It’s been six months since I have joined 10 element gym. The place is kept clean and tidy and have all sort of gym equipment range. I have been taking personal training from balaji sir, he is quite good and considerate. He mixes weight training and functional to keep it more interesting, also advise wide range of exercises so that , gym session doesn’t get monotonous. Highly recommend 😊
