pros: big property big sized rooms big hall good garden decent sized pool enough to sleep 30 people cons: not maintained broken toilets too far from main road. the road leading it is badly broken no caretaker bad condition bedding and bed sheets given drains blocked

This is a 2 BHK villa with two common toilets and an open swimming pool along with a small terrace. This is similar in construction vis-a-vis other villas in that locality. The service and cleanliness is average. This is a budget friendly place to hangout with friends.

This is a scam !!! Scam run by posting fake, old as well as edited pictures pictures to show a place in a condition much better than it actually is. Extremely bad on maintenance with a security risk. The owner takes your money in advance and you will realise the ground realities only once you have reached there. Mold ridden walls, curtains, roofs and floor. Mold ridden bedsheet and pillows. Non-working toilets and showerless bathrooms. Broken and unusable chairs and sofas. Wet Paint (yes....wet paint on walls spoiled the clothes of most people in our group). Not only the internal photos but even the external ones provided by the owner are fakes...the society garden depicted doesn’t exist. Infact, just realised this guy is also on Air BnB with similar fake pictures Avoid falling into this hell-hole trap!!!

rooms are not clean, there was leakage in the kitchen and many rooms.. swimming pool was dirty and they used very high amount of chlorine
