Wether to get in shape, or find your path in life, this academy has been a great investment for me as it has become much easier to live and understand who i am. Ive overcome difficulties that could have destroyed me. Im very glad i have met Mike, he is such a great mentor for any aspect ❤️

Great class, I'm truly a novice with a few limitations however, the programme was adapted for my needs during the class. Hope to return in April. Keep up the good work.

Knocking on the door of the Wellness Academy has been life changing. I have practiced yoga for several years but Mike takes it to another level. He is a truly inspirational yoga teacher who has opened my mind to the power of meditation and self belief. He provides excellent classes, not only yoga, Pilates and functional training. I originally went to the academy with back issues, never dreaming of meeting someone like Mike the owner with so much knowledge. Not only does he help with first class massages but he gets to know clients on a one to one basis. I also attend his Pilates and yoga classes and if he knows there is a move I can’t do he will always give me an alternative, or he will show two or three possibilities from easy to medium through to hard. A great teacher and a great friend, nothing is too much for him. He supplies everything you will need for his classes so just go suitably dressed!

I’m over and back to Cyprus a couple of times a year, and one of the great pleasures is attending classes here with Mike and his crew, who are always welcoming and encouraging, so you don’t have to live here full time to avail of his wisdom and experience. Do a class and it sets you up for the day ahead…. And you’ll feel amazing….😁 Sandra
