Many times I went there many of the products are expired or less then 30days to expire have a look , speak to the. Staff do nothing ,we look into ,this is the management problem, DTI should be told of this , Big shop means you can do it

We shop at S & R San Fernando (Pampanga), S & R Angeles City, but we really enjoy shopping the most at S & R Cabanatuan. Although it is smaller, the product selection is always very good and available. Once, when we needed three (3) split type air conditioners of a particular brand that they did not have in stock, the warehouse manager (Oscar at that time) called the other warehouses, found our three units, and had them shipped to Cabanatuan where we picked them up. We shop S & R primarily for fresh meat. I want to give special mention to Supervisor Joseph, and meat department associate Erwin for going out of their way to find and bring out the special cut of meat that I recently needed that have been sold out at the display case when we came to shop. Most other warehouses associates will just tell you that they are out without even checking. It is this customer service philosophy from the management down to the associates that makes S & R Cabanatuan stand out. Keep up the good work and be the best warehouse in the Philippines.

I feel like I'm inside costco in California whenever I visit S&R. Almost everything that I need from costco USA is available at S&R Cabanatuan. I am very satisfied. Thank you 😊

I find their new policy ridiculous — not allowing tumblers inside even if you’re going to dine in. I asked why and they said it’s because outside food and drinks are not allowed. I understand you can’t bring food and drinks like sodas in but water inside a tumbler? Before they used to allow it and they just put a sticker on your tumbler since they sell tumblers hence understandable but now, tumblers are completely not allowed. What’s more ridiculous is that according to the staff, you can bring bottled water inside, as long as you’re not using a tumbler! How’s that for caring for the environment?!? What’s more, then they are breaking their first policy of no bringing of food and drinks.

Excellent meats and a large selection of imported goods in large-size packages. It's a once-a-month place to stock up on Western food (and drink, by the way -- large selection of spirits). Also a good selection of home furnishings like sheets, folding tables, and small appliances. It's not inexpensive, but the quality is generally very good.

Still the best membership shopping with a huge variety of quality items. And of course the pizza, the price is good for its quality and servings.

Appreciated the shaded ground level parking (basically ground floor of the bldg) and the powered ramps which made it easy to bring carts to the parking area.

I worked as one of the pioneers of SnR wayback in Fort Bonifacio where it was srill owned by an international partner. I must say that they were able to retain some of the major labels from the US. We visited this location since we were in town and the only downside is that there are no senior citizen accessible stairway with railings, some items are pricey compared to other stores. I'm very familiar with all of the brands that SnR are getting from the US. Overall, nice place to grab all your usual US products, good customer service on front end, mechandising staff should be more attentive on what customers are looking for... clean store, cleant comfort rooms, some polishing on category management, lifestyle displays are cluttery...just need some tuning so it would really look like a "lifestyle display", no offense.

I spend more time at the cashier than I do shopping. There is no discernable record system for discounted items.

By far the best S&R I have been to in Luzon area. Aisles are organized and everything was accessible. Even the bathroom is spotless and all stalls have toiletries. Food is great and staff are quick to clean tables immediately.

Each one is 90% the same...the 10% is in fruit and other foods. One downside is most don't serve mustard with their hotdogs. Had to get help from their food court manager to get some...but got it.

If you are looking for imported meats, this is the only one option for me. There is imported meat in the local market, but I guess how they store the meat is not really good. Some thawed. So when you cooked them, it's so chewy and dry. But SNR meat, especially imported meat are well-handled.

I love this place! This is a must visit not just to buy the best products but also to eat their best food!

I was really impressed with this store i told people back in united states that this store makes costco look like a playground there so many things in this store you could just about find everything that you need from washers to just about anything seriously the place is ginormous they have pizza at the restaurant as well with all you can drink fountain drink the fries are delicious and prices are very reasonable .

The best place to buy give-aways during Christmas season.

I love to shopping at S&R, however some of the staffs are hoarding the super sale item. All of them are paying for the super sale item at the end of their shift, while us - the customers cannot buy anymore because nothing on the shelves. And to our surprise, we saw that they hoard it, that's why it's unavailable anymore.

Nice place to shop for those items that you miss from home when overseas.

Place was nice. They don't accept vac card. They are using QR code which most establishment in other towns do not require. Rather go to Dau location.

Nice product selection. Food was good. Only issue was food court lines were long. Perhaps open more lanes, cashier at food court.
