Apartment complex Apartment building

😠 I’ve been living here since December and so far it had been super disappointing. Cars are constantly parking in reserved spots and don’t even bother calling the tow company they never get here in time to actually tow anyone. Water is always being shut off, it has happened more times than I can even... People often mention apartment, complex, water, time, lease, issues,

I’ve been living here since December and so far it had been super disappointing. Cars are constantly parking in reserved spots and don’t even bother calling the tow company they never get here in time to actually tow anyone. Water is always being shut off, it has happened more times than I can even remember.there is always some kind of repair or maintenance being done throughout the property. The mail room is a mess, broken boxes and mail scattered. There is mud and rocks everywhere. I constantly have to toss rocks out of my parking spot to prevent damage to my car. The gates have never worked, so anyone can get into the complex. I was told that they were working on them getting fixed when I signed my lease. Just overall not a good environment, we will not be renewing our lease when the time comes. You can find better for the same price elsewhere, don’t settle folks. Update as of 9-18-23 There has been a shooting in the complex, no email or notice to update residents about what occurred. A apartment building was stuck by lightning and has to be evacuated due to the fire, it’s is still sitting abandoned with half completed repairs for a few months now. No email or update about that. The gate still does not work. The water has been shut off multiple times through the year. We haven’t had water since last night so we can’t even brush our teeth or shower. This has been a problem that cannot seemed to be fixed. In the middle of summer the apartment air conditioner can’t keep up so the coldest it gets in here is 85-90 degrees. All this has happened in less than a year . We pay around 1600 in rent which again, not worth it. Update as of 10/18 Water has been shut off again. It was restored but now we have no hot water. Unfortunately this means cold showers. 11/7 they started construction in the unit that burned down and blocked all the reserves carports on that side. The solution? Re-assign everyone’s spot not once but twice, no heads up just a - oh this is your new carport. And we stillhave to pay for it . Mind you these new “temporary “ spots usually are already used by other residents.

Here are some issues I have encountered in my 13 month stay. Cleaning Fee: Prior to moving in, I paid $150 in cleaning fee. Upon arriving, I was disappointed to find the apartment was in very underwhelming condition. It did not seem any cleaner than I would expect moving into any apartment, without having to pay any cleaning fee. Misleading advertisement: Prior to signing my lease, I toured an apartment as this unit was said to be under renovation. I am not exactly sure what was being renovated as all appliances were visible. Everything is old and just seemed to be painted over. It was very underwhelming. Pest: A big indicator to me that no extra cleaning took place was the roach infestation. I spent months vigorously cleaning everything. Even after several treatments and always cleaning everything, they were still here. I was always anxious as they would get into everything. It is ultimately the number one reason I will not renew my lease. I have been very concerned, not just about my items in the apartment, but most importantly, my health. In my less than one year here so far, I have gone through over 200 sticky traps not even counting the number of roaches I killed as they were crawling around. It was a danger to my physical health and detrimental to my mental health. Water Shutoff: The water was always getting shut off. The communication was okay, but it was always very inconvenient. No water was provided during this time to help the burden residents were facing. Lights cut off: The lights went off several times. Often having to throw out what would have otherwise been perfectly good food. Okay rent price, but I am so glad to be gone!!

This apartment is just getting worse, this is my second year here: 1. Water issues almost every single week. We've not had water since yesterday and my kids had to go to school dirty today. 2. Loud music past midnight almost every weekend, unable to sleep. 3. Gates not functional, back gate closed. Security issues in complex At this point i'm just waiting for my lease to end and move out.

I had the unfortunate experience of living in this apartment complex, and I can confidently say that it was the worst living situation I've ever encountered. I wouldn't even give it one star if I could help it. First and foremost, the water supply was constantly cut off without warning. It was beyond frustrating to come home after a long day and not be able to take a shower, wash dishes, or even flush the toilet. The trash situation was absolutely appalling. The dumpsters were overflowing, and garbage was scattered everywhere. It not only looked unsightly but also attracted pests. The stench was unbearable. The apartment complex was a smoker's paradise. I could never enjoy fresh air because the hallways were constantly filled with the foul smell of cigarette smoke. Not just that the smell will follow you to your apartment from the vent. And let's not forget the never-ending pool parties. While it's nice to have a pool for relaxation, these parties turned it into a chaotic mess. In summer time, parties kept going until 4 am. In summary, this apartment complex is a nightmare. If you value a reliable water supply, a clean environment, and a peaceful place to live, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. It's a shame that I wasted my time and money on this place. The management is friendly and approachable, but there's room for improvement in addressing some of these ongoing issues. On a positive note, maintenance requests were handled promptly and efficiently, which was a welcome aspect of my experience. It's a shame because I had hoped for a more pleasant living experience.

Move in was easy. The unit was in good condition and maintenance attended to our requests quickly. Neighbors are nice and it’s pretty quiet. Haven’t had any parking issues. Overall a great experience. Thanks Nancy and Maria for helping us get settled here :)

Nancy was amazing and helpful. Couldn’t have hoped for a better leasing agent. The customer support was beyond our expectations and glad we chose these apartments.

The Good - management staff extremely friendly in person. Fast maintenance response to issues. New property management is doing a good job of updating property, but it takes time. They have added dog park, all new fitness center, parcel lockers, and updated units. The Bad - moving here from out of state it was virtually impossible to get anyone to answer a phone or call back, with that said they do respond to emails. The complex is an older complex but is being maintained. Pest control needs looked into. Had some roaches when first moved in. In process of sealing entrance points myself. Ill update review after being here longer, just moved in, and if pest issue is isolated incident and not a major problem
