months
in
that
Gym
with
some
Goals.
But
these
gym
trainers
Don't
understand
what
a
Goal
is.
An
Average
Commercial
Gym
I
would
Say.
Not
at
all
Good
for
skinny
guys
to
build
muscle.
Trainers
are
most
of
the
time
on
their
Mobile
phones,
The
form
they
tell
is
wrong,
and
distribute
false
knowledge.
I
tried
to
contact
one
of
The
Owners
to
complain
but
turns
out
the
Owner
Wants
to
prove
me
wrong.
I
was
doing
bench
press
putting
my
neck
straight
up
for
a
month,
when
I
complained
the
owner
says
"thats
how
you
do
it"
and
told
me
to
search
it
myself.
And
I
did,
from
Mr.
olympia
to
other
professional
Trainers,
none
mentioned
about
keeping
your
neck
straight.
Like
this
I
was
misguided
regarding
Exercise
Forms.
I
wasted
my
time
and
Money
for
7
months,
There
was
no
change
in
my
body,
Strength
and
Stamina.
When
I
tried
to
change
my
workout
Routine
From
Monday:
Chest
Shoulder
Tricep
,
Wed
:
Back
Bicep
Fri:
Legs
and
Tues,thurs,sat
:
Cardio
As
I
was
doing
this
routine
for
straight
7
months!
in
hope
that
I
would
achieve
my
Goal.
Tried
to
get
Refund
also,
but
Yeah
why
would
they
give
it
as
its
a
Business.
