We stayed at Columbia Beach Resort last week. Our suite was very well equipped, very comfortable and quiet. Staff were fluent in English, very professional, friendly and helpful. They seemed like they were happy to be working at this place. The hotel is situated away from the village and it appeared to be 'isolated'.. this made us feel somewhat 'stuck in' . It was too hot for walking and venturing out we didn't really want to hire a taxi. The hotel restaurants were a big disappointment.. disappointment big time.. my goodness.. very poor quality of food with the London Micheline star restaurant prices. They need to rethink their menus and prices.

Not for families. Our grandchildren, aged 7 and 6, were playing in the pool. I was with them and they were not being disruptive. The general manager, rather rudely, told them to leave the pool. I paid a lot of money for two suites as a treat. I was told we could use all hotel facilities. She said the pool could be used by children as long as they were very quite. How does that work? It's either a family hotel or not. If the pool isn't for kids, then tell people openly, before they pay you. Appalling customer service. I went back later to see about 10 kids in the pool, 2 of whom were dangling from the bridge! Don't take your kids here.

Colombia Beach Resort is located at Pissouri Bay, half an hour away from Limassol and about the same from Paphos airport, PAF, or an hour twenty minutes from Larnaca airport, LCA. The resort is wedged across the mountains and has direct access to the beach. It features both indoor and outdoor pools and a full service spa in addition to the beach and sea. There is plenty of space for enjoying the sun in loungers and, of course, a swim up bar! There is also a good size gym that does fitness classes, not to mention tennis and squash courts. There are two main restaurants onsite, one for international cuisine and the other focused on local food. The rooms are nice and big with all the amenities you need and plenty of space and an outdoor patio or balcony. As the property is a member of SLH, you can book it via Hyatt as well. Overall, it is a great resort, especially for some early winter sun!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 5-star Beach Resort and I can confidently say that it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the exceptional service and attention to detail that the staff provided. The rooms were not only spacious, but they were also exquisitely designed with beautiful furnishings and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. I found myself spending a lot of time on the balcony, just taking in the breathtaking view of the beach. The resort's commitment to quality service was evident in every aspect of my stay, from the friendly and accommodating staff who were always willing to go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, to the delicious food that was served in the restaurants. Speaking of the food, the resort's chefs truly outdid themselves with a diverse selection of delectable dishes that satisfied every palate. From fresh seafood to perfectly cooked steaks, the meals were always a highlight of my day. The staff was incredibly friendly, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about their guests' well-being. They were always ready to assist with any needs or requests, which made my stay all the more enjoyable. In conclusion, I highly recommend Columbia Beach Resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable vacation experience. The spacious and beautiful rooms, quality of service, delicious food, friendly staff, and outstanding view and surrounding made for a truly wonderful stay.

We were on a Family trip with 3 kids (11-19), and booked the 2 Bedroom Family Suite Bay View. It was a great choice of hotel, location (Pissouri bay) and the time of year (end of September beginning of October) which was a bit off season, but weather still good, even on the warm side, and the hotel, and its beautiful beach and pools were quiet and not too crowded. The hotel is a resort, so it's kind of huge, but still very quiet, clean and altogether great. A bit on the pricy side, even in the off-season, but would definitely recommend it, and would come back (if I can afford it.. )

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Where should I begin? First of all, the staff all around the hotel - receptionists (especially thanks to Alina, Thomas and one kind lady that I forgot her name, I am very sorry!), Housekeepers, waitresses, bartenders, lifeguards, Gardners... Everyone was so kind, nice and welcoming and made our stay much more fun and relaxing. The rooms are so tidy (there is even a lovely lady that comes every evening to replace towels and refresh the stocks if needed and gives chocolate bars). They are super big, got a nice view to the pool with a cute balcony, parking slot nearby, and all the facilities are required for a good stay. The food was excellent. In the breakfast they offer a variety of fresh and baked food - salads, pastries, cooked stuff, eggs in different ways, juice, coffee (good one) and more. We dined in the night and the afternoon in several of the restaurants of the hotel and they were all excellent, a bit pricey. The jym is very well equipped, everything is new, clean and works fantastic. I wish we had time to try the spa treatments. All in all - 10/10, will definitely come back and recommend. Thank you 🙏

It was genuinely the best vacation of our lives. The staff treated us like family, all of them were welcoming and loving. This resort in indescribably beautiful. It was a vacation that will stay w/ us for life. Truly the best.

Amazing hotel, location and fantastic service. Classic old-school 5 star! The only 2 area of improvement would be that the WiFi was weak and not usable, and that the gym opens at 9am with the spa, so considering breakfast ends at 10am, makes the gym not relevant for a pre-breakfast workout.

We had a wonderful short break at the Columbia Beach Resort at the start of October. Having looked at the large number of positive Google reviews we had high expectations and the hotel definitely lived up to them. One of the best surprises was the fantastic selection of vegan options available at breakfast and in the restaurants in the evenings. The food was great and the staff extremely helpful as far as dietary requirements were concerned. The resort itself is very well maintained and is a really lovely place to stay. Fingers crossed we will be able to return one day!

Best hotel in Cyprus! Been coming here for 30 years! Always good service, always good and renovated rooms and the food is exceptional! Honestly you cannot find any better than this in Cyprus! Spa is high end + service is on a different level! Will be coming here again and again in the future

This is our fifth time in this hotel, and not the last one!!! It is not a new hotel but the service is simply , perfect. The rooms are spacious and clean The food is fresh and tasty And the pools are nice and quiet although we came with three kids The beach is with rocks and not send The location is not close to the airport but we don’t mind If you’re looking for a hotel with amazing atmosphere and quiet this is the place for you

Fantastic resort. We had a room at the Eagles Nest, which is why we look so far from the sea. Great room with private pool. Service was good, but Greek - no need to rush. The location is good, right on the beach - which is stoney. Its an hour from Larnaca which may put some people off. Right next to Pissouri beach village with some good restaurants. We definitely enjoyed our week here.

What an experience. Arguably in the top 5 hotels, and one that Cyprus can boast about. Excellent location, impressive collection of structures, superb service from the get go. The room, a premium, was a delight. Beautiful interior deco, great amenities, lovely touches. Not all premium or superior rooms justly lay claim to their fancy name, but this one did. 🙂 The beach is great, pool area also, and the restaurants are a treat. It does help to have your own Hotel Culinary Academy 5 mins just up the hill, I guess! I would definitely stay there again.

We didn't stay here. Large, beautiful grounds, appeared to be plenty of shady areas, sunbeds, garden bar, pool. Fronting the rocky Pissouri Bay beach. Lovely area but a car is needed or very strong walking boots. Away from the village which is up a very steep hill.

Get a royal Thai massage by MARY ANN, she knows her stuff. Stretched me in all the right places, got my knots out, cracked my back and oh my, so so good. Very relaxing too. She's professional yet super sweet. Thank you!!!

Lovely location and settings ! At the restaurant we ate, unfortunately the service was not that great. We waited for a long time to get simple plates as spaghetti and the drinks were mixed up a couple of times. But, main issue I would say is that it’s overly expensive.

We had a lovely holiday at Columbia beach resort. The kids loved it and didn't want to leave. Delicious breakfast and good gluten free options. Thanks especially to the head waiter. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Had a Swedish massage by Mary Anne which was just the perfect end. Bit far from attractions and taxi prices are expensive to get around.
