KFC is a global company, its mentiri branch still remains the quality of the food, friendly staff. The taste a little different with malaysia KFC : less salty, for me this a good choice to take care of our health. Overall is grate.

I just want to complain abt the website, I order my food like 2 hours ago and my order still haven't proceed to be accepted. And when I try to refresh back I lose my tracking number and the order whole

Staff ignored my request for chili (she looked at me but ignored me. Waited at counter for 5 mins lol)

Slow preperation. Opens at 8 am but i come at 9, Almost nothing was ready even the chicken were limited, cashier was ignoring when i wanted to change coleslaw to mashed potatoes, honestly the worst KFC experience ever.

Service was slow to the max. Staff was rude. Non proactive staffs, just watched as the customers wait at their counter to get served. Understaffed to the point where the cashiers are the ones cooking and preparing for the food. Left out items from my orders. In conclusion, better to avoid this place altogether. Go eat nasi katok instead. You will be better off than waiting for 45 mins for your food and service.
