A very good place to hang out with family. The owners are very friendly, the view is amazing and there are many bird species around which you can enjoy just outside the rooms. The food was quite homely. The House is 1km inside of a pine forest, with many different plants in the garden. But there are mostly pine trees outside of the house. Overall, a good place to have a peaceful stay. It's lower in altitude as compared to the main Binsar Sanctuary area.

“A Home away from home” is an appropriate description from place. This place is far away from the hustle bustle of city. The Path Good road connectivity of this place. Nearest Airport: Pant agar Airport, which is situated at a distance of 127 km. Nearest railway Station: Kathgodam railway station at a distance of around 121 km from Binsar, is well connected to all important cities. The last 2 kilometer of the route is picturesque and makes you immerse in nature. It is located inside Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary surrounded by pine forest. About the hosts: The owners, Aditya and his wife are very good hosts and are very friendly and excellent hosts who go out of the way to make your lives comfortable. The food was quite homely and the snacks are also great. The views: Vies are Nothing less than majestic. The views are marvelous and so mesmerizing from the rooms and the property that you will immerse in nature forgetting everything. Activities you can do Bird Watching: This place is located in Binsar wildlife sanctuary which is home to many bird species. On this property we were able to see 20+ kinds of birds at the property. A must go and stay place for bird watchers. We were able to spot bird that were only found in Binsar sanctuary. Trekking: This place is in wildlife sanctuary so you can go for trekking at your heart`s ease. Once you are out of the property kms of pristine jungle is there to trek and sight different flora and fauna. Meditation: A small cave is there to meditate at the property. Food & drinks Home food is available in the premises, which is very tasty. There is literally nothing else around apart from the forest. Excellent place amidst nature. Rooms are clean and spacious. Views of the valley and surrounding forest are amazing. The narrow road leading upto this property is ideal for morning walk with birds chirping all around. One can easily spend here few days, away from chaos of city life, to get connected with nature.

After a long search for a peaceful stay amidst forest of Binsar , I found Binsar Jungle stay suit my criteria I was looking for our vacation on 1st week of November in 2023 ... But why ?? Location ; 5 km from Main highway of Dhaulchuna - Almora road into Binsar forest where you can find panoramic vista hills along with green , tranquil & jungle-scented ambience.....An ideal stay for Nature lovers... But those who are looking for 5 star / 4 star services along with Luxury should not come here.... ...No chance for DJ or madmax type celebration here...!! Room : small , clean , comfortable with minimum basic bathroom but Without any geyser or Tv !!... Though hot water is provided on request .. Food : Only Veg Food is provided here...Garden fresh organic food without any fanciful dishes of any reputed restaurant....Very simple basic foods are served with care & love by Mr Adityaji & his better half .... The lone caretaker is very hard Working and honest person who is always ready to help you as much he can....! Sunset vista from Pinewood cottage is a highest pleasure we relished here... Hospitality and Care are of top level with professional attitude but homely Care ! Almost free accommodation of Driver & free Parking available too.... 24 hrs Electricity back up , is there by Solar Energy , which is a big issue / problem in Binsar forest' other resorts / hotels as symbolised by KMVN Binsar guest house which becomes Dark at night without power !! Cons / Areas to be improved: Need Variety in food and improvement in food tastes.... Need to provide Tea / Coffee with Breakfast free of cost & some fruits if possible!!....... Need a little more lights outside to drive out fear of wild animals...A Tv can be placed in the Dinning Room...A geyser in the bathroom is a necessity too if situation permits as it is in dense jungle ...These are minor issues though....!! Aboveall , The top notch Hospitality & Care of Mr Adityaji, the Owner, and his wife's smiling conversations make you feel you are in an isolated place with known ambience among relatives !

I would give this property 6 out of 5 stars for an amazing experience. The property is located in a quiet and peaceful location. It is surrounded by lush greens forest and majestic views of hills. The rooms are very comfortable and has all the required amenities. The food provided by the host is very delicious and homely. The best part is the host of the property. He is a very genuine and a caring person. He took care of our every needs starting from the navigation and overall stay.

Our trip to Binsar Jungle House was just fabulous. The property is located at such an amazing location that the view will take your breath away. I would also like to highlight the clean and hygienic rooms and washrooms.

The owner Aditya is very humble. He is very courteous to fulfill any special requests. Right from Halwani, he gave us directions to reach the stay and also helped us with rates which taxi takes to reach the spot. The stay is inside forest area and is very calm, peaceful and serene. We had booked the cottage rooms, rooms were clean and spacious. They have in-house kitchen and food is simple and nice. Owner took us for a jungle walk near the stay in the evening and it was really very nice. In the night, they arranged bonfire and music.

The homestay is located in a very peaceful location. It's surrounded by forest. The rooms are great and the whole range of himalayas can be seen from the room. The hospitality is wonderful and homely
