Fantastic service, exceptionel guides, really meeting peaple on this diving center. Only to recommend, guides had good knowledge about the spots for seeing different kind of fish, for example mantarays and also a good sense of humor. Back on bali, not last time diving with these 😊

We absolutely loved Crystal divers! Alex Jacob and the rest of the team are fantastic, super easy going, helpfull and the most important thing for us when you are doing an activity like this they know what they are doing. You feel comfortable all the time, they are very didactic and train you to be a good diver. The diving spots are also incredible! I will definitely come back if I have the chance to do my rescue diver certification!

I recently landed in Bali on short notice and reached out to Crystal Divets to arrange 2 days of diving. My first experience diving outside Australia was absolutely fantastic. I'm happy that I choose to sign up for my IDC with Alex and Minni- I'm not gonna lie - it was pretty tough but exactly what we needed to succeeded the Instructor Exams. You already saw at the beginning the quality difference between the internal Divemasters and us, of the rest from all around the world. The quality of the training is so extreme high that you need to up your game by several 100% percent. When they are ready with your preparation, you feel like you have been reborn and ready to easily pass the exam. You receive that special training to learn techniques, mindsets and tricks that not only make you a better diver - you might become a better human over all. Overall me and my husband had a great experience both days at USAT and Nusa Penida. Jakob was an amazing guide, he always prepared us for the dive thoroughly and respected marine life and environment. The rest of the crew was also very friendly and helpful. My only issue was with their management's business policy having "hidden fees". For renting a long wetsuit (which you definitely need in manta point and crystal bay as water temperature was around 21 Celsius) they charge an extra 200k. It's technically written on the web page that equipment only includes short wetsuit and they justified it by saying that this way people who don't need it don't have to pay extra... I still don't understand why there is such a high difference between the cost of short and long wetsuits for the dive center and why people who get cold easier are being punished. They eventually agreed to give it to me for free for 1 day. The other unexpected thing was that they don't offer pickup from Sukawati. That is unclear from the wording on the website because local pickup/dropoff is included. I'm okay having to commute on my own, I would just clarify it better from where transportation is offered.

I had Hegi as my instructor and everything went smoothly and everything was fantastic. An experience that I will never forget! I will definitely come again and take more trips with them in the future. Thank you very much!

Crystal is great dive center! Jakob helped get everything organized for me for 2 days of diving, transportation afterwards, and helped me out of a pinch. It might cost a bit more than others, but it’s worth it to know they’re following all the proper procedures and you’ll be safe. Bianca was a great guide and they kept the dives on even when I was the only guest! Tulamben and Padang Bay were some of the best dives I’ve done! Especially doing the night dive! You’ll have no issues if you go with them

I have already contacted them via many different platforms, but have not received any response. Also called this week, was supposed to call back, but didn't happen. Very unfortunate and also bad for a 5 star Padi diving center..

I did a lot of research before choosing Crystal Divers for my childrens Open Water Course, and I can say that I was more than satisfied with my choice. Very focused on safety and with a true passion for diving they made the course, and the subsequent dives both safe and fun. I can warmly recommend Crystal Divers both for dives and for courses!

Took open water and advanced open water certification here. Really recommended, best services and especially my instructor, Greg, who has taken care of me during the course. For all of you who do not have any experienced in diving and would like to try diving, I recommend you to choose this dive centre.

We had an amazing trip with Crystal Divers. My wife went diving and my doughter and I went snorkling. We had three great dive spots and seeing the manta rays was just awsome. The guides are very professional, friendly and we always felt in good hands. Thanks, Selvie for taking care of Amelie. Everything was well organized by Crystal Divers. Pick up at the hotel, small group, delicious food and a super friendly team. Hopefully we will dive together again soon.

October 2023 we visited Bali and Crystal Divers to give our boy Milian, 10, a Scuba Diver certificate. Booked in advance through the very helpful and friendly owner Minni, Milian had (almost) peace of mind with the promise of a skilled Danish instructor. And we got that via Jacob, who confidently navigated Milian through a very long first day of theory and practice in the pool. The preparation from home helped, but it was Jacob's mediation that made the pieces fall into place. And then Milian slept well when he got home 😅 After a day's break, it was time for his open water training dive, which required a longer trip to the USAT Liberty Wreck (not bad with a big wreck on his first dive 😎 but a bit of a long trip). The dive went really well and Milian beamed when Jacob confirmed that he would probably get his certificate, and quickly answered all questions and concerns. After the meal, however, Milian became a bit unwell with a stomach ache and/or nervousness. Jacob was super patient and managed to push Milian a bit without going over his limits, but also respected that Milian finally spoke up. Exactly as he should 💪🏻 When we had to go on to Gili Air the next day, Jacob took care on the way home and in the evening to establish a referral so that another diving center could complete his course. It went completely painless 2 days later when Milian demonstrated a few skills in completed dives 2 in pure textbook style 😊 So now we are 3 divers in the family, and could very well come back another time - not least in 9 years' time when the youngest has to be certified as a Scuba Diver 👶🏻🤿 Very warm recommendation from here 🤙🏻😊

My girlfriend took an Open water course with Hegi as instructor. He learned quickly and was super happy about it all. On his final dive I joined (I'm already certified). It was absolutely fantastic and the employees were super nice and professional.
