I learned so much here at APCA Philippines. It's part-time sessions but all the Chefs here are very generous with tips, knowledge and techniques. My pocket from this class? A lot! I gained new friends that even though we have different professions, we became a family that gets along at LUNCH. 😂😂 Kidding aside, I will miss this batch of ours, it's not perfect but it has team work. I will miss the Chefs and Faculty members. Because apart from always being with us at our buffet lunch 😅, they have also become our friends. So much for assisting and understanding ❤️. Even if I want to work full time, the powers that be can't handle it 💪🏻. During my visit to the academy, interacted with few students doing advance diploma. They were all upbeat about the style of teaching, full fledged infrastructure and visit of the Master Chefs. I could see amazing energy floating around in the school which goes on to show both teachers and the students are enjoying what they are doing. 9 months ago, I made the decision to enroll in Pastry school..and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Specifically, enrolling in APCA Philippines. I’m so grateful to be part of this institution that caters the best Pastry arts program in the Philippines, with chefs that go above and beyond to give us only the best in their craft. Not only have I gained immense knowledge but I’ve also gained friends and classmates that could last a lifetime 💝 With countless opportunities ahead of me, I’m so ready for the next chapter.

If you're looking for a great pastry school, i would highly recommend APCA Philippines. The classes are fully hands-on, the chefs are one of the best i know in the industry and staffs at school are very accommodating and approachable to the students. Enrolling into this school was worth it. You get to learn from the best and meet new friends.

Before enrolling at APCA, I was only learning baking through videos from the internet but the things that were taught in school are those that I will not learn online. The caliber of education we were able to get and the output that you see from our presentations are really worth studying. APCA will give you the most value for money specially with the quality that you get. The 12 weekends we spend at APCA were one of the best weekends I have aside from the education its really the community and friendship you form with your classmates is what you will carry through out your Pastry Journey. I’m excited to practice what I learn in class and hopefully share it as well.

When I was a child my dream job was to be a Chef when I grow up. When my mother left us when I'm 7 years old, I thought there was no life because there was no one to teach me, neither of us. But then now I'm older I entered the Travel and Tours Business and then last year I suddenly thought why not I pursue my dream of becoming a Chef then I have a client who often posts her baked goods I asked her where she studied ? Then she recommended me APCA PH. I inquired and then I met Sir Yohan, the Admin. 🧑‍💼 He is so accommodating, kind and very helpful in every question I asked. Then I enrolled About APCA Chef Teachers 👩‍🏫 🧑‍🏫 Chef Verg, Chef Dana, Chef Anthony and Chef Gaythel, Chef Gian they're very kind and Professional. You will be taught until you get what you are doing right. But there's 1 Chef in there who is very impatient. She shouted at me during our Wedding cake Class because I was so excited to copy what she's doing but it's okay I think that's her way of teaching. But it's not nice to shout at a student, especially an adult. About APCA kitchens. It's amazing 😻 they have all the equipment and ingredients we need for baking. And the good thing about APCA is that they don't skimp on the ingredients, all the ingredients are premium and super quality. So we get the right taste of what we bake. Everything is super yummy. I got fat there 😂 About APCA Staff. They're all very polite and friendly people. I like Sister Jen and the other Sisters. The guards too I am now Graduate 👩‍🎓 With the help of APCA PH I am now going to Singapore 🇸🇬 for Work in a Pastry 🥐 Industry Thank you so much APCA PH More powers See you again!
