So impressed with this hotel. Staff are all really friendly especially the head barman George. He makes amazing cocktails as well. Cosmin is also a great Entertainment manager, he works so hard to make it a fun holiday. The food is tasty and the rooms clean and comfortable. The swimming pools are great and a very decent size for swimming and relaxing. Would definitely recommend and will certainly return here as I should imagine it is even better when full entertainment is on, plus the gym and spa in use.

"I recently stayed at Avlida hotel and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, we were assigned two rooms that had a noticeable presence of mold and a strong odor of mold as well. Despite making daily complaints about this issue, we did not receive any helpful assistance from the staff. Their response was consistently dismissive, suggesting that we either return the next day or contact our booking provider for a solution. What made the situation even more disheartening was the lack of empathy shown by the staff. When we informed them that I have sleep apnea and that our grandmothers were unwell during our stay, they showed no emotion or concern. This lack of understanding and compassion added to our frustration and made us feel unheard. The presence of mold in the rooms was not only unpleasant but also raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. The unhelpful attitude and lack of empathy displayed by the staff further added to our disappointment and dissatisfaction with the experience. It is regrettable that Avlida hotel did not address our complaints promptly, failed to provide a satisfactory resolution, and showed no empathy towards our personal circumstances. I would strongly advise potential guests to consider these factors before making a booking decision. It is important to prioritize a comfortable, hygienic, and compassionate stay, and unfortunately, Avlida hotel fell short in meeting these expectations

I recently spent 4 nights in the Avlida hotel and it was absolutely great! On our arrival, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean throughout, from the bedrooms, to the dining areas and the pool. Breakfast each morning was delicious, lots of choice and all fresh. Staff was friendly and cleared tables quickly. There was no queuing at meal times. The rooms cleaned quickly and any request acted upon straight away. The pool area is amazing and our 2 year old son enjoyed it so much! All in all, I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

The staff are very welcoming and will make sure you have the best stay possible. Any issues with your room they’ll sort them out in the same day if possible. There are many activities and different types of entertainment throughout the week. The cocktails are so nice and very cheap. Very well located as there’s a bus stop outside and the buses come every 10minutes.

I recently stayed at the Avlida hotel that claimed to be a 4-star hotel, but my experience left much to be desired. From the underwhelming room to the lack of basic amenities and services, this hotel failed to meet even the most basic expectations. Firstly, the room itself was far from what one would expect from a purported 4-star hotel. It was plain and simple, lacking any kind of charm or elegance. The decor was outdated, the furnishings were worn, and the overall ambiance felt stale and uninspiring. It was clear that the hotel hadn't made any effort to modernize its accommodations. To add insult to injury, the hotel had the audacity to charge guests for using the in-room safe. In this day and age, when safety should be a top priority, it is baffling that a so-called 4-star hotel would nickel and dime its guests for such a basic security feature. This unnecessary charge left a sour taste in my mouth. Moreover, despite specifically requesting a quiet floor, we were assigned a room on the first floor, which turned out to be incredibly noisy. The constant commotion from the lobby and nearby areas disrupted our sleep and made it nearly impossible to relax or unwind. It's astonishing that the hotel would completely disregard our request, demonstrating a lack of attention to detail and disregard for guest comfort. In addition, when hotel staff were cleaning in the morning, they were always sooooo loud!! Adding to our disappointment, we had requested anniversary decorations for our stay but found absolutely nothing upon our arrival. It was disheartening to see that the hotel had overlooked such a simple request, failing to make our special occasion memorable in any way. This lack of attention to detail further highlighted the hotel's incompetence in delivering a satisfactory experience. To make matters worse, during our six-night stay, housekeeping neglected to clean our room on the fifth night. Returning to an untidy and unattended space after a long day of exploration was highly frustrating. It's basic hotel etiquette to ensure regular housekeeping services, especially for guests staying for an extended period. This failure only added to our growing dissatisfaction with the hotel. On a positive note, the hotel's location was indeed ideal, with the added benefit of free parking. However, this lone positive aspect could not compensate for the numerous shortcomings we experienced throughout our stay. In conclusion, this hotel fell far short of its advertised 4-star status. From the lackluster room and additional charges for basic amenities to the noisy first floor, the hotel failed to provide a pleasant and comfortable stay. The neglect of our anniversary request and the absence of housekeeping on one night further emphasized the hotel's lack of attention to detail and guest satisfaction. I have stayed at numerous hotels across Europe, and this establishment is undeniably outdated and fails to meet even the most basic standards expected from a 4-star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a satisfactory and memorable experience.

Best spot for great holidays. Large rooms, friendly staff, excellent food and drinks. We had a wonderful time. Not to forget the lovely pools and the fantastic entertainment. We booked direct off their website so we got a good deal with a discount price. Recommended without a shadow of doubt

Very good value for money with the all-inclusive rates. Drinks were great and food generally enjoyable. The swimming pools were very good and lunch served by the pool was a nice touch. Reception staff were professional in their work. Khum was so very friendly and efficient in the bar. The staff seem to be doing a good job, given the age of the building.

This was the best hotel experience I had on Cyprus, maybe anywhere. The food was incredible, both the taste and the broad choice. A wide selection of excellent drinks, served by my favorite head barman George. A big clean pool ideal for both water games and relaxation. Can't wait to be here again!

Very good experience overall. The service and amenities, at the price point, was a great bargain. Breakfast is rich in variety and tasty. Rooms are clean and nice, not luxurious, but they don't lack anything essential. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel also offers bike rental, which is worth it if you enjoy cycling, as it makes moving around town easier. One can use the cycle path that goes towards the harbour (either through the amazing beachfront, or through the normal road), then from the harbour you can reach the waterpark by continuing along the coast. A special thanks goes to the receptionist, miss Mikaela, for the outstanding service!

Good clean room. Friendly staff. Good location, close to bus stop and restaurants. Good value. Breakfast could be improved. Lots of noise from the hallway. Doors are not effective at keeping noise out. Equal to 3 star in other hotels.

From the very 1st day this is a classic hotel. The receptionist explained things very well. The food is brilliant. The drinks menu is very long and the choice of cocktails is fantastic. The head barman George is very personable and knows his job altogether a very good holiday. We must mention the entertainment manager Cosmin who works tirelessly to keep us holiday makers entertained.

Fantastic hotel with extremely friendly staff! We had the pleasure of staying there for 4 nights. Everything was perfect for us. The Avlida team made us feel so welcomed, and all staff was warm. Quick check-in, lovely ambiance and amazing food. The hotel was spotless and the room was very comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel were first class, from the cleaners, reception, pool to the waiting staff. Avlida hotel really contributed to a wonderful stay in Paphos.

I really liked my stay here. The room was very nice. There was a broken tap handle but it wasn't an issue. It was more of an issue with them trying to repair it. Knocking on the door at 10pm. It's still great if the only problem is the helpfulness of all the staff. It's definitely worth mentioning the head barman George. We had a great chat and some drinks when the place wasn't too busy. He makes a large variety of great cocktails along with the all other awesome bar peeps. I've of my favourites was a slushy lemon Margarita. The 2 pools are excellent with lots of sun loungers over the place and a very close bar. The (obligatory) included all you can eat buffet breakfasts were great too. Everything being replenished efficiently. I'd thoroughly recommend a stay here and would go back again.

Nice hotel, good rooms, friendly staff. It felt like the meals were generally always made up of mainly the same foods, it was OK but not much selection & no real selection for kids. Location was OK, a bit out of the way, had to get taxis most places though you could walk around 15 minutes to a small area with restaurants and a couple of bars. Overall, though a nice hotel and had good amenities.

Me and my husband had a wonderful stay at the Avlida Hotel in Paphos. We opted for an all inclusive stay and we are so glad we did! They have a great selection of food on offer every day, some of the roasted meats and fishes were particularly delicious. There is a whole host of cocktails included in the all inclusive menu too. The staff are diligent, warm and friendly and go above and beyond to look after guests. Henry in particular stood out to me and my husband as being especially friendly and greeted us every morning with a smile! He is a great asset to the Avlida team. The hotel is about a five minute walk from the beach as well as other attractions such as The Tombs of the Kings. It's half an hour walk from the harbour too. The rooms were cleaned to a good standard every day, we didn't spend long in our room, but appreciate the cleaning staffs efforts to keep our room clean. All in all, a fabulous stay and would recommend!

Of course the hotel itself was a distance from some sites, but it didn’t stop us from having a lovely holiday. Your staff doing a brilliant job, from Natalie, Ruth, Petra and all the gang going out of their way always. The breakfast and kitchen staff all very polite and busy for our sakes, as was our cleaner, all so very punctual and doing a grand job. All in all, your hotel staff did a fabulous job. I have posted a review on trip advisor and was shocked at the rude reply ! I therefore wish to add that the staff are brilliant. The location excellent on a great bus route and easy to walk to the beaches. We were bed and breakfast which wasn't great . I don't look for gourmet as suggested by hotel but expected eggs to taste better and juice to be that and not squash . The rooms are basic but ok . My room smelt musty had mould and our clothes were damp and the hotel reply was we were not mind readers well I was told nothing they would do as they were full . The pool photos do differ from reality but not important as we used the beautiful beaches . I don't recommend mainly now to the sarcastic and rude response from management

We stayed at the Hotel in September 2023. On initial impressions the Hotel looks great with fountains and statues leading to the entrance. The lobby is large and expansive with lots of seating which leads to the bar which again has lots of seating. You also access the restaurant from the lobby. Generally, all the common areas of the hotel have been well maintained. It is a slightly different matter with the rooms etc. There are two lifts, one very old and slow which only carriers 4 people and another newer (slightly faster one) which carriers 6 people. Would not like to try and get a wheelchair in either lift. We used the stairs most times to get to our room on the 2nd floor as this was quicker. The Hotel is ideally located with Venus beach and Lidl about a 5 to 10 minute walk away. There are several very good restaurants (Karlina, Gusto, Zeus and Martelli) within a 15-to-20-minute walk. Our room was clean and tidy. However, it needed serious refurbishment of the furniture which was old and marked. There was limited drawer storage in the dressing table, bedside cabinets and the wardrobe which were broken. The tile around the shaver socket in the bathroom was broken. You have a welcome pack on arrival of water, tea, coffee and milk. However, if you want more tea, coffee or milk this is at a cost of 5 Euros. We got our tea and coffee. There is no do not disturb sign you can hang on the outside of the door, so housekeeping can enter at any time they want. Housekeeping is a bit hit and miss. One day we had 10 shower gels left for us. Another time they left bath gel!! There is no bath we had a walk-in shower. Sometimes we left a towel on the floor to be replaced. We did have a clean towel but the dirty one was left behind! As to the bed that is another matter. We had a double bed, which was two singles zipped together. The bed itself was quite comfortable but as to having sheets that fitted that was near impossible. Almost all days the sheets did not fully fit the bed. Some days were worse than others. One particular day we did complain to reception as the sheets were so bad and they did come and remake the bed, however, they still did not fully fit the bed. There is daytime and evening entertainment which will not to be to everyone’s taste. The waiters and bar staff were always friendly and polite. Special mention to Henry the waiter and George from the bar who were both great. We cannot comment on the lunch or dinner offerings as were only bed and breakfast which we found very good. It states it is a 4 star but in my opinion it is not as a normal 4 star hotel would not charge extra for replenishing the tea and coffee, allows provide a do not disturb sign, have sheets that fits the bed or allow the hotel to be in so need of a refurbishment.

On the face of the hotel, it appeared a little dated in parts, but out stay was brilliant! The staff are all so friendly and helpful! They have thought about everything. The location is good, the pools are good and the food, though all inclusive can be a little varied was all really tasty!! Would definitely recommended and stay again. Special mention to Femi, Thierry and Chet Ram at the bar who made a real effort and were always smiling.

BLACK MOULD EVERYWHERE that STINKS throughout the rooms and hotel. The staff didn’t care at all after daily complaints that we could not breathe in the rooms. This must be a common complaint). Andreas, Mikaela and nickolas were all very rude and dismissive to our concerns and just told us to “write a complaint” as a resolution. The rooms are old and dirty and not well cleaned. We booked for 3 adults. We received a double bed and a rock hard couch not even my dog would sleep on. After many complaints we were brought out a 2cm thin cushion that achieved nothing. We left with no sleep and sore backs. The buffet breakfast is an absolute joke. Whilst there is a large variety the drinks are made from syrup, food is quickly made and tasteless and water tastes like pure mechanical chemicals that are seeping from inside the machine. Needless to say we opted to pay for our breakfasts towards the end of the trip as even when free the breakfast is horrible.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself needs a lot of TLC. Great for families as there are animation staff organising games and entertainment. Bouncy castle in the evenings whilst the entertainment is on. There is quite a lot of maintenance that needs doing around the hotel. The most concerning thing was a marked fire exit was blocked and all the exits doors were locked.

My wife and I have had a lovely holiday here. The hotel is clean, staff are very welcoming and every one just wants to make your stay memorable. Location is good, bus stop right outside which takes just 10 minutes to the harbour direct. All pools are clean, no issue with rush to claim a sunlounger. There are many...no need to panic! Bar by the pool and one in the main concourse opens at 6pm. Always some entertainment of an evening. Moans and groans...none to shout about, but the lifts are rather small....need to squeeze in at times! In addition we would like thank Andreos at reception who helped us get a room prior to our late departure. Very very much appreciated. One last well done to Henry, food and bar staff. Always smiling and eager to help. Well done Alvida hotel......you may well have to put up with us again next year.

Fabulous hotel...ideal for us. Spent little time in the bar/pool area as we went off exploring the island. Great location, very comfortable room, delicious breakfast and the staff were lovely. We couldn't ask for more 😀

At the end of March, we rested in Paphos, the Avlida hotel. There were very good impressions. Very pleasant, helpful staff, we especially want to mention the receptionist Ekaterina. The room has everything you need for comfort, daily cleaning of the room with change of towels and bed linen. The kitchen is excellent! A wide variety of dishes, vegetables, fruits. We recommend visiting this hotel.

Very enjoyable 1 week stay at Avlida. Brilliant location. Facilities were brilliant, especially the pool and bar (shout out to George). Activities at night also were good fun. Rooms were large and fresh feeling. I would like to make a special mention to the outstanding staff, especially the cleaners who made the room look amazing every day. Breakfast was included and fair for the price we paid. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the Tombs of the Kings and Venus (it's a beautiful sandy beach!). The staff are wonderful and super friendly - a big shout out to George who made our experience so special. Rooms are cleaned daily, there are a lot of all inclusive food and drink choices (including vegetarian food), and two pools for you to choose from. We had a great holiday here!

Just checked out after staying here for 10 nights. Great hotel with lots to do, and if a pool day isn't your thing you're close to lots of attractions/coach stops that can take you further out. There are 2 outdoor pools, both are well kept and clean. The buffet offers lots of varieties of food, including vegetarian. The rooms are simple yet modern and spacious, and the balconies are great for an end of the day sitdown. The staff are efficient, helpful and friendly. George the barman made our evenings great, along with Chet. My only (small) issue is the lack of information on what drinks are allowed in the evening if you are half board. I had a water taken off of me by the waitress at dinner and was told I had to buy a drink. We left just before peak season and it looked like it was going to get very busy. Would recommend.

We went as 2 couples for a well needed break. Rooms advertised were not what we got. They were the superior. Our sea view was very overlooked by the locals with a huge tree blocking our view over a car park and garage. Our Air con never really worked even on lowest setting. Called maintenance twice. Never fixed. Room door handle fell off twice. Never fixed. Most bar staff were friendly. Others ignored you as you were all inclusive. No wristband have what you want. Entertainment very limited. But what was on was good. Cosmin was brilliant and made our holiday. Housekeeping was hit and miss. But always stocked up. Tour rep was lovely, always friendly helpful and chatty. Loads of choice for food but not good quality. Main bar closed till 6pm so you could only use pool bar. Which was not convenient place. Toilets were in main entrance. Walk all round again. Bad layout. Pool was nice. Pick your time for swimming. Location opposite King's tombs. Bus service good outside every 10 minutes to the harbour.

Overall the Avlida hotel is located in a great location to travel both to Coral Bay and to the Harbour, plenty of nice restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walk. The air conditioning is poor and by night 2 we had taken to cold baths and moving the beds to by the French windows as this was the only place that the air conditioning reached. We had a broken chair and although asking housekeeping to change this was left with it. There are 2 lifts however they are very compact so there is often a wait. The waiters in the dining hall and the show cooks were fabulous especially Henry. However others barely spoke to the guests. Our balcony looked over a heap of rubbish, large hole and small allotment which was disappointing however if you didn't look down you could see the sea through the trees. The food was better than expected and offered variety, however considering we were all inclusive only one bottle of water is provided for the whole stay and if you want tea and coffee provisions then it is a €5 charge each time. We opted to purchase our own coffee and milk for a fraction of the price however our cups were subsequently removed when the fee wasn't paid. The cocktails were disappointing and there were pictures throughout the hotel for daiquiris, pina coladas and mojitos however none were included. If you plan on visiting the beautiful place of Paphos and exploring this is a great hotel as its central and the pools are great upon returning however if you want to stay in the resort for the duration it may be different. We had a great holiday however I wouldn't rate this hotel as a 4 star.

Bar staff really friendly. Breakfast amazing. Dinner OK. Waiters and helpers were amazing couldn't do enough for you . Reception staff ok . Rooms ok not enough wardrobe space . Had issues with toilet which after 3 complaints was sorted to a degree 3 more complaints and I gave up . Just put up with a constant running toilet for 10 days . Really noisy on a evening doors banging arguments galore . Entertainment manager absolute hero . Wouldn't stay again as not my type of hotel . The sunset was stunning

Just got back from a 1 week holiday with my wife and our 4 year old daughter. We barley left the hotel. Our daughter loved the pool and she mades lots of friends which in turn, helped us make other friends as well. Entertainment and food were both brilliant. There was always something going on so we were never bored.

Lovely hotel, great breakfast, lots of options. Clean, tidy, rooms spacious. We hired a car to sight see. but there was a lovely beach just 5 minutes walk away and restaurants within 10 minutes walk and some within 25 minutes walk.

It was most reviews said. Food was good, alcohol was ok. But, as it expected, it was a cheap getaway. Staff were friendly and always keeping the hotel, bar and pool areas clean and tidy. Location is good, beach is 10 minutes walk. Bus stop opposite the hotel was helpful.

Not a 4 star hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is that the staff are lovely and try to help but tied by management. Hotel rooms the doors are soo thin that you hear every noise in the tiled corridor. The doors slam which echoes. Beds and pillows hard. Management poor. All inclusive is not all inclusive. Examples of this, I have never stayed in a 4 star hotel where if you want any additional sachets of coffee you have to pay 5 euros each time, the only other drink in the room was one 2 litre bottle of water and we were there a fortnight you also had to pay for your safe and even have to leave a deposit for pool towels. The room had very little wardrobe or draw space. The towels and bed sheets were poor quality and worn. The restaurant was more like a canteen with laminated signs on the walls with all inclusive at one end and half board the other. Not sure where they expected the B&B people to sit! Drinks were low quality with soft drinks from concentrated syrup. Bingo 6 nights a week made it feel like a holiday camp. The basement has the 'spa' they look and feel was not a spa environment and smelt of damp. I was also told by other guests that the gym equipment was broken and not to even try the sauna as it was box and was not hygienic. On our last day we were allowed to use the shower down there and it reminded me of an 80s swimming pool changing area. If we could have found an earlier flight home we would have kdft earlier. A very disappointing holiday and disappointed to see now on other reviews the sarcastic responses from the management team who do not like to name themselves on the reviews or in person at the hotel. The hotel to be 4 star needs an overhaul. It ticks boxes as it has the facilities BUT the quality of these downgrades the whole hotel and the management need to step up, give the hotel a realistic view and invest. Seeing other hotels in the area you can see that improvements are needed at thus hotel

Had a brilliant stay. The room was perfect. The staff were really welcoming, friendly, helpful, kind, and would go out of their way for you. There are plenty of things to do, and always something to entertain. Meals are buffet style and very generous and good value. Intend to go again, even if its to revisit new friends.

Great value hotel and the bar staff were lovely. Super if you like bingo and entertainment every night, Some visitors were very noisy and rooms not soundproofed, so difficult to sleep - not the hotels fault! Our room was very clean and the balcony was lovely.

Absolutely shambolic ordeal at the hand of this hotel. The rooms were filthy to the extent we had to leave immediately upon checking in and book another hotel. We raised our concerns with the concierge, even asking to speak to management and they told us management isn’t available, and proceeded to gaslight us saying the rooms were clean and nothing was wrong with them. Please see images and decide for yourself. We did not feel safe, the hotel smelt awful and the overall feel was nowhere near a 2 star let alone 4. In an attempt to not write an essay, in short, for a comfortable stay, DO NOT STAY HERE. Go elsewhere, pay a little more for ease and cleanliness and consider your safety. Follow up: following a formal complaint; they lied about our ordeal which shows not only their lack of professionalism but their lack of care. If you’re considering coming here, consider your safety and do not.

Location isn't brilliant out of the way and on dual carriageway noisy in the morning due to traffic. Service was okay. Rooms again okay mini fridge was good air conditioning didn't bother with as it was to noisy. Food not the best but edible. Disabled access yes but again not the best, only 1 lift can properly take a wheelchair but person pushing chair better be thin as large person won't fit in with chair, ramp to swimming pool very steep.

Certainly no reps there .only thing that made the holiday was George the bar manager and manulis bar supervisor. Most helpful. Staff and customer friendly only staff.that made our holiday. Will not visit this hotel again.

Overall Avlida is a nice hotel. Great location, spacious rooms, not a bad service, however sometimes frustrating when the staff are not on the same page and one says one thing and one says another, also some facilities were out of use (maybe because of covid). Check in was quite time consuming as they needed copies of passports and all covid certificates, sign forms etc. We had a suite which was spacious but the living area and bathroom was quite dark, needed lights on even during the day. The tv's and aircon didn't work initially but it was fixed by the third day. The soft drinks at breakfast and at the bar weren't very nice. They seem to be watered down. The apple juice especially tasted like water. But best of all was Louis the receptionist. He was amazing. He went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one. We always had a laugh with him. Anything we needed he would always try and accommodate. He is a great asset to the hotel, we would definitely stay there again if only to have a laugh with Louis.

Where to start. The customer service very poor. It took 6 complaints to 3 different reception staff over 3 days to provide me with fridge in working order. The “new” fridge I got was so filthy, old and damaged that I was speechless. Manager was never there when you wanted to talk to him. I have not slept undisturbed. The long and extremely acoustic corridors and paper thin doors are the reason. My room didn’t have the door connecting to another room unlike my friend who was staying there same time with a daughter. You can hear everything, literally everything that people say or DO (!!!!!). Despite she spoke to reception several times requesting room change this never happened. Apparently 90% of the rooms have interconnecting rooms (this we were told by receptionist). Food is poor quality and chefs and waiters keep on starring on your plate and monitor the sizes of portions you get. So we ended up eating out most days. The ala carte menu by the pool has incorrect pricing. The food takes long but at least portions are generous and quite tasty. During 9 night stay my room was cleaned twice. Otherwise they just remove thrush bins and provide you with clean towels. The entertainment is ok, there is only 1 animation team member and he is really cool and works very hard. Also Menolis at the bar and his coworkers are super nice, friendly, hardworking and nothing is ever a problem for them. He did make our stay at least a bit better. The pool area is clean and spacious. The toilet by the pool has the timer on the light so most of time you spend your time there in total darkness as it turned off after 30s. The location is good with Venus beach 5min walk away and Lidl where you can get essentials. I wouldn’t stay there again and I don’t recommend to anyone.

We just came back. Please don’t just look at the Pictures. It’s not as good as it shows. Very poor customer service. Food was ok every day we were having same breakfast. No fruits other then tin fruit. And Same menu for Lunch. Indoor pool was so cold n dirty. It was definitely not worth of the money we spent. Water we have to buy, they give you one water bottle and one extra they put tea n milk in yr room as a “ Wellcome pack” that’s it. Very very out dated place.

Just because of Louis❤️Some areas of the hotel fall short of the 4 stars as advertised but Louis with his charm, good wit and amazing way with customers helped us overcome this and enjoy our stay nonetheless. All hotels need to have a Louis working with then 👍🏾

If I could put 0 I would have. A cold staff at the reception, which does not welcome us as we should be in a 4 star. 2 star hotels in Cyprus are much better than this one. During our stay we had a problem because of the heating and no help from the reception unless we insisted strongly. Obliged to stay in a frozen room and to sleep with a jacket so as not to fall ill. Very special mention for the cleaning ladies who at least tried to help us as best they could with this problem and who deserve a big thank you. 0 for the rest the room is basic without more.

My room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities I could possibly want. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby every night. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a powerful shower and plenty of fluffy towels. The hotel's restaurant was a particular highlight of my stay, with a menu full of delicious dishes that were expertly prepared and presented. The breakfast buffet was a real treat, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes. If you're looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in the city, this is the perfect choice.

Stayed for 10 days for our belated honeymoon, we had an amazing stay. Staff were so friendly, room was lovely with air conditioning (couldn't of survived without the air con) entertainment was great and the pools were clean and perfect for what we need them for. Would recommend to anyone.

The staff a really lovely and welcoming. There's entertainment most nights, bouncy castle for the kids and great pools. Quite a few nice local restaurants with great food once you've got bored of the hotel food. Breakfasts have loads on offer as does the pool side lunch menu. Dinner is nice but does get a bit repetitive so eating out is better. Bus stop right outsides really easy to get into town. Venus beach is just 5 mins away and really nice. Thanks again for a lovely stay. 😍

The hotel was kept to a high standard and the staff to a higher. The receptionist, Patience was extremely helpful and was a lot of fun and is warm and welcoming, and ready to help on call 24/7. The staff in general were one of the most helpful I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend enjoying an all inclusive as you can make the most out of the free drinks and the lush buffet.

I’m enjoying it!!! Our first night was crazy fun, all the staff are so friendly. The bar man George is such a vibe, cheerful, lively and fun. We asked him to make his favourite drink. Which he did! Although we didn’t like the drink he made, he was very polite about taking it off us and made a new one that I enjoyed. If you are visiting defo find this bartender a witness for yourself how friendly and fun he is!!! The food here is a good 8/10. It’s a basic buffet, chips, pasta, cheeses and other little bits but nothing too special but quite enjoyable.

I was amazed at the value for money of his hotel. We went in without expectations and we have already booked for 2023!! My children are so happy and obviously we are too! Extra thank you to reception staff for such a warm welcome. And thank you to restaurant staff for being so accommodative. :)

The room was huge and clean with view to the pool. Everything worked perfectly, I enjoyed my stay. The package included breakfast which was worth it, it had a lot of variety and it tasted great. We were four in the room so we had a bit of a problem with having one key, other than that I fully recommend it :)

The service is great at this place. Lovely stay. The drinks were great, the show at the evenings were pretty cool and every day there is something new happening. Recommend the all inclusive experience. Patience the Receptionist is a pretty cool guy!

Stayed in avlida for 1 week, has to say that, this hotel offers the best value for money, the staff is just amazing, had a chat with Mr patience at the reception, very welcoming individual and always handled our issues with sense of urgency and made a good friendship with my son. The hotel is well located, the rooms on the pool side has a great view. The food and drinks were good. The reality is the staff does make this hotel

We spent 4 nights at the Avlida hotel and enjoyed our time. The hotel is very clean and the staff are always very friendly. The swimming pools are very nice also and the location is great. We thought the food was perfect and overall the stay was very good value for money. Some minor points made me give it a 4 star. 1. No soft drinks with half board package. 2. The connecting rooms are only separated by a wooden door. Our neighbors very very loud. We complained twice however nothing changed. Not the hotels fault. 3. Having to pay for the coffee/ tea packets in the room I have not seen before. 4. I tried the AC but it only pumped out hot air. Luckily the weather was cool enough not to need. We would definitely come back again. Thank you.
