Bad management seriously starting from AVP to HR and Operations. No one then have sense how to deal with situation everyone have scripted line and best part it’s scam company do not work here. You will feel so frustrated everyday . They run collection pey was but beside collections they do all the nonsense stuff here. Mental torcher, Unprofessionalism, Pathetic communication, people who work here don’t know how to speak and people who are sitting on position also don’t know how to talk with an employee. Such a waste of time this type of company should be banned and black listed. Have taken legal action against this company. Worst company anyone can work with. Low salary, high work pressure, 11hours shift nd work politics. And if you leave a review being in that company, Head of HR will come and say why you gave us a review delet it right now.... First improve your office culture... Really bad company really poor management. Really poor hr staff really poor protocols. After working more than six months company doesn't give u your accumulated leaves. Really poor company I would recommend don't go to epicenter. Only will treat you good in your early days and later on will not they doesn't bother about employees they just think employees are into their foot.

HR tehseen Shaikh is calling people and lying to them and making them wait for 4,5 hours. She says you have high chances of selection at 11 and 12AM ,she talks to people off duty and lie to them and then they are just like you have to hide this in your third round else I will be removed from my job as well. They are itself is not honest with their company. After making people making wait whole day they are just like you can leave without saying anything.Infact I have seen someone getting hired with the conditio company don't hire people just because they Hid it in final interview.Not an honest place, completely time waste so avoid going there.

Post pandemic Epicenter had its Staff's health & safety in mind before returning back to work at all times. Salary during Covid 19 - Pandemic was not delayed by a single day. There is constant reward & recognition for hard working & excelling staff. One of the most exciting schemes that they have, is their employee referral scheme which helps staff earn incentives by referring candidates that join through their own network. Cafeteria is huge with two huge projectors & a lawn outside, there a lot of options on fresh variety of snacks at affordable rates in the Café. The work premises / site is located in a peaceful spot, has very good connectivity by road & is hardly 15 minutes away from Railway station. Management at epicenter trains and invests in staff that demonstrates capability & many of the company leaders have grown from within the company, which in itself says a lot about the organization. Just recently the company was also recognized as a "great place to work" no wonder they have staff that are willing to travel from far away places to work with them. I wish Epicenter all the best & hope the organization grows by leaps and bounds.

They have their own set of rules, in the very hard time they asked people to resign. They will only talk about their engagement with employees. Their policies to hire is also tedious + when i received my salary it was not according to paper and to this they will have their own set of explaination. I even tried reaching hr to that i felt ignorant.

I was work with epicenter in 2020. I got covid so I put on spot resigned. Again I want to join epicenter but HR said you are not able to join again. Epicenter is good company but I would request you just understand employee. Please as human been. I would request you to BPO sector please don't make that kind of rules. So don't playing game with employee.

Me and my friend we were suggested to join this conpany, so we received a call from them and first round was perfect but then the second, they literally delayed the round 2 for about 3 days.FUN FACT -IF you want to do timepass then its the best company

Bad company...i had joined before and had to leave due to health reasons. I informed them properly. Then their hr called after 4 months and sd i can join in another process...all rounds happened ...i got selected...induction happened. I spent money for traveling so much. And then they are like because you left last time. You wont get now. So their hr had no idea about that when he approached me. Their ppl dont know their own policies properly. Poor management.

Big business in bhayander, its a call centre, many people from mumbai come here for job and learning. Its a huge and beautifull bulding, near to Dmart, shopping centre. You will get rickshaw for both bhayander station and miraroad station. Domino's and Kotak Mahindra Bank is also near by. Maxus mall too.

I have almost work 20 months in epicenter at suburban diagnostics process, i have 13 cl nd pl left, i told 1 month before that i need cl or pl in month of dec 2 in first week and 2 in last week 31 dec, they have not gaven me and so much pressure of work and no incentives on time not even single holiday in whole year ,for any festival, no appreciation ever even if u work hard, and assistant managar anil patwal he spoke soo arrogantly to agents, so many people left job cause of him, i also gave spot resign cause i dont like working under him. I want to join epicenter again but just because i gave spot resign i cant join epicenter again really this is very harsh for someone who really wants to work with you guys.

Fake and unprofessional, they called me for face to face interview and I got selected, before discussing on CTC part they asked me to shared document then they release offer letter when I shared my document after 2 days HR called me and told me I can give 5% hike, I told during the interview I mentioned my expected CTC she told me she will connect with me after having conversation with her manager but she didn't called me and finally when I asked, recruiter told me they are not ready to increase a single paisa. If you guys are not ready to pay then don't take the interview, because before interview everyone ask about expected CTC from candidate. And my suggestion is change your HR she don't know how to negotiate with candidate.

Here the negative point is that they hire teenager with no experience and have kept age bar of 35 no matter how experienced or skilled u r they will reject u saying u r aged ...... Why age bar for experienced people? Epicenter is ready to hire unqualified, inexperienced people but not elderly experienced ones ??

As per the women's safety all the company provides cab facility from 10pm especially for drops but this company provides cab facility after 12am which is not safe for women after 10.00 pm drop should be provided as it's not safe specially ppl travelling to virar trains are not safe for women to travel after 10:00pm even in the training if they employees leaves after 10 pm Yes Cab facilities will be provided by company, And for night shift you can get till doorstep cab, if any female employee is travelling (Pickup /Drop)) Escort (Security Guy) will come along with Driver. Ver bad call from epicenter and saying I am HR Anita calling you for the interview when I follow up they are after 2 hours I y went 8 hours no interview and calling after following up 10 Times in a day saying Neha mam is busy not taking my call so I called her next day than they are me don't show me your attitude I said I am taking follow up and what is their to show attitude you r showing attitude by saying this so I request epicenter administration please take notice of your worker specially grils in HR department showing bad response to employees and person who is coming for the interview and myself taking 10 person with me for the interview but because of showing bad attitude we have not going very bad response in phone.

Epicentre is a corporate building. It is a BPO. This place has various companies outsourcing tgeir businesses through epicentre. Domestic as well as international bpo. Ambience good. Security good. Facilities good. Staff good and cooperative. Here the staff has a no cabin or we can say an open cabin policy which is really great which help the emoployees to easily approach the higher authority if any query or problem incurred. Id cards are provided for all visitors. No entry without id card. This place has canteen and a washroom too. Conduct of people is professional. Medical or first aid facilities are given to the employees after they produce their id card to the concerned authority. It is a 3 storey building. AV room present here.

Worst interview , hr Ritiz Sharma is so rude based on location of 15km she is rejecting the candidates, disconnected the call suddenly Candidate numbers getting distributed and epicenter hr's calling back to back harassing literally

Worst company ever! I got selected in april 2020.. Was told my batch would start on june 2020 everytime my batch was kept on hold.. Again i was told to give interview on july, got selected.. Still they kept saying my batch was on hold.. I was even told to buy a laptop in this pandemic situation,i bought a laptop on my credit card nd now i have to pay the EMI for that and still they are saying batch is still on hold ,HR MAMTA told to look out for something else and they don't even regret that they told me to buy a laptop and now i don't have a job .. WORST COMPANY EVER!

This is kind of an organization that you work for as a last resort when you have nothing else to do . The one replying to these reviews prolly knows that too . I worked in epicenter for hardly 3 months. My queue was shifted to another branch. So few of us left with proper resignation. I also have my 3 months experience letter. I gave interview again in August & cleared all the rounds for chat process. Submitted on the docs. Even bought a laptop. On the joining date the HR told me not to attend the induction, my rehiring was on hold. Due to some negative feedback. When I haven't done anything wrong then where does negative feedback arise from? My 3 months experience was good and was happy to re-join. As I stay nearby. But now am really disappointed. I feel as if Epicenter doesn't need honest employees to come back.

Direction - At bhayander station west catch sharing auto to Dmart and get down at last stop(dmart). This company is located besides Dmart, it's visible when you get down from auto. Considering the Location and crowd, Employees are quite good.
