We love love love Platinum cafe. I didn't expect much since the last time I was there during highschool winter break I was a bit disappointed. But it seems that the cook and the manager have changed, for the better. We have been there 3 times and the food quality is consistent. It's delicious and not too expensive.

The service is good but the quality of the food isn’t worth its price. They need to improve, tried a lot of things and nothing stood out, look out for their pizza, it’s not good.

Used to visit PLATINUM cafe every time we paid a visit to Kakopetria (coming from Famagusta area). - This place used to serve crepes and waffles but no more. We ordered every single time since they were amazing along with our drink. - The smoothies, are sweetened with syrup and no actual fruits, also feels like artificialy sweetened. Not exactly on the healthy side of things, makes you feel quite bloated. - The qr code on the tables should be updated with the latest changes, since ice-cream, pastry, waffles and crepes are no longer served. And customers could be deceived and ask about something no longer available. Wish the store kept it's tradition, the old menu and dishes and not try to incorporate more food plates (Burgers, grill, etc). The area lacks a good place for waffles and crepes. Sincerely, Nikolas

Terrible Customer Service, they wrote half of what we order and we were waiting over half an hour for it . The food was also bad and cold.They also charged us extra stuff. They worst experience I ever had, just avoid this place.

Coffee shop looks very new or recently renovated, everything is very clean. The soup was good but the service was slow and the food seems to be prefabricated.

My review is for the hotel appartments. Pros: - Very Spacious two person bedroom. - Fireplace with Wood provided - Jacuzzi*(See in cons) - Very nice and cosy cafe downstairs Cons: - Dirty bathtub - Dirty towel found underneath sink - Walls were visibly damaged in some places. - Bed was very hard - Bathtub filled 1/4 and then we were out of warm water so jacuzzi is unusable. Also even if we could use the jacuzzi, it is only for one. - No service at all

Nice place, good coffee. But the waitress is slow and not smiling. I said "Thank you". She didn't answer and even didn't look at me.

they threw my autistin bipolar handicapped son in a concrete mixer because he pressed the “call waiter” button too many times (54826 times to be exact)

The staff was pretty rude and we ordered something to drink and the drink came after the food this is such a bad thing for a food business.The staff was really angry and not helpful at all.Everyone left unhappy.I’ll never visit this place again.

They disrespected my semi autistic son for pressing the “call waiter” buttons and were very unprofessional and cruel towards our whole table

Always late on orders! Its been 50 minutes and my food is still getting prepared!
