    Kamar bagus untuk penerima BPJS PBI, pelayanan kurang diperbaiki sedikit. Ibu saya opname di dahlia 3, pada tgl 14/15 februari 2023 tangan yg diinfus sakit, krna memang sempat lepas pasang. Kami juga memiliki kesalahan krna sring infus macet, kami mohon maaf atas itu krna memang kami bukan orang kesehatan. Karena rasa sakit itu kami menelpon prwat, datanglah prwatnya bilang "ni jalan infusnya katanya tdi dibilang macet" dg ketus , pdhal tdk mmprmslahlan macetnya, tpi sakitnya. mnrut saya bsa djwab dg "niki sudah mau jalan nggih infusnya, coba saya cek dulu yg mana yg sakit?" Kmdian dblang sma ibu saya tngan tdk bsa digerakan, diambilah tngan ibu saya oleh prwat, dengan kasar dibuka kepalkan paksa. Ktka sya mengucapkan trimakasihpun tdk digubris dg baik. Hri ini saya daftar kontrol lewat wa, tidak djwab dengan salam sprti slmat pagi, atau apapun itu. Djwab hnya dg mmbri jadwal sja. Saya akhiri dg suksma hnya diread saja. Perlu diketahui oleh tman-tman smuanya bhwa mutu pelayanan dalam rumah sakit itu sngat pnting, kualitasnya bisa mnurun krna plyanan, aplgi rumah sakit swasta, krna saya juga krja di slah satu prshaan farmasi negeri. Biasakan salam itu dan terimakasih. Misal awali dg "selamat pagi" bru dsmpaikan jwabnnya, dan akhiri dg "semoga sehat sllu" . Saya berharap rs ini yg mrpkan rs swasta trknal mnrut sya, bisa mningkatkan hal" yg sprti ini untuk kmjuan kdpannya. Saya tau prwatnya, tpi saya msih brsha bijaksana ya. Smga ditindak lanjuti krja harus balance ilmu kshatan fisil dg psikologi, jangan nnti pasien mngobati skit fisiknya malah mmbuat sakit mental yg baru. Istilah balinya ilmune harus nganten. Saya lupa menceritakan, ini ulasan saya edit di tgl 3 Maret 2023. Sebelum perwat yg ktus itu datang prwat sblumnya (prwat yg berbeda) juga smpat mmbuat agak sdkit kcewa. Waktu itu kali prtma infus ibu saya macet, saya tlponlah prwatnya, dsruh mnunggu. Krna lama dan darah sudah naik, saya carilah kesana. Saya lihat prwatnya yg agak montok itu sedang main hp diatas meja, kmdian sya bilang "permisi kak, tdi saya yg tlpon infusnya macet" kmdian prwatnya lngsung naruh hp dan makek masker tnpa ngmong apapun sprti kesal lngsung jalan menuju kamar opname. Ini prwat rumah sakitnya kirang belajar tata krama lagi mnrut saya.

    I have been there once....well for the money they wanted to charge me for paracetamol they could at least do some renovation. The administration (reception) needs improvememt, very slow, very lazy stuff.

    Service was very good and friendly, got the queue number and waited a while. After registering, go straight to the poly section you are going to, then put the paper in the box provided next to the door of each poly.     my relatives must be hospitalized suddenly, because of shortness of breath, we should have a first class, but because of full, we got a ward room, which contained 3 beds, the room we could fit contained 3 people including my brother, which I didn't the likes of this hospital are: 1. our room is very narrow, even when my brother's bed goes into the room, the other bed must be tilted 180 Β° 2.in our room, there is a fan facility, the fan is broken, and not cold at all . 3. This room has a small ventilation, which is covered by a fan so that the air is attracted through the fan attached to the vent, what happens if the fan is broken ..., and right, the fan is broken, we feel stuffy all day, and very hot, it's very uncomfortable. 4. When it was night, at the hospital there was an unpleasant smell, behind this hospital was a pig pen, and this was very disturbing. 5.The late Night service. i know its hard to have a midnight shift.but all work must be done in a professional manner, I feel that this hospital service is very slow at night, some older nurse are more patient with some patients like my younger siblings, even they able to chat, strangly, younger nurses are more impressed impolite, and always hurry. we were there for a few days, and I was very unable to withstand all the pressure this hospital accidentally gave me through its facilities.     Sungguh sangat kecewa dengan etika profesionalnya.. Awal mula tgl 4 juni nenek kami jatuh dan dilarikan ke rumah sakit wisma prashanti, saat tiba di igd, diberi penanganan dan di lakukan pemeriksaan radiologi.. Dari hasil rontgen, disimpulkan patah tulang.. Lalu kami di beri penjelasan bahwa nenek memerlukan tindakan operasi, kami di beritahukan bahwa tindakan tersebut tidak ditanggung bpjs, kami diberi pilihan apakah mau tetap melanjutkan tindakan di sana dengan biaya sendiri atau dirujuk.. Setelah berunding kami memutuskan tetap menggunakan bpjs dan memilih dirujuk.. Setelah dirujuk dan mendapat penanganan tindakan di rs lain, nenek harus tetap dilakukan pemeriksaan rawat jalan.. Kami mengikuti proses rujukan dan rujukan jatuh ke wisma prashanti.. Tgl 18 juni kami melakukan reservasi untuk pemeriksaan tgl 20 jam 1siang, saat menunggu dokter kami di wawancarai oleh perawat mengenai kronologi jatuh hingga tindakan.. Tetapi lama kami menunggu akhirnya di jelaskan bahwa kami harus kembali ke tempat kami dilakukan tindakan.. Kami bertanya apakah bisa dirujuk dari wisma karena proses rujukan bpjs yg berjenjang,tetapi kami di tolak,bahkan bertemu dokter untuk dilihat kondisi nenek pun tidak.. Alasannya karena dokter tersebut praktek di rsud tetapi kami memilih dirujuk ke rs lain

    Pelayanan dan fasililitas sangat memuaskan, cuma masalah masih tetap sama di bagian farmasi ngantre obat lama sekali, hampir 2 jam nunggu obat saja, selain itu tidak ada ruang tunggu jadi menunggu obat terkadang harus berdiri. Mohon agar secepatnya bisa ditingkatkan layanan di Farmasi πŸ™

    Bagus dokternya tp sayangnya klo ngantre obatnya lamaaaaa banget... Padahal hanya obat sdh jd dan bukan obat yg perlu di racik. Saran saya adalah jika sdh ada obat utk pasien walau menyalip no antrean sebelumnya agar dibijaksanai utk diberikan lebih awal...πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™

    kita pakai umum tapi pas masuk ugd mlah ditanya mau ngapain dan dliatin dokter banyak cekikian ketawa becanda bukanya di ruang ugd hrus tenang untuk kenyamanan pasien ,pas selesai priksa didiemin aja ga bilang harus nunggu resep obat atau gmn tolong ditingkatkan lgi pelayananya

    Rumah Sakit Umum yg bagus. Dari awal.. Cikal bakal & niatan didirikannya saya pernah dengar langsung.. bagus. Pembangunan dari awal sudah disiapkan dg pengalaman di banyak rumah sakit. Tempatnya strategis. Manajemen PT nya bagus, pasiennya banyak, para dokter spesialis bagus dan kooperatif. Sarana lumayan lengkap.
