Our apartment owner suggested this place when we inquired about where to find a good meze at reasonable prices. We ordered meze, and it was outstanding — the chef certainly knows his craft. The seasoning was perfect, and the flavor was delightful. The only downside was the slightly dry chicken breast; everything else was just what we wanted: simple, local meze bursting with amazing flavors. We topped off our meal with an orange cake that was equally impressive. Additionally, the service was top-notch. Remarkably, the prices were very good considering the quality of the food we received.

A magnificent restaurant in the heart of town, yet in a very quiet square with a nice fountain in the center. Ran by a family who enjoy their job, the service is very friendly and the food is superb. We had the ravioli and pork fillet with fruit. Would definitely recommend both to anyone. Will visit again when we come back to Cyprus.

A hidden gem near town hall, the food was very tasty, the portions were big and the price is pretty cheap considering the big portions. The first time I visited Old Paphos just a few years ago it was awful, entire streets were being dug up, old buildings were being demolished and it was like a ghost town. All that has changed, Old Paphos is now a really cool place, there are new bars, restaurants, shops and lots of street art, plus there are people there now, locals and tourists and its only April, hopefully by the Summer it will be even busier. We had planned to go to Palia Ilektriki for years but never made it as we always stayed in Coral Bay so it was always easier just to stay there but this year we are staying in Paphos. The food was great, I had Cypriot Moussaka which was 5*. The staff were really friendly, the chef came over from the kitchen to see if everyone was having a good time. We got the bus however there is a massive public car park over the road if you want to drive.

We enjoyed a very nice dinner in the modern terrace of this restaurant. I ordered seafood risotto and my husband had a pasta bolognese. Before the mains and the starter (feta spinach pie) we got complimentary bread with olives and tzatziki which already made my daughter satisfied. Everything was fresh and delicious, the service was quick and polite. Highly recommended!

We have just had our dinner at this restaurant and cannot praise it enough. To begin our meal we were offered different breads, olives, taramasalata, houmous & butter. Starters were tomato, avacado, feta & leaves salad and feta cheese & spinach pie - made by the owners wife. Mains were salmon and duck, which were cooked to perfection. Finally we were offered orange cake with ice cream - yummy 👌 All of this plus a bottle of wine and a large beer for 61 euros - what an absolute bargain. Folks you really need to try this restaurant as its just fab.

The service here was probably the best I've had at any restaurant I've been to, we were actually the only ones there during mid week, which is a little sad considering how nice and friendly all the staff were as well as the amazing food. We all had Mousaka for 12 euros and it's the best I've had, extremely tasty. We were given a variety of breads with dips including hummus, very nice. They given a bowl of salad with goats cheese. All for free, the waitress even then gave us some homemade orange cake with ice cream for free which she had made. Don't think we've ever given such a large tip before but they deserved it. Highly recommend.

Brilliant meal! We had a delicious meal for 4 people - all had different starters and main meals and each was fantastic. All the meat was cooked to perfection but the attention to detail on all the accompaniments too - the al dente vegetables, the option for rice instead of potatoes, and special mention for the most delicious mint sauce with the lamb! The desserts and drinks were great too, and overall brilliant value for money. Thanks so much for a wonderful meal.

From the quiet square setting to the attentive staff and great value food (generous Calamari & Chips just €14 and Apple Cake & Ice Cream just €4. 50) this, is a great place to relax after a day at the beach or sightseeing. Well deserving of their Trip Advisor Top 10 ranking (at time of writing) and great to enjoy a restaurant run so well by a local Cypriot family.

A group of 6 of us (4 adults & 2 kids) went for a New Years Eve meal. They had managed to squeeze our booking in last minute. The restaurant is a bit hidden away so the owner even offered to meet us and guide us there on the evening if we struggled. This was just the beginning of the wonderfully personal service we experienced. Upon arrival we were greeted by the lady who owned the restaurant with a big smile and really warm welcome. The set 6 course menu for NYE was perfect for the adults but the kids didn’t fancy it, so they went out of their way to make something for the kids separately. Every course was delicious and always delivered with such lovely service. Part way through the meal the husband, who was cooking the food, came out to wish everyone a good meal and happy NY personally. He stopped at our table and remembered my wife from the phone call booking and greeted her by name! Such lovely personal service. We had an amazing evening and felt like we had been welcomed into a family! Every guest there had been returning to them for many many years! Worth searching out and getting great food and great service from the best in Paphos!

Hours after we ate here both my partner and myself felt unwell, bloated, nauseous and needed the toilet few times a day. Not a great experience.

It’s a small charming place with a good variety of dishes to choose from, and everything you see on the menu looks promising. I had the avocado salad and the seafood with caramelized pear, both were amazing. The prices are very reasonable, the portions are big (especially for main dishes), the service is super nice.
