Jay Pribble is hands down the absolute best. We love him & how detailed, sincere & wonderful he is! The ladies in the front are always sweet & helpful. I love that Christina knows exactly who we are. It makes us feel like people & not just a number. The nurse is not what I consider to be as great as the rest of the team. She has been very rude to not just me but my husband. She acts as if she is can’t be bothered with what we need. It has put a very bitter taste in our mouth. I just hope she isn’t representing our wonderful Questcare Arlington family in a negative manner.

Always a pleasant appointment no matter the reason visiting this office. All of the Dr O and Dr J are fantastic at their jobs, they’re caring, sincere, so a really good job taking care of others. and The entire office Lupita, and all staff are ALWAYS on it!!

Dr. Pribble is the doctor that each and every one of my family members use. He is nothing but amazing and kind. He wants nothing but to help you and he doesn’t judge. I respect him so much for the help he has given me in the past months, if I could give 20 stars, I would!

Amazing staff, super sweet! Hardly ever any wait. Pretty good on getting paperwork completed as quickly as possible. Dr. Jay is amazing, caring and shows his compassion every visit.

Every time I go I am greeted by the staff & by the time my visit is over my needs have been met. Everyone is always professional, kind, & courteous. The staff at Questcare have become family to my family & myself. I’m grateful for everyone there and will continue to refer family and friends.

Everybody here is very professional, respectful, caring, and helpful. Always willing to listen, understand, help, find options, and answer questions you may have with patience. All the areas, front desk girls (Christina, Lupita), over the phone, nurses (Michelle), phlebotomist, and my doctor, Dr. Pribble, he is the best! Very caring! I don't change my clinic nor my doctor! Always a great experience! God bless them all!
