They're an authentic French place run by French people - they do crepes, waffles and lots of different drinks. I had hot chocolate (made using the in-house dark chocolate sauce) and it was really good! The crepes were all good. Get a crepe with fruit if you're going for a sweet crepe. If you want something crispy, get a waffle. The affogato was great, too, and they had a selection of tea that smelled really good. My hope is that they move to a bigger, quieter space with a bit more seating in the future - since seating is limited, do plan ahead!

Run by a Muslim French man from France, you can't get crepes more original in Langkawi except in France. This small shop on Cenang beach road, right after Cenang Mall barely sits 2 tables but has an abundance of crepe styles in the menu. You have choice of sweet and savoury. I had both. Sweet uses plain white flour and savoury uses a heavier buckwheat type flour to contain the proteins wrapped inside it. I had Nutella, baked almonds and fresh strawberries for sweet and egg, cheese and chicken slice for savoury. Both are good and the savoury is very very filling. I advise you share the savoury ones. A must try when you are in Cenang beach road.

Likes: 1. Large portions so one single plate can be shared by two people. Do not eat it on your own except if you are really famish! 2. Sweet and delicious. 3. Overlooking the busy road. 4. Wide-array of choices. Dislikes: A bit pricey. Hence, the sharing.

The pancakes and waffles are awesome here. Service was great too. The Staff and owners are really pleasant. Unfortunately place is really small so not that convenient for bigger groups. As a group of 9 we waited about 30 mins before we sat down. Was worth the wait.

A picture is worth a thousand words. We shared 4 pictures here, that's 4000 words at minimum then!! It tasted as good as the pictures. You just need to trust me on that! We adore its 'sustainability' practice and policy. Keep it up.. a small step to reduce plastic waste in beautiful #Langkawi

Delicious, but slightly pricey. Spend about 200 ringgit for entire family to enjoy.

All the waffles, salty and sweet crepes we ordered tasted so good. We purposely came with a very light dinner to try this and they didn't disappoint. Never really tried salty crepes before but both my kids (10 & 12yo) loved it more than the sweet one. Look at their plating, absolutely pretty with their chocolates shaped with music notes and Effiel Tower. Their homemade chocolate sauce was amazingly tasty. Only problem we had was that they are beside a kebab stall so the smoke kept blowing to us😟

MY French Factory offer the best dessert in Langkawi. We tried the waffles and crepe and we always go for the chocolate ice-cream or Nutella as topping. The coconut milk shake was pretty decent thou. We will definitely drop by again when we visit Pantai Cenang again in the future!

The foods is yummy. The place is bit small, so if u dont like to eat under the sun, evening or night maybe a good idea. By the way, to be honest the price is not for local.

A lovely small cafe which serves authentic waffles. We didn't get to try the crepes yet! I ordered something personalised, I like plain waffles with just vanilla ice cream. The chef made it look quite lovely. Recommended if you're craving for crepes or waffles 🧇 Their coconut milkshake was good too. Would have tasted better if fresh coconut flesh was used instead of dried coconut, but perhaps thats more sustainable for them. They use used Nutella bottles to serve the milkshakes, and serve them with a metal straw. That's perfect, for our environment 😍 thanks much!

Original crepes and taste like the ones I had in Paris. Waffle portions are big, suggest to share that. Everything from the menu was yummy!

A wonderful spot so enjoy delicious food, drink and watch the world go by! We had a savoury crepe and sweet crepe as a sort of main meal and pudding! Everything is prepared from fresh and is oh so delicious! The fresh lemonade is wonderful and huge bonus is served in a recycled nutelle jar with a metal straw 👏 the owner is very friendly and chatted with us for a while. Would highly recommend.

The waffle was crispy and soft. The coconut ice cream was nice. Apple juice is way too sour. The coconut milkshake was really nice. And lastly, the crepe was way too thin, I finished it with just 2 bites.

Outstanding! The best crepé I ever hade and I usually don't like pancakes so that says a lot! If you are two people that will eat I recommend to try one salty of your choice and one sweet of your choice and split half/half! (Make sure to choose one with cheese inside the salty one, very tasty!) Also choose a shake with maybe peanutbutter and banana or peanutbutter and chocolat (so good) or a shake with fresh fruit of the day. We went there two times in four days even though we lived 40 minutes from there the second time. It's also very good to go to Cenang beach while you are here. But make sure to not wear bathing clothes in the restaurant, dress casual with regular clothes! 😎👊🏽👌🏽

My mom have always wanted to come here and try the crêpes. And we finally made it to the little shop. Les crêpes sont très délicieuses. The owner himself made the crêpes ! Had a short conversation with him while waiting for the food. A very humble person from France. I had a very memorable conversation in French. The food is as good as the one in France. Should come and try this place out if you have not done so 😃

Wonderful crepe. I had the mushroom, cheese and beef ham. One was enough for a light meal. I wish it was a little cheaper. No AC- like most places in Langkawi. Service was great. I’d definitely recommend it.

Good good good. The food is made on the spot so waiting time was considerably long, the crepes, waffles are soo good. So manyy choices to choose from. Coconut shake is also reallyy good, not too sweet which is a perfect combo to the crepe/waffle. One of my fav dessert shops. But do note that the shop is small so it can get stuffy if there are many people.

One of my favorite french food, Crepe caramel. Can't believe there is one on the island of Langkawi. Eventhough we had dinner but still can't resist the buttery taste with the homemade salted caramel crepe. Love it.

Amazing crepes! We got a sweet one with a scoop of ice cream (number 11 I think) and a savoury one (with egg, cheese, and potato). I’d go for the savoury crepe if I were hungry as it is really filling but the sweet one is SO FIRE 🤌🔥🔥

I found my French factory on Instagram after searching for gluten free places to eat in langkawi. Me and my friend who are both gluten free were so glad to be able to find a crepe after traveling for so long. We both really enjoyed our crepes and are grateful we had the choice of a savory or sweet crepe as well.

I ate here with my family in Pantai Cenang, Langkawi. Seatings were quite limited. Need to wait like 15-20mins. Nonetheless!! The savoury crepes were so good (for savoury lovers). The waffles were so soft and crunchy at the same time. It’s balanced well. Would love to come again next time! Savoury Crepes (with blue cheese): 9/10 Banana Nutella Waffles with Coconut Ice Cream: 9/10

First time trying crêpe and I ordered a savoury one with mushroom and chicken meat. It was extremely good. Crispy and the portion was big (so I think it worth the price!). The staff who took my order was friendly and nice! He immediately came to help clean the table when I accidentally spilled my drink. If you couldn't handle hot weather, I would recommend you to visit after 6pm, when the sunlight has become weaker. I visited around 4 ~5pm, and my skin felt like burning when having my meal at the outdoor seat. Indoor seat was available, but it was also too hot for me.

Delicious crepes. We tried only the salty crepes G5 and G8, banana milk shake and hot greentea, a bit pricey cost us Rm68, but the food was delicious. However this place is so small it can only accomodate abt 18 seatings, situated right by the road side and pedestrian walk. If u like crowd its ok, u are the type for nice and quiet, this place is not. Service was quick and waiter is friendly amd helpful. Halal food, recommended.

Small cafe beside Cenang Mall with limited seating space. Staff is friendly and helpful. Service is good. Food is delicious with big portion and reasonable pricing due to the portion and the quality of the ingredients. The drinks were good (I love the refreshing Pink Lemonade, hopefully it can be served in a bigger glass next time 😘👍) We really enjoyed the savoury crepe (cheese, onion, mushroom and beef ham), sweet crepe (nutella with fresh strawberries topped with coconut ice cream) and waffle (homemade salted butter caramel with whipped cream). Overall we did enjoy our meal here. Would love to visit again when we go to Langkawi. Thanks for the awesome food 👍

It was pretty good, kind of interesting experience to eat traditional French food in such tropical climate, but definitely nothing was missing in terms of taste. They also had pink lemonade which is an additional upside.

  • 4/5 Amalina A. 3 years ago on Google
The owner is surprise surprise, French and the staff is very warm and casual. However, I recommend that you avoid this place during peak travel times because it gets cramped really quickly and the seats are extremely limited and service can get pretty slow when the staff gets overwhelmed.

  • 4/5 Ivy L. 4 months ago on Google
Overall, it's okay. however, the savory crepe had a slightly burnt taste, and I'm unsure if it's supposed to be that way, it’s just not to my liking. On the bright side, the banana nutella waffle was delicious.

  • 4/5 Sabrina 5 months ago on Google
The crepes are authentic, just like how I enjoyed it in France. Really missed it and made me so happy. I went for the simple honey and lemon crepe which really brings out the flavour and taste of the crepe - that’s how you know it’s wonderfully done. Will definitely return but hopefully at a more comfy spot because on a hot or rainy day, the space isn’t very welcoming for diners.

This is my favourite place to eat on the Cenang Beach strip. Savory egg/cheese crepes on buckwheat flour galette crepes are legit French food fare and with homemade salted caramel sauce and other choices, their sweet crepes are a must have. Seriously, check this place out!

  • 5/5 Naomi D. 4 years ago on Google
The food is delicious! I couldn't decide between a sweet or savoury crêpe, so I did both! I chose the cheese, potato, blue cheese, and caramelized onion for savoury. And, the simple butter and sugar with a sprinkle of lemon. The owner is as very friendly and delightful as the decor. A must-have when visiting Cenang!
