They have a chicken cluck sandwich. I believe that's the correct name. Lol In the picture it looks like cheese sauce. But it's not. It is insanely delicious!

We went through the drive thru and I specifically said NO MAYO. It was repeated back. Mustard.... No mayo. Now I'm home and I am unable to go back so there goes dinner. I haven't had one of these since high school and we rarely eat takeout or fast food.... How difficult is it to just NOT put something on something else??? Smh

Do not go to this location at night the service is terrible there is a 99% chance your order will take forever and be wrong. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

There was NO cinnamon & sugar on them...not even in the corner of the bag...very disappointed...I basically had fried donut. dough...I forgot to ask for my receipt so I couldnt even call them or go back 3 hours later.

Did you know when you sub one cheese for another they charge you .50 cents!!! Not right and they should tell you. Plus they still blurt it out to the cook. JBOX...you suck.

Came through the line. The drive thru workers were patient and enjoyed our goofiness with us. Our food was correct. I gave it a 4 star bc Jack in the Box needs to fix their speaks so people can actually hear what their employees are saying.

Jack, thank you for keeping salad on your menu while McDonalds and Sonic have removed all healthy options. I do not like the change you’ve made to the grilled chicken salad. It used to be so good. Looking for new quick salad options now.

This location on Sublett Rd in Arlington, TX, has the best customer service. The food is always very tasty and made fresh. They have the best egg rolls I have ever tasted. I have been a customer for many years.

Enjoyed the food, the order was mostly complete. Once brought to the staffs attention, it was remedied immediately and without issue.

Not sure why, but with an opening time of 6am, at 6:20, this JitB had all it's lights out, and was clearly closed. Curiously, there was a single employee who watched me drive by from near the front door.

Forgot 2 items out of my order and no answer when I tired to call, guy in the drive thru seemed like he hates his job and didn't even say anything other than what the total was not thank you, you're welcome, nothing
