This was my first visit and I liked the overall experience. My car is quite new but could never get the shine that it had on day 1 despite getting it washed from many different places. This outlet is different as the car got back its original sheen after just one wash. A huge shoutout to the guys working at this places - they are polite and thorough professionals. I didn't have to tell him but the guy who was applying wax ensured not a sq. inch goes untreated. That evening for the first time I got my car a cover and I think no recommendation can be more flowery than that!

Average service. Not clear if what customer is charged for gets done in reality. Interior germ clean was totally unsatisfactory.

Great outlet. Mr. Farman and Mr. Abhishek are wonderful people and help out with suggesting the right treatment for your car. They did a very professional work and are always on time with the work.

Professional at their work! Did the headlight restoration. Was worth the money paid. Additionally was assisted with wiper issue. Very meticulous in their approach. Cleaning up post work was also done. And few freebies included. Overall, a place to visit to get your car looking as good as new.

Really good and friendly service and staff

I wonder if the staff really know the work or just too casual. First they applied foaming car cleaner on the car carpets and then they were using a dry vacuum cleaner. They don't even have a carpet cleaning brush for the vacuum cleaner instead used a crevice nozzle to clean the carpets. 3M! why are you spoiling your goodwill!!

Very nice place, kind host and good service. I wanted to get my Ford Figo Aspire wipers replaced in a hurry. The owner quickly presented the available 3M product options and came to verify the size compatible with my car. He even held up an umbrella for me while we walked towards my car, since it was drizzling! He replaced the wipers and properly tested them to ensure there were no issues. I didn't have to talk much, he was very professional! Moreover, while waiting outside, a bird relieved itself on my clothes, so he even helped clean up the poop! Overall, I had a very satisfying experience. I wish more people start treating customers like this. I also got a good review from another long-term customer who was waiting at the store for his car's initial service to be finished. Thank you! Have a good day.

My car got water damaged in flood..after repair and two times wash in authorized service center I was not satisfied with the interiors..took it to 3M Care at Nerul and result is amazing. I took germcleanplus for interiors and normal wash for exterior. They are good and efficient. Gave my vehicle back in 6hrs.

I visited 3 M car care, Shreeji Heights, Palm Beach Road Nerul for exterior treatment and interior cleaning/disinfection of my one year old Honda CRV. I was amazed by the excellent work done by 3M. I had never experienced the exterior glaze and interior freshness, even at the time of delivery at the showroom. The humility of the owner, manager and workers won my heart.

Had a great experience at this center. They provide good services although it's a bit more towards the expensive side but would definitely suggest as they have a professional touch to their work.
