Excellent service, second stay here, will definitely be back!

This is definitely one of the better hotels I stayed so far and with a reasonable price. The rooms are very clean and the Wifi rocks. With 176mbit/sec, you can rest asure no hickups working or gaming. Also is surprised me the TV picture is very clear and not the typical blurry picture you get when you split one signal 100 times. Thr hotel is next to the premium outlet mall, so a stroll in the evening is also possible. The hotel even has a shuttle to the mall. The negative side, the restaurant is open an in the lobby, which means you have more or less outside temperature having breakfast and currently temperature drops down to 10-12 degrees celsius, not really something to look forward to. The buffet is free of charge, but honestly it would be a shame to pay for it. The pastries are dry and hard, the warm dishes are warm at best, when the should be hot. The juice is mixed with water so bad, that it almost not drinkable. Even the coffee is not hot, but only warm. The staff is hopelessly understaffed and a full restaurant like Friday 18.11. not is limiting your seating aerea, but also your choice of food. Scrambled eggs where out, pan cakes where out, too and for the 20-30 minutes I was having breakfast did not come back ! The chicken with bell pepper had pork mixed in, so overall 1 out of 3 breakfasts not a great experience. Also, why do hotel not advise late check-ins to be quiet ? By 1am had people stomping over the floor and yelling, as the would be at home. Last but not least, of you need to have an invoice send to your email, be prepared to call and remind them. This is not only valid fot this place, but for most hotels, as a matter of fact. Keeping the details in mind, the hotel is still worth trying, the central location is excellent and you easy get where you have to go.

Great hotel at a fair price. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool is small but the water is warm. The parking lot seems safe for the vehicles. The staff is nice and accommodating. The breakfast is great (and included).

Sehr gutes Hotel. Geräumiges Zimmer mit großem Bett. Alles sehr sauber, große Dusche mit Glastür (kein Duschvorhang!). Frühstück ist in Ordnung, für den deutschen Gaumen vielleicht etwas ungewohnt. Es gibt warme Speisen zum Frühstück, die man eher mittags oder abends erwarten würde. Aufschnitt gibt's nicht. Aber ist in Ordnung. Das Hotel liegt in direkter Nähe zum VW-Werk Puebla.

Is a good value for in and out place for a day but restaurant service at night the worse ever 20 minutes before waitress even came to the table Never brought my margarita and took over 45 minutes to get a soup I'm sure there are better options local

Best place I've stayed in a long time. The rooms are squekee clean and the personnel is amazingly kind and accommodating. Very recommended If you are staying near Puebla.

Puebla is a cream candy from México. And the hotel is right in the middle of it. A visit is recommended!

Very nice at a great price! Friendly staff, very modern and clean. The king suite room is awesome! The message chair and jacuzzi tub made it all worth it!

The gates where closed even in the day there where no place to get a reservation.

Great location, close to Cholula and Tlaxcala. Had a good time. Breakfast is Keto friendly and healthy. Good price. The only thing is that while I was there there was noice from the hall at night, but that only lasted a few seconds.

A good place to spend a night or two, and near it a beautiful outlet that you can spend some time in.. And near it, about 4 km, is the village of Valquirco I wish there was a closet to keep valuables as well as shoes for the bathroom.

Great service, however I felt the restaurant wasn't following the best covid-19 practices. Which makes me don't want to eat there.

The rate/ value is good for the price. Close to Val Quirico and the outlets. I really enjoyed the food and service. I would have given 5 stars but one of the elevator was out of service. You have all hotel guests using one elevator. I would take the stairs but there is no clear sign of where they are located. I also noticed they have a service elevator, not sure why it can’t be used for guest while the other one is non functional.

Excellent hotel, services, cleaning and installation. Also they have good food. And all this for a great price
