We have been to other shakey location and I must say the Trinoma location has better food. This location pizza crust was a bit soggy and also the pasta. Noodles should be al dente this is soggy and dry. Service however was great. Wait time for to go food is not bad considering it's Saturday night and they were packed with birthday celebrants. I would prefer to go back to their trinoma location for my pizza cravings.

45-50 minutes of pizza to be served and staff is rude. Food is not that great, chicken has blood on it with no gravy. We ask for 5 times to be given five gravy sauces for group of 12.

They have a park and order option. The waiter will come to your car to get your order. Order was fulfilled within a reasonable time. We ordered the vegan taco pizza. IT WAS SO DELICIOUS! Definitely a must try for everyone especially those on a plant-based diet. They forget to give us extra hot sauce.

Dined, 12AM with my family with 2 seniors. Not sure if staff is already tired. Everytime we need something, like the basics, gravy, dipping sauce, water or just need to call a waiter, i need to stand up and approach the kitchen releasing area. I did this 4x, my bro did this 3x while my dad 4x. Other customers noticed what im doing and majority of them did the same... its like u r dining alone here.. and waiters will not make eye contact when u call them. I wanted to complain but of course i cant, since they r handling our food. Our bill is very late as well and took a while to settle.

Food is absolutely terrible especially considering this is the flagship branch. The pasta noodles are still hard and sticking together when served.

Food is meh. Servings were small, while pizza and pasta both lack flavor. Was a big disappointment, as we were all hungry go begin with- coming from a volleyball training.

2nd time to eat at this particular Shakey's branch. The pizza is always great. Their thin crust is tops and they continue to develop new pizza flavors. On a Sunday, the place is packed. It was so 3 years back, it still is today. They seem to be understaffed, however. The crew try their best to keep up with the customer flow and delivery orders. I guess, since Shakey's brings in people especially on weekends, Management should try to add at least one service crew for better dining experience. No one maintained CR cleanliness as bins were more than full.

We had a large birthday party here. Everything was good however the fun zone arcade was very dissapointing. 75% of the games did not work. We we're dissapointing with that as it was our son's birthday party with around 100 pax. Management really needs to fix the disaster.
