Rooms are too old, ac is there but room is not clean. Bathroom somewhat clean. The hotel is not listed in any booking app so you usually pay much more than what's worth. But there are no good hotels nearby. If you have time, travel 9-10 KM's and find much better hotels with less money

No Dental kit or Shaving kit. No complimentary breakfast. Old rooms with ill maintened bathroom fittings so on. I booked a deluxe AC room and this was my experience!!

It is near to kunnamkulam new bus stand. 100 metre walkable distance from bus stand. Just behind the bus stand. Mini Auditorium, restaurant and family rooms are available here.

I hired the Hall with food for a small function. The food is tasty. But they serve very little food to the guests invited.they soo hungry for money..

I think the hotel was closed recently and they renovated and made a comeback the food is ok .Nothing Special to talk about it just a normal food that's all.

Rooms are really old. Cockroaches everywhere. Toilets are unhygienic and every room has some weird odour. Might want to reconsider before picking this place.

Bathrooms needs lots of maintenance work. No hot water for bath. Staff need lessons in hospitality for sure.

Was attending a function here. If you are not from the area you can miss it as it's not easy to notice from the road. The hall felt like it's not been maintained. Food was fine.

One of the best hotels in Kunnamkulam.

Just would like to share an experience of mine with this hotel. This evening I came for the hotel Liwa Tower and they were fully booked but the gentleman's at desk saw me and they recognized me from my last check out. I was too tired and exhausted due to my long journey from multiple means of transport. This people had not let me down which should be mentioned and they have sorted me a room which was not in a check condition. In couple of minutes my room was sorted and I was able check in rather than looking in for other hotel. Thank-you so much Liwa Tower Desk Team for providing ultimate customer service. I have 100% satisfaction in choosing Liwa Tower.

Function Halls are decent and average. Food is not so great and there is a delay in service. The staff are not so friendly. This location is situated exactly in the heart of Kunnamkulam

Good food. Though the biriyani water less in meat, but good in taste. I really loved it.
