your game. I later spoke to a Junior staff and he could speak really good englando. Well its either a hit or a miss… well i was satisfied with the food at least.

Service very slow. 2 staff only..not sure what happen to Pizza Hut across Johor... went to few outlet also same.. Nevertheless, the ice coffee very nice.. my all time favourite. Standard no drop... same goes to sell wings.. hehe The pizza ordinary...

The service from the Malay lady with specs is great, however seems like only 2 staffs on duty and doing everything! Food all is great.

You shouldn't on the song as loud as you want as this a a restaurant and you should have kept the dining experience and ambience soothing and comfortable. Blasting the malay rock music is not appropriate. I'm not being racist because I'm a Malay myself. So please kindly choose a proper music or no music at all. Thanks!

My friends & i arrived at Pizza Hut Restaurant @ Mid Valley Southkey JB on 23/01/25 @ 8.15pm. Here are the reviews! The metal barrier of restaurant wasn't pull down but none of their staff was standing outside the entrance for walk-in guests. There wasn't any display message saying the restaurant was closed as well. We seeked for our own table after entering the restaurant. Sat down & browse the menu for around 20 mins before we decided to order. Tried to call for their staff but none are available attend to us. Left us with no choice but need to walk over to the front counter for ordering. And that's when the staff told us that they're closed?!? Why wasn't there any display message saying that the restaurant are closed? And none of their staff stops us from entering or sitting down? Additionally, there was this staff serving a table who was sitting next to us when we're browsing the menu. But sadly, this staff didn't walk over to inform us that they're closed... Absolutely cannot understand how're their team are running this outlet.. Terrible & horrible service... 0/5 star if possible..

Manager here very nice and fast response as i accidentally click confirm order and request cancel immediately, she very patience to help even she is busy. The staff also very fast to prepare QR code when she saw me come in. Maybe can improve the manpower issue as only both of them on duty during weekend lunch hour.

Seriously I don't understand what kind of restaurant is this!! Is there any incharge or manager for this restaurant?? This is the worst pizza hut ever I've visited. We went there around 7pm for our dinner, and once we stepped in the restaurant ,all the tables were filled with dirty plates and the staff didn't take initiative to clear it. Even there's no customer in the restaurant also. There's only one table available so we took our seat over there. We was waiting for the staff to take our order more than 15 minutes, no one attend our table . But I saw the staffs having chit chat at counter and relaxing over there! What the hell!! Is this the way u treat ur customer? N the best part is after few minutes, one of the trainee from the restaurant came to our table and said that the pizza bread is finished and need to wait around 45 minutes to make a new one. Hahahahah there's no pizza bread in pizza hut restaurant ! first time I'm hearing this kind of explanation. Well , that's okay I will forgive that but the thing is why don't u come and tell that earlier to us instead of having chit chat at counter. We was waiting around 20 minutes like an idiot !! Seriously we were pissed off!! As an customer, I need to give an advice to the manager of this outlet! Pls Do Training to ur staff about how to handle the customer and brief them what is customer service ! It's really important to run an F&B business. U guys are adding service charge in the bill right but there's no service at all. Stupidity to the max! Atleast train them to do fast clearing once the customer left the table to keep ur environment clean ! Hope the management will take serious action about this issue! Anyway I will not return back to this restaurant anymore and those who are reading this comment, please be careful , don't simply go and waste ur time over there
