What a disgusting waste of money. Waited in the shop for 25 mins for 2 crepes. I asked for fresh cream, it came out of a squirty can !!!! The 1 crepes was over cooked and the other under cooked. It was horrible and they charged me nearly £14.00 for the pleasure. Never again.

Avoid like the plague. You'll be overcharged and questioned like it was your fault. Then told 'what do you want us to do' when you have a complaint about the food you wouldn't give your dog to.

Ordered via UberEats, took 3 hours to arrive and arrived melted (milkshakes) and cold (waffle); for context, we live maybe 2 mins drive away. We drove down to speak with them nicely about it, the nice lady heard our explanation and went to go and get a man who I assume was the owner. We explained again to him, said we understood these things happen and we're not annoyed, and asked for a refund or replacement. Immediately he was extremely rude to us "what do you want me to do about it?!". We ask again if he could please replace or refund the order; he starts ranting that he won't, and refused to refund or replace the food. Would not order again.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this horrendous place!!! Order it at 9:11pm for it to turn up 2 hours later, No answer from the restaurant when trying to call for an update of delivery. Our waffle and crepe was stone cold and the whipped cream was basically curdled never ordering from this place again!!

Fancied an ice cream so tried here for the first time, the choice of ice creams were amazing, i had the blueberry muffin ice cream and it was lovely, the staff were also very friendly and chatty too. Would definitely recommend this place to others😊

Wish I had read the reviews myself before even trying to order from here. Shocking service. If you want a dessert you may aswell make it yourself from scratch than try order from here. Phoned them to order (while girls were giggling in the background of the call) and an hour later still nothing, rung again and they said it was out for delivery… half an hour later nothing rung again said it had been delivered when it hadn’t so they said they’d send it again and conveniently now they’ve “closed” and still no sign. Don’t waste your time and order from somewhere else that’s worth it. Woman on the phone wasn’t helpful in the slightest and didn’t have the best attitude. Will never attempt to even order from here again!!

I think this was first ever five star rating in these days. We had few milkshakes, smoothies and cakes- all of them were amazing. Specially to speak which I have tasted among them (snickers milk shake and red velvet cake) are mild sweet and delicious. I never had such amazing milkshake. I would definitely recommend this place for milkshakes and desserts.

I’ve had numerous issues with this place. 90% of my orders didn’t get accepted because they “didn’t have enough drivers”. I personally think it’s because I live 4 miles away so they don’t want to deliver to me. One order went through and after 2 hours of waiting, when we got in contact with them they said it was cancelled. I’ve only ever had two orders accepted. The first order took hours to arrive, there was a mistake with our order but we still enjoyed what we had (they sent a waffle instead of a crepe). The second order we had took hours again and one dessert was completely wrong and a whole dessert was missing! We had ordered bubble waffles and were sent Belgian ones and also the toppings are half of what you used to get! The lady on the phone had disgusting attitude and we had to really argue to get our missing dessert sent out. She called us liars when we said we were also missing an ice cream for one of the waffles. Very expensive also for what you get, Awful customer service. Will sadly never order from here again.
