I
visited
with
family
(parents
and
kid)
and
booked
this
place.
I
have
been
to
Guruvayoor
earlier
as
well
and
hence
had
an
idea
on
the
surroundings.
Starting
with
Mr.
Girish,
no
doubt
that
he
is
a
great
host
taking
care
of
all
the
smallest
possible
needs
of
the
customers.
I
am
really
thankful
to
him
for
the
same.
Even
all
family
members
liked
the
accommodation
and
his
hosting
nature.
Girish
stays
only
2
house
away
from
the
place
and
is
always
available
on
a
call
in
5
minutes
if
required.
About
the
property,
this
is
a
3
BHK
Villa
(1
BR
&
Kitchen
in
GF,
2
BRs
&
Lounge
on
1st
Floor)
along
with
Family
Lounge,
Open
terrace
sit-outs
and
garden
area,
enough
parking
space
for
big
cars.
Rooms
are
decent
is
size
with
attached
Bathrooms
provided
with
towels
etc.
All
rooms
have
AC
fitted
which
is
really
necessary
especially
people
who
are
not
comfortable
with
the
temperatures
in
Kerala.
AC
runs
directly
on
Power
and
any
power
outage
means
losing
AC
for
that
time.
We
experienced
few
due
to
some
tree
branches
falling
nearby
but
was
restored
quickly
and
we
didn't
feel
any
issues.
The
house
has
got
a
back
up
with
Inverter
and
takes
the
load
for
all
lights,
fans
etc.
Entire
house
was
clean
and
properly
arranged.
The
house
is
in
a
gated
layout
and
neighbourhood
is
full
of
greeneries.
The
neighbourhood
seems
to
be
nature
friendly
and
could
see
people
having
arrangements
for
bird
nests
etc.
as
well
which
explains
the
quite
serene
and
natural
surroundings.
Girish
has
taken
special
care
for
Babies/Kids
and
provided
Kids
Bath
Tub,
Mosquito
Net
etc.
We
had
booked
this
house
mainly
for
Kitchen
which
has
got
all
the
utensils,
plates,
fridge
etc
required
for
cooking
not
only
Kids
food
but
also
for
the
family
if
required.
Carry
only
the
raw
materials
and
rest
all
is
available
espcially
for
south
indian
style
of
cooking.
Beyond
this
any
food
requirements
starting
from
Breakfast,
Lunch
or
Dinner,
Girish
is
there
to
help
and
arranged
whatever
is
required
from
nearby
places.
Next
visit
to
Guruvayoor
with
Family,
no
second
thoughts
on
where
to
stay.
Last
but
not
the
least
about
the
location,
Location
no
doubt
is
a
little
far
from
the
Temple
(around
4-5
KM)
and
with
very
limited
commute
option,
it
really
feels
to
be
dependent
on
Girish.
Girish
has
one
Innova
which
can
be
hired.
He
also
has
contacts
with
Auto
folks
to
arrange
the
Autos
for
Pickup
&
Drop.
He
is
planning
to
have
some
self
drive
two
wheeler
which
will
really
be
great
option
if
started
and
Location
will
not
be
a
constraint.
Till
then
each
round
trip
could
cost
a
minimum
of
250
with
Auto.
This
won't
be
a
constraint
to
people
who
are
driving
to
this
place.
In
summary,
really
recommended
for
group
of
people/family
stay
assuming
that
Girish
is
already
thinking
about
the
alternative
for
commute.
