Stayed here in June 2022 and it was nice. The room was nice and spacious for the 3 of us and the balcony view was gorgeous. We booked the bed and breakfast option and breakfast was pretty much the same options everyday but all of the food options were very nice so canโ€™t complain. The strip was less than 5 minutes away from the hotel and the beach wasnโ€™t much further. The sla was absolutely fantastic, had the best massage and use of the indoor pool and complimentary drink was lovely from the staff! The outdoor pool and bar was lovely too and all staff were pleasant and happy to help us with arranging cabs for us when we wanted to go out. Would come here again but with a partner instead of a big group as that seemed more of the vibe for the hotel!

We arrived at the hotel with great joy after we booked the most expensive room namely an executive suite with panoramic view and we fully prepaid it. So, the executive suite was about as described, rather a comfortable studio, useless big, the relationship between quality and price was zero seeing that we paid about 210 Euros B+B for one night for the panoramic view what you can enjoy to the photos below.Sorry that I cannot tell you anything about the breakfast after we have lost our appetite to try it . A quite big complex of rooms and studios with a small as compared to the number of rooms sunless pool in between the buildings , far from good beaches, without any style , with labyrinthine clumsy corridors , one small lift for everybody-and noisy. They changed our room at 12.00 pm after our night out to a quite cozy, modern, very small room located on the 6th floor of the new building. 1. Both of the rooms we got, doesnโ€™t exist either in the page of the hotel or anywhere else . The hotel manager just told me that the pictures what I saw about Executive Suite are pictures of the honeymoon suite . Unbelievable!!!!??? 2. The dark, dirty , stinky corridors are for a lot of rooms a lot of meters long , over 100 , with no windows and without either ventilation or air conditioning. 3. The old building is very bad from any point of view and the new building is nothing special. 4. The air conditioning functions only with completely closed doors by magnets and it takes at least 15 minutes to cool a little bit down the room . We were drenched in sweat. Like a Sauna in the hot summer. 5. Both of buildings have only one small lift each . So , we had to wait 5-15 in the stinky sauna of 50 Celsius as the corridors are until we could get it . 6. Unfriendly, unhappy staff. 7. We couldnโ€™t adjust the air conditioning manually. It is always at 26 Celsius and only the reception can lower the temperature what they never did. We were getting the answer; wait , wait , just wait and donโ€™t touch anything ! In the meantime we were one step before the collapse! So , we run quickly away next morning and we chose Leonardo Plaza Cypria Maris for the next days ! Excellent! Wonderful hotel! Everything perfect. Follows rating 5/5 the next days . All in one sentence; The worst hotel I have ever been in my life as concerns value for money . I wouldnโ€™t even name it as hotel but as a block of studios .

Made our stay special from start to finish. We booked a one bedroom apartment and arrived with only 3 hours sleep due to an early flight. We liked the room but, when we tried to catch some shut eye, the drilling started. I mentioned it and without any questions were offered two other rooms to choose from. We got upgraded to a better room with a great view and sparkling wine for our honeymoon. Our three nights turned into 6 days and we would happily come back again. The breakfast was great, the people were awesome and the other guests are lovely. We used the spa and gym to its full capacity. There's so much to appreciate in this hotel and the quality and value really have a good relationship here.

Very good experience. They gave us a suite in the older building which was very spacious but it felt like an apartment for us and we asked to move to the new building. The room was much smaller but excellent all new and comfortable for us. Steam room and sauna are great and clean. Breakfast is excellent. Will come back for sure.

Brilliant hotel. Great facilities which are exactly as shown on the website. Rooms are modern and cleaning to a high standard throughout the hotel. Bathrooms are modern and hot water plentiful. Reception are fabulous. Nothing is too much trouble for them for arranging taxis and providing local information, they were very helpful. Breakfast buffet was fresh and plentiful with a great choice available. The location is ideal. Just a ten minute walk to the harbour and plenty of bars and tavernas nearby. On our visit my wife was unfortunately taken ill and had to stay in hospital for several weeks which meant we had to extend our stay. The staff at the Anemi were so kind and supportive, especially Alina Tar the Front Office Manager who arranged for me to stay in the same room and helped me with any issues I had. All of the staff at the hotel were very supportive of me through a difficult time, and made me feel that I wasn't alone. The hotel is a family run hotel which prides itself on it's personal relationships with the guests, you aren't just another tourist and this certainly showed during our stay. We will definitely return to the Anemi and would recommend it wholeheartedly.

The location is perfect! Close to the beach and bars/ nightclubs. The staff was kind and helpful. Prior to arrival we wrote that we were celebrating a birthday and had a bottle of champagne waiting for us in our room! We Booked a half board and the food was really great. Moreover, we donโ€™t eat pork and the chef, Helen explained at every dinner what each dish was and even made us separate dishes without pork! The room was clean and renovated and the bed, sofa bed, and pull out bed were super comfortable! We will definitely be visiting again

Lovely stay in a self catering apartment. We stayed in a superior studio apartment which I believe is the most basic one. It was perfectly comfortable with everything we needed. There was a fridge microwave kettle toaster oven hob and sink. We only had breakfast in the apartment as it is so close to all the cafรฉs bars and restaurants. The staff were all very friendly. I would definitely stay there again if was in Paphos.

Me and my boyfriend are getting married and we choose this hotel, and everything is perfect. The design, the staff is very welcoming and really nice. The room is amazing very clean, and the general manager left us a wedding gift. Iโ€™m so happy we chose this hotel.

Stayed here on a business trip and it was great. I was in the new building and the rooms were really nice and had some great lighting features. Also well equipped with lots of towels, robes, slippers etc. Would've been nice to have a double bed though, rather than two singles pushed together.

The room was good. The pool was nice but with a number of children so best avoided if you want peace and quiet. The location is great within an easy walk to the local restaurants and shops. Spa treatments also very good. However the food was very poor with a lack of variety and much of it recycled. Also it was often difficult to get good desk chairs as the policy of not reserving them was not adhered to. Would recommend self catering.

Great hotel! I believe the standards are those of a 4 star hotel, especially in the superior rooms. Fully recommend it. The location of the hotel is great. Despite not being at the beach front, itโ€™s still within walking distance. The pool and spa / gym / indoor pool facilities are amazing. We were lucky enough to arrive a day after the new facilities opened, so everything was brand new. The only recommendation would be to expand the buffet breakfast. Whilst not bad, it is a bit short of variety. Many thanks to both receptionist for being so friendly and helpful, and to the service in general.

The hotel itself is great. Rooms are clean and well maintained as are the dining area and pool. Don't expect sea views or great views of the countryside and you'll be fine. The hotel is quiet, almost too quiet at times. Out of a 10 day stay we were the only people in the bar at 10pm on the majority of days. The hotel needs some form of entertainment to liven the evenings a little. Even a TV showing sport would help. Alin is a 5* member of staff ๐Ÿ‘

Booked this for my 50th birthday and I'm blown away by this beautifully run and gorgeous hotel! The only thing more impressive than the actual hotel were the brilliant team who showed such attention to detail and the warmest of welcomes. The team even remembered which day was my birthday and put a lovely bottle of champagne and message into our room - completely blew us away! Cannot recommend this place more - thank you for the most memorable birthday!

Stayed for a week in early September with my boyfriend. Best thing about the hotel was its location but the rest left a lot to be desired! The room was ok but not sure where the 'deluxe' description comes from! Most of the sunbeds didn't get sun until well after midday, some as late as 2pm. Other guests were not considerate and would shout and scream in the corridor throughout the day/night. Our room overlooked what we think was a residential area which was run down and not ideal to look at when sitting on the balcony. Breakfast wasn't the best, most of the hot items had an odd texture; we chose to have breakfast out despite booking as bed and breakfast. We had a few problems with the TV in the room, which took a number of days to resolve. My boyfriend called reception one evening for an update and they just laughed. Went to reception in person the next morning and they weren't the friendliest. We didn't visit the roof top bar out of principle, the fact being it would cost an extra โ‚ฌ3 for a beer on the roof top bar compared to the pool bar downstairs, extortionate! All in all, we won't be visiting again and wouldn't recommend staying at Anemi when there are so many other, nicer hotels in the area for less than we paid to stay here.

Hotel is modern design, swimming pool is adequate but people mostly sun bathe around it. Outside bar area in the shade. Rooms are again modern in design, large flat screen tv on wall, walk in shower, and very comfortable bed. Rooms also have fridge and safe. Parking is at rear of hotel and you need obtain phone number first to phone reception from gate to open. Note: call is free because it is not picked up. Locationwise rear of hotel is not so good, but from the front you are only 10-15 min walk from the harbour and bars for souvenir shopping and restaurants, and night life. There is also takeaways and places to book excursions from if you turn right then left outside the hotel onto the main road.

Nice rooms and shower. Breakfast is good with lots of variety. Local area is a little bit tacky as is close to the strip. The old town isn't far though which I highly recommend. Would advise being wary of travelling with Jet2 as they advertise as a 4 star hotel when it's actually a 3 star. Overall though, we had a good stay.

Fabulous staff. Stephan on reception extremely knowledgeable & helpful. I broke a glass in my room one night & he cleared it up himself. He ensured cleaning staff were warned the nex day. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely hotel good location & fabulous pool with good quality available sun beds. Roof top bar views breathtaking.

Got exactly what I expected. Be aware however, access to the indoor pool does fall under the spa as a paid for extra, currently โ‚ฌ10 an hour. Does gym, wet rooms, pool, relaxation area. The view over the bay was exceptional from our balcony!

On arrival, at 11:30pm, my friend and I were given a double room having requested a twin. When we asked for the room to be changed we were given bedding so that we could do it ourselves. Not a great start! The hotel was well located and fairly clean, but lacked atmosphere.

Hotel was top class but what made it stand out for us were the staff. Friendly and extremely helpful. When I needed emergency dental treatment they organised everything for me and kept asking me how I was getting on. I would recommend it to all.

Anemi Hotel is absolutely beautiful and clenliness is outstanding... BUT our room... not so much. If you are going to book, book any room but the standard apartments and you won't be disappointed. On arrival our key didn't work so had to go fix that first and going into our apartment there was: Stains on walls Long hair on pillow Stain in bedding that stayed the entire trip Smashed balcony tile Balcony glass not clean But what i will say is they were fantastic with sorting all, third floor maid was absolutely lovely too. They cemented the balcony and sorted all we brought up prettt sharpish. We were a family of 7 and the other rooms got new mattresses on our stay but we did not. Toilet seat was hanging off all the time. The bathrooms are an awquad shape so seem small. We backed onto the street which has a nightclub very noisy and awful people driving cars up and down being idiots. We had no pool tiles and the receptionist was snotty with us sayin we must have. When we didnt. Some receptionists were not friendly while the managers seemed really nice. The breakfast staff were all lovely. Also saw other people had robes and we never received this even though it said so online. Breakfast after 9 was super busy, nowhere to sit inside we went around 8 and was much quieter. On sunny days people were putting towels on beds so there was nowhere to go by the end of breakfast. The size of breakfast room and the pool area doesnt accommodate for the amount of visitors in my opinion. This is ๐Ÿ’ฏ a 4 star hotel apart from breakfast and our room, i wouldn't put people off coming here but upgrade your room and don't book breakfast, so many lovely cafes around. It is in a decent location close to harbour and loooooads of shops and restaurants BUT the immediate streets around it are derelict which wasnt pleasant i assume covid put them out of business which is a shame as it is a lovely area. My main issue with this area not really hotel related but just a heads up would be they are literally building EVERYWHERE on paphos harbour and the surrounding streets, which spoilt the holiday for us a little bit. A fence was along the harbour for most of our holiday which did get removed but the amount of building works being done i feel could of been done through the winter and not when busy season is due. But the harbour and beaches and area is absolutely lovely taking that away. I personally wouldnt come back to this hotel or this area until it was finished but i can imagine in a few years time it will be back booming.

We stayed here as a family of 5. It depends on what you want but we thought it was the best holiday we had. The hotel was lovely and did not have evening entertainment which is a bit annoying as it is so false for us. Mama on reception was so helpful. Anna the cleaner was fantastic and so attentitive. We liked that yes the sun loungers were busy in the morning but later people would remove their towels for others to use. Great restaurants nearby very reasonably priced. Loc buses really handy and โ‚ฌ5 for the day. We booked a trip through the hotel for coach and boat trip as it was the cheapest price.

Very good newly renovated hotel in a great location. Very polite personnel with an amazing rooftop bar. The only minus was that the double bed wasn't a single double bed but rather two single beds together

  • 5/5 Rita H. 11 months ago on Google
Beautiful property with excellent facilities including indoor/outdoor pools and gym. Very clean and well presented property. The buffet breakfast was delicious with options to suit all tastes. I love the quieter location which is set back from the hustle and bustle but still only 5 mins walk from the town/seafront. Room was light and airy with a modern take on traditional Greek decor. Very sleek. Modern bathroom with higher end complimentary toiletries. Touch button light and air con controls.

Great central location, just minutes walk from the sea front and many bars and restaurants. The hotel appears to have been refurbished recently, and to a very good standard. We stayed in one of the Executive Suites, which was lovely and had a great view of the sunset- I would recommend!

Hotel personnel is very kind, rooms are nice especially the new building has beautiful rooms. I would not take Halfpension, food is not really good. A la carte dinner is good but if you stay here, you can eat easily in the neighborhood for less with more taste.

The hotel itself is very modern, the room we stayed - deluxe studio was huge (balcony watching to an empty parking lot) with everything one might need for staying (stove, fridge, and all you need), very clean! The hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly, and there's a receptionist 24/7 so for us being checked in very late at night and checked out very early in the morning it was perfect. Took the breakfast deal, it was all good but very limited. The location is amazing although it's off season so didn't enjoy it as quiet much. Overall, would recommend, value for money was good!

Great hotel, superb rooms and great service. Breakfast is average. Location is great, very close to the sea and to the port. They have a tiny kids pool with no shade but it's very nice. The outdoor pool is great. They also have an indoor pool and steam room. Great value for money.

The whole hotel was clean & nice. We went in May 2022, which meant it was quiet - there was no entertainment & the roof top bar wasn't open either. The location of the hotel was perfect though which meant we were not short of things to do or places to go.

Rooms clean and cleaned daily. Pool excellent and food pretty good too. Location a short 15 minute walk to harbour and ten minutes to beech. Hotel has a policy of No reserving beds with towels. Such a shame they donโ€™t adhere to it otherwise Iโ€™d have given a 5. Overall great stay and friendly staff and very helpful reception
