manager/owner is screaming and shouting at you for not comply with his demands. he threatens to kick you out of the store if you don't do as he sais. and if you go there with a problematic device and reference their policies they shout at you saying otherwise. i went there with a problematic device. 2 days after i bought it. the manager told me it's fine and didn't have any problems. without even seeing it. i told him very politely but you haven't even checked it. and in your return policies it sais 7 days to return it. he replied: "give me one good reason why shouldn't i kick you out of the store right now, get out! get out right now!" in front of customers and people working there he was shouting. i know it sounds far fetched but it's true. and i have heard similar stories from other persons as well. friends and some foreign people.

Only one star from me and my wife. They will force you into unnecessary repairs, very unprofessional. Not good experience.

ventus is horrible. Its so expensive! i bought a laptop and it was broken before i opened it! i went to ventus and they said that i have to paid! . I am not buying anything again. Awful!!!!!!

Simply dreadful. Overpriced, inexperienced, way too expensive, horrible service, rude staff. Would definitely NOT recommend, at all.

I visit the store few days ago and I asked for a solution to expand me LAN at a corner of my house that it wasn't able to have physical cabling. They introduce me to the power-line adapter solution. They assist me to picked up the most valuable for my needs. I am really happy for this.

Reliable products, especially the HP series, great support from the staff and really good prices. I have been working with the guys since 2007 and they are doing an excellent job.

Impossible to leave 0 stars - so will be 1 . Selling printer without Wifi connection - never mentioning a word about it. Not selling any cable to connect the printer into the computer - but remember the try and sell extra toner - bought there few times - this was the last one - avoid!
