Wrost service ever i seen specially the two ladie receptionist they don't know how to talk to customers

Hai all.. I had attended 2 times GAMCA medical from this hospital for two different countries.Both times they send for re medical, they are saying X ray issues.I have consulted a pulmonologist and shows the X rays,as per doctor advise no issue at all.After a long process and time wasting they given me both case fit certificate.Its tough to get fit certificate from first approach.

Never felt the experience here like the comments seen. They are genuine and follow their processes. They gave me complete details of the process at the start itself. Certificate was issued on the same day.

Customer is a king but, for them they are donkeys. Reception staff are exploiting the fact that there are limited hospitals to take medical for GMC

I hope the hospital management addresses this issue promptly, as it would significantly enhance the overall patient experience and reputation of Western Hospital Calicut.

Good service.. I didn't notice anything that are mentioned in the comments of 'low rating' ; polite and friendly atmosphere Guidance were given from the beginning of the medical, from the time of passport submission. Only drawback I felt is that Gpay or card transaction are not available (expecting that will be solved in coming months)

My friend registered here for medical test, we both tried to contact them but they are not responding at all...

Bad service.. not responding phone calles

This place is an epitome of everything thats bad humanity has to offer in a hospital. Its a breeding ground for arrogance and a cesspool filled with ignorance. One could replace the staffs with a swine and it would be more kinder and considerate in comparison. Understand you are a hospital the first three things that should be itched in your lazy staffs are kindness, consideration and patience.

I have heard and seen lot of negative comments about the staff in western hospital. What I have experienced was great.The staff out there were very cordial right from the beginning explaining us what documents were required. Reports were also received on time Overall very hygiene and cordial atmosphere.

One of the best service! I had a great experience at western. The place is very well maintained and clean. Doctor and other staff members are very professional and polite. Every step of the procedure was explained to me very well and also it was less time consuming as they have a very good format of attending people
