STAY AWAY GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. Money hungry and misleading staff and management who’ll try their best to shift blame on different departments of the hospital. They will give false estimates and charge more than the estimate then refuse to either clarify or justify the bills. The management, specifically “Hospital Manager” as the person described themselves, was extremely rude and constantly to trying to shift blame and talk unprofessionally. During my time there, this problem with different estimates and bills caused 3 other people the same issues. They’ll charge you fir TPA rates and even when you tell them you don’t have TPA they will increase the bill saying “now pay cash for the TPA rates, I don’t care how you do it”. Go anywhere else and save your hard earned money and your valuable time.

My Mom was admitted here in March 2022. She was diagnosed with Cancer and getting her treatment. She went their on her own legs, and never made out. The review isn't about her disease. It's moreover about the carelessness of Docs and Nurses. You call Nurse for back to back 5-6 times, but they won't appear. When they do they walkin with Attitude. As if they are they are doing some favour. Most importantly, after initial treatment, my Mom was transferred to ICU whereas Dr.Deni had assured the treatment would help with 90% with the risk of less than 5%. In ICU they treat patients like animals, you aren't allowed to see them even for 5 seconds. Fortunately somehow I managed to see her, and she started complaining about the staff and the bad behaviour. She actually pointed at several staff with their names, and told us about getting the bad treatment. Later we got her transferred to individual ward/room. Whereas the Nurses and Doctor visit/requirements were pathetic. They were never on time neither care about anything apart from asking us to pay the dues, or renew the insurance. Unfortunately she passed away there, later Dr.Vikrant who was on duty that night, didn't come on time, as he was sleeping. Later in the morning didn't file the demise report on time. Resulted about 12 hours delay in getting her body shifted to Morgue. And then delayed the release. He is one of the arrogant Doctors there. Make sure to not let him attend your family/friends if required. When she was getting shifted to Morgue, the staff were unnecessary hiding her from us, and out her under waterry cabinate instead of Frozen. Next morning so called authorities shown their agression towards the resposible staff, however we knew it was an drama/act. P S. : IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL. DOCTORS AS WELL NURSES AND THE ENTIRE STAFFS ARE SUPER CARELESS.

Very bad experience.. I went there for platelets donation for a cancer patient and the experience was the worst.. At first the staff wasn't professional as when they tried to collect sample blood instead of taking it from the vains the person literally injected it 1 cm away in muscles and i did felt that, post that i call the seniors and they provided me the further assistance. And the platelets count on machine wasn't accurate as they did it manually later on. Staff behaviour was also kind a rude. I don't suggest to go there at all.

Treatment can vary for person to person however, they will rob u in few days from ur life's savings. In my case bill breakup for a day 1.25lk 1. Tests which r 5 times average cost 50k. Also, not required 2. Expensive medicine given 30k These private hospitals get commission from tests and medicine and loot people and take advantage of situation

Giving treatment is one thing. But the most important to post treatment is caring the patient and literally they did awesome. Very much experienced Dr. Amar Bhatnagar , and also a special thanks to Dr. Deepak . These guy's are literally next to God. One of the best hospitals in delhi. Best in Cancer treatment.

Worst Hospital for Cancer treatment. Doctors are rude and if you have little knowledge do not visit this hospital. My brother didn’t get the right treatment and they didn’t behave nicely with my sister-in-law.

This hospital have good treatment but I'll suggest you to go here if you have REALLY deep pockets on you..the hospital management is too greedy, we went here every week for chemotherapy for 5 months , every time they admit us for ₹5000-10,000 and when we had to admit the patient for a low BP and a little deficiency of pottasium they pulled up an estimate of 60,000 and asked to pay 50% advance on admission! And later when we pleaded they came down to just 5000!! As if they want us to suffer and beg for mercy... Besides this, the hospital is short on staff, nurses are hustling all the time and still not getting things done on time. When we enquired one of them we got told about understaffing situation... Discharge takes 2-3 hours after submitting the discharge summary, pre-planned admissions on an average takes 4-5 hours (and I have been there for around 15 Chemos so i know it's not a one time thing). Many rooms in BMT ward doesn't have a proper resting furniture available for the patient companion (not being a patient doesn't mean that we can spend 24 hours on a plastic chair!) They say companions are not required in BMT but we can't agree to leaving our loved one alone in a scary place like hospital with a scarier disease like cancer. Lastly, the doctors are good at treatment I.e. eradicating the disease...but are poor consultants, you won't feel assured talking to them..I know the doctors are not meant to be great communicators, but when you can not TRUST your health care provider TRUST ME things get real ugly and difficult for both the sides. I have been to Fortis Noida for another family member, not once but three times for different cancers(same person)....things were way more smooth there.

This hospital is one of the worst hospitals i have seen in Delhi NCR. Their charges are as big as a five star hotel and services are as low as small clinic. No good doctors. No proper services and charges are just too high even for a single room they take nearly 12k. Beware, Avoid this hospital and go somewhere else. Worst place for your pocket to go to this hospital. 2 days they took more than 50k for basic sugar control treatment. They will admit quickly but hardly see any doctors visiting your patient ...

The services that I receive from dharamshila is excellent. Dr. Suman Lata Nayak and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to family and friends Dr. Suman Lata Nayak is really incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient! As my case was so critical because I am the patient of both nephro and cardio, in spite of this she was ready to take my case and also assured me that I will be allright my kidney transplant surgury has bene done in the direction of dr. suman Lata nayak done by surgeon dr. Vikas jain a wonderful surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. Now my transplant has been done and I am really good , feeling well and totally recovered Thanking to the doctors and hospital staff to change my life and gave me a new life You are all a god for me Thanks a lot

I am Mrs Rekha Sharma, age 70. On March 25th, 2022 I was admitted to the emergency of Dharamshila Narayana super specialty hospital due to a Massive heart attack. I was under the able care of Dr. PK Nayak who did life-saving Angioplasty because Angiography revealed 3 blockages. After utmost care and Medical help from Dr. PK Nayak, Dr. Sudhanshu, Dr. Kasim, and all the CCU nursing and assistance staff I was discharged in good health condition after 15 days. Happy to report I have undergone one more smooth angioplasty under Dr. PK Nayak. Narayana Hospital is very well equipped to handle Cardiac emergencies 24X7. A clean healthy environment, well-mannered staff, and Caring and quick responding medical staff are a specialty of this hospital. Thank you, Dr. Nayak.

Please do not even think to visit..all review are true, money minded and careless. specially Radiation & Chemotherapy dept..curing like following a book..not experienced at all..ignorance in reading reports and consultation upon side effects of therapy..it should be advanced cure..they just wait for reactions of therapy so they can make more money..beware if you are going you will be like ATM for them not as Patient...this may be the reasons why this Hospital been sold for three Times..

Do not visit this hospital, if you want to save your finances and your beloved ones. Because this hospital is only for money. This is my personal experience for my father surgery and further chemo radiation. After surgery for every visit they had charged doctor consultation + medical equipment from outside+ gloves for touching the patient. We have to buy and give medical gloves as well from medical store to nurse and doctor. Not a single thing hospital will take from there side. Also after routine checkup and if they had done any dressing that day and after moving from hospital you have reached home and the patient not keeping well then they will again charge you for consultation and all new medical equipment. It's a big business making hospital do not visit...!!

My only question to anyone reading this review is - How would you have rated/reviewed a hospital where when you walk into an emergency ward there are no wheelchairs and stretchers available. Not even an attendant who can arrange one for you? All they have is a security guard who doesn't even have the courtesy to offer his seat to an old woman who is not even able stand or walk (my mother unfortunately) the seat for 5 minutes, while I am running around to find a wheelchair for her. The staff at this place is inefficient, clueless and keep running around like headless chickens making me think why did the chicken cross the road (unfortunately the chicken is me this time to have decided to take an ailing patient to such a place). I thought getting out of this place would have been a easy thing but they made that too as my most unforgettable experience. While I was trying to get an estimate slip (there is a big fraud around this which I will be reporting to the concerned authorities) for a surgery procedure, my mom is approached by an attendant and asked to vacate the wheelchair. When politely told that we are just waiting for an estimate slip and we will be going out in few minutes a supervisor/PR person comes and asks to vacate it in a raised voice that they need it for a patient in emergency. I will never take any patient to this hospital even if it's the last hospital on earth. I would prefer to die in dignity than being subjected to such an apathy. My prayers to the almighty that he has mercy on his offsprings and are not in a situation where they have to go to this hospital.

No valet parking. One has to park outside the hospital. One needs to have another attendant just to ensure that patient is taken care of, while one is locating a parking spot around the block. So much of a hassle with seniors and those unable to walk on their own. All parking is for the doctors .. no concern for the patients. VIP culture of its own kind!?
