A really interesting site and well done to the volunteers and Sydney University for doing a first class job. The Catacombs are not really Health and Safety compliant but well worth a visit but watch out for Rats and Large lizards falling from the sky. A place for sensible shoes and a drink. We have been coming the Cyprus since 1972 and lived here for 5 years and only just discovered this place.

It's a free to enter place, unfortunately because it's a free entrance there are grafitti on the walls. There are some rooms and tunnels to explore but it's nothing too great. Better read about it beforehand as we didn't see any info about the place on the spot. If you are there already you can go in for 15 minutes

Another interesting archeological site you just keep stumbling on in Paphos. Steps down to caves steep and I would imagine very slippery when wet. Some shaded stone benches to take a rest. Very little information at the site about what it is..Google is your friend here.

Nice walk around. A bit similar to the Tomb of the Kings.. it's got the oldest mosaic floor found in Cyprus.. Best thing is, its FREE.

Not sure if doing this at night was the best way to see it but it was certainly atmospheric.

Great place if you like those kind of things, many tombs to see, there's an elevated walkway that goes from top to bottom in a semicircle, highly recommended.

Nice to have a wonder about. No real signs which way to go once at the area. We accessed it via the long curved pedestrian bridge near the mall and explored. It’s free so go and explore. Not suitable for wheelchairs or people with mobility issues

March 2023 - If you're there, it's nice to walk through, have a look, enjoy the place. Free entrance. Not wheelchair friendly.

Such a lovely place to see and experience in Paphos, it's such a cool place right by the harbour. Free entry too, which is nice!

A bit of rubbish inside, can be slippery after rain. I would advise to wear whole shoes. Otherwise it is quite cool. 30mins is enough to see the whole area.

It is not a big place, but definitely worth visiting if you have an extra hour to spare.

Free to visit, recommend walking up the hill via the walkway then exploring your way down through the various caves! Can park at the bottom of the walkway for free, which also allows you to walk to the other sites.

I liked the place, a lot of chambers to explore. One of them smelled of urine, another on was a sleeping place for homeless people (not at the spot at that particular time), but still something I am glad I stopped by. There's also and interesting pebble mosaic above the catacombs, accesible through the catacombs.

(Translated by Google) Very difficult to find your way around, no signage, you don't know where to go even with an audio guide. Fortunately the entrance was only 2 € 50 (Original) Très difficile de s'orienter, pas de fléchage on ne sait pas où se diriger même avec audio-guide. Heureusement l'entrée n'était qu'à 2€50

👍👍 Fantastic local beach. This beach is sooo nice. Great sand, crystal clear and I mean CRYSTAL clear water. Because of the breakwater the sea is really calm here. €7.50 for two sunbeds and an umbrella. Get a beer from the bar or order from the hotel. If you like snorkelling then definitely go here, s...
