The apartments are well kitted out. However on my visit there.seemed to be a lot of broken or unmaintained equipment. The hot water boilers seem to be faulty and air conditioning was also in need or serious upgrade or at least a good service. . All the shower heads and I experienced 4 of them were all broken and useless. The staff were friendly and helpful but I had to move twice which means I had to pack and unpack 3 times with 3 different apartments..but the last one was an upgrade as an apology with double balcony and a very large penthouse style family apartment. It was a bit of a pain.waiting around to be moved each time and wasted some of my leisure time but apart from the heating and hot water break downs the rooms.were clean and well kitted with washing machine. Fridge/ freezer, cooker hob and oven.. nicely but simply furnished with bathroom and walk in showers .. The apartments are within walking distance of a town center and nice eateries and some tourist attractions such as ancient tombs all within 5 minutes walk..and a 10 minute walk to the sea.. Hopefully the companies running this venue and " from what I was told" there are several different owners with a few apartments each, Will get all these maintained to a fully working standard. I would go back if they address the maintenance issues.

Stayed here on numerous occasions in rented private appartments. some apartments were part of hotel however it is no longer part hotel. All apartments are now either privately owned or are long term rentals. Private owners rent their properties out and the three we have stayed in were very good. Their is communal large swimming pool and a childrens pool. Also bar pool available in summer months. Each apartment has car parking bays. We have always enjoyed our stays here but now it will be necessary to look on line for private apartments for rent

Very nice hotel, with amazing apartment (living room with well equip kitchen, 2 bed room and 2 bathrooms. Free parking just next to flat. Area very nice and clean. 2 swimming pools - one dedicated to kids. Gym available if you want. Nice garden. 10 minutes walk from King's Tombs street, 15 minutes walk to Lidl (5 minutes by car).

Well....A little tired could do with some TLC. A lick of paint, sun beds renewing, the onsite kiosk has been shut this year apparently. Not a big issue for us. 10 minute walk to local small supermarket, 15 mins from old town and 30 mins from Paphos harbor.

From the pros: friendly staff, good sound insulation, enough dishes for two, spacious apartments, made well, the bed is comfortable, quiet and calm at night, from 10 to 20 minutes to the sea, 15 minutes to the sandy beach, the water is clean, there are not many people, to the center of town 10-15 minutes, to the shopping centres 10-15 min. From the cons : the sea is not so close, the Internet is paid, the cheapest is 10 euros for 7 days, each air conditioner is charged 7 euros per day. Paid air conditioning and especially the Internet is the reason for the low rating.

Lovely bar by the swimming pool, excellent service by the very friendly stuff.

Great living experience for a great price. Gym is excellent by Cyprus standards. Getting a hold of the landlord is hectic because he's hardly ever in the office.

The resort ticked all our boxes. The apartment was modern and spacious with an amazing balcony with wonderful views. The pool area was fantastic with an adjoining bar/restaurant offering excellent food quality at reasonable prices. In addition to offering close access to local transport

Our second visit and we'll be back next year. Quiet, clean and within easy walking distance of Paphos Harbour, the Old Town, and shops and restaurants. Apartment well serviced with all you might need for self catering and staff only too helpful if you need anything else. A perfect relaxing holiday.

Apartments were ok. Cleaned every 3 days, a/c is extra, one of the door handles was missing so could not close door unless we wanted to be locked in. I also found a broken plug in one of the wall sockets with bare contacts exposed. Which could have been very dangerous. Only reason I've given a 3 star and not lower is because of the Scottish barman who was really nice and great to chat to.

Could do with updating. Staff not terribly helpful. Units did not have enough cutlery/glasses, had two units so managed to swap supplies when needed. Extra to pay for air-conditioning, 7euros per room per day, 147euros per week for something we were under the impression was included. Shop, what shop? Hardly anything in stock. Travel cushion went 'missing'. On the plus side, the pool bar had lovely staff, nothing too much trouble, food very tasty. If it wasn't for the entertaining cats and pool bar we would not have had a good holiday at this resort.

Oracle Exclusive resort is a great place to go for a vacation. The rooms are wonderful, The pool is gorgeous, The whole area has natural silence. Due to the placement of the hotel, it gets an advantage above others. it is closed to the beach and the beautiful and entertaining city, Paphos. Above all, what was very surprising, is the price. It is cheap and worth the cost. To sum up, This is a great, peaceful and pretty hotel.

Our apartment had very poor water pressure which made it difficult to take quick shower. Apart from that all was ok.

Wifi not working

We got this place at very low discount courtesy of Google filter search :) it was a whole apartment with two big rooms, kitchen and hall. Couldnt use the swimming pool as it was off season and it was already cold. Receptionist was kind enough to wait for 1 hour more though reception closes at 5PM and gave us a warm welcome and explained everything about the stay and shops nearby. Just one heads up- though the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary vessels, you need to buy all the ingredients right from salt and sugar to cleaning liquid.

I'm 63 and this is my first self catering holiday in a "resort". I liked Paphos center. Plenty of busses, however, it is a pretty determined walk from Oracle to supermarket or bus stop . Location is some way away from the busy port and closer to the old town which is worth visiting.This centre would suit a fitter person. Staff are charming and I was comfortable enough.

Oracle B101 is where we always stay and is an excellent apartment with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing Stay. It is a home from home with private wifi, air con, sat TV large private balcony for alfresco living, washing machine, dishwasher and super king bed! Tip Book it well in advance as has many repeat bookings and direct with the owner for the best prices.
