Got to try their gel mani here but just three days later, there were already chipped gel parts on my nails. I contacted them via Messenger and asked them if I could get some of the chipped parts redone since wala pang one week ganun na agad, but they were not responsive. Seenzoned.

Detox Healthness Spa is such a pleasant discovery in La Union! 😍 So far, I've tried these services: - Brazilian Waxing - Back Massage - Foot Spa - Gel Manicure & Pedicure And I absolutely love their service. The staff are so nice and I love how they cater to you with a smile. ☺️ Like they're actually enjoying their job! They take time to properly care for you, they don't rush just to get through the task. Plus, they're open from 12nn-12mn. So it's perfect for some after work pampering. 🥰

Good place for a massage. The place is very clean and has a quiet ambiance. Very polite and attentive staff. Good alternative to Shivasina. Background music needs updating though since I think they still have Christmas jazz on repeat during February.

What an unpleasant experience. 1. Had an appointment for 6PM via their booking site for 2 pax. 2. Arrived on time. We were asked to wait since the masseuse is not yet done with their massage. 3. We took a shower instead, but after that, we still waited. We have waited in the reception area for about 15 minutes in our bathrobes, even though it’s cold there, before we were attended to our massage room. Total waiting time is around 30 minutes. 4. They have charged us P100 / pax for the shower, which we don’t mind, but we have expected more. The window of their bathroom window is very open, which you cannot adjust. If you are a tall person, someone can see you from the outside. We had to crouch to avoid being seen. There are nearby mid-rise / two story houses. It was not that clean and too cramped also. 5. We have booked for the 1hr Swedish massage + 30 minutes foot reflexology 6. The massage was not good at all. It was like someone was just rubbing oil in our bodies - no power / pressure at all. This is not even an exaggeration. Take note that 1 of the masseuse was a guy. 7. We have started at around 6:30 already, but we’re done by 7:40, meaning the whole thing was done in 1 hour 10 minutes. 8. They gave us a free ear wax candle service, but this doesn’t compensate the overall bad experience we had. Please understand that as much possible, we don’t want to share this, as this would affect their business, but they need to be aware of this kind of service in order to improve and be better.

Sobra akong satisfied sa visit ko. I booked their Bundle A service which includes Swedish Massage. Foot Spa, Body Scrub, and Pedicure. Then I just added another service for Manicure. Based on their appointment app, this Bundle A service is around 3 hours in total. But I am so glad that they didn't rush any service. This Bundle A including a manicure lasted for 5 hours in total. I even heard that they are declining some new appointments for the day because I am still being attended. Services I tried: Foot Spa: - Masarap sa paa. Engaging din iyong staff na nag-attend sa akin. Asked me if the water's temperature is just right. Body Scrub - They provided me with a "disposable" underwear. Not sure if they will dispose it after though. But the underwear they gave me is a thin boxer shorts which I really appreciate. I still wore my own underwear though. -They really scrubbed almost all places possible. It is also really relaxing as it is as if I am being massaged. -Then I had to take a shower. They provided me new towels, new bath robes. Swedish Massage - I request a female therapist and despite being a female, the pressure or force used is still on the strong side, which is exactly I requested. She also asked me if she needs to adjust the force. - I was not able to time the whole massage but it should be around 1.5hr to 2 hours. Manicure/Pedicure - I was really relaxed when they are doing my nails. I even fell asleep. Overall Review: Place - It is located near a national road where there are a lot of cars passing by, but during my 5-hour stay, I even forgot that I am near a road. I even didn't notice that it was raining hard. - Very peaceful, the music is relaxing, and you can't hear any people making some noise. - The staffs have their own staff room, so it makes the place really approachable. As you go in the spa, you will not be intimated with how much people are in the lobby. In fact, you will only see the receptionist in the lobby. - You won't also see a lot of customers waiting. Pricing - I only paid 1,490.00 in total which I think is very affordable compared to the value of service I received. - I paid using GCash since I don't really like carrying cash. - They told me that they accept GCash, Bank Transfer, and cash as payment. - I am just disappointed that they don't accept any Credit or Debit Cards. Wifi - They actually have a decent wifi. Just ask them and they'll give you a QR code to scan. - Their internet seems to be Converge. There are 2 wifi connection and I suggest connecting to the 2nd Wifi as it is the faster one. - The speed seems to be 200mbps and it is stable. Loyalty Card - They will also give you a Loyalty card which you get stamps for every 500 spent. After 10, I think, stamps, you'll get 1 hour free massage. Then after completing 4 cards, you'll get lifetime 10% discount. OVERALL, I am very satisfied with my visit.

The place is open til 12midnight which is a good thing for anyone who has work til 5pm! When I entered, the place is mabango, clean, & the area where they did my nails is very cozy. I hope they provide blankets next time though. I had an issue with my initial nails appointment and the owner was very nice and responsive to my concern. Overall, the service I got is 5 stars! I highly recommend this place. Will be back for sure 😊

Hi Management, We would like to complain about what happened this afternoon regarding your nail tech, we reserved at exactly 3:15 pm, our concern is about your nail technician who is not even a professional upon giving her service she wasnt able to do her job as a nail tech and claimed to be not a nail technician at all.
