We recently got back from a one week stay at Olympic Lagoon and there is literally nothing I can fault with this hotel. Our room was spacious, immaculate with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff are a credit to your hotel, from the moment you check in everyone you meet delivers exceptional customer service and nothing is too much. The entertainment team are incredible and how they deliver the energy and passion day after day is so admirable. The disco’s, shows were consistently good fun and very entertaining. I would recommend booking into some of the restaurants they have there as soon as you arrive and they get very busy. We were lucky enough to eat at the diner which was great for a lunchtime fun kids meal, the pan asian which was incredible with a great choice and the captains deck - where the staff went above and beyond. We were lucky enough to have half a week outside of half term as our daughter is only 3 and I would recommend (if they are young enough) going outside of half term. It gets very busy with limited sun loungers, seats for the evening shows which is expected. Overall 5stars, would 100% return and highly highly recommend!! πŸ‘

Went for a wedding. Β£70 to get in, to watch a wedding and eat good which was paid for with the wedding. A complete joke!. The food served was nothing special, in fact the started was awful and dessert I didn't even get my choice. Staff were nice but apart from that. Expensive and rip off hotel out to get what they can Edit*** In your reply you state its because the couple do not want to pay for there guests....what utter rubbish!!! They paid the meal and drink with it in there highly priced wedding package. So therefore what did we pay for on the day? I do not drink only soft drinks and there wad no way on earth my partner could drink the equivalent amount of alcohol. We asked if we could pay for drinks as we went as food was already included. We was told under no circumstances we could do this and if we did not pay the newly weds would have to. What joke when they paid extreme amount of money for wedding package and to stay with yourselfs. Its still disgraceful charging that amount because we choose to stay else where.

What a amazing hotel . Food and cocktail's 5 star. It's situated on the front with great view of the sea. Rooms great too...beds very comfy. All staff brill and can't do enough for you. Entertainment is good if you can get a seat.... It's always busy. Would definitely go back.

Friendly and considerate staff, good food and overall a clean hotel. We had a great week here in October. Main point of criticism for me is the unfortunate timing of the activities/shows and closing times of restaurants, and the fact that you cannot reserve for the two special restaurants unless you do this a month before you arrive at te hotel. Despite these things, I recommend this hotel if you go to Paphos

This hotel is simply great. Great location. The service is great. The staff is so nice. The food is fantastic - great dinning room and great verity of restaurants. The other guests in the hotel were nice. The hotel has great pools and is right by the beach. Great shows every night. Few minor cons: There is no hot water jacuzzi. Gym isn't that good. We paid extra for a beach view room and got a room with so so view.

What a fantastic place. Great location, fantastic food with a great service from all staff. My grandson and his partner got married here this week and it was truly amazing. Wedding of dreams. Our housekeeper Elena, was always happy and smiling and went the extra mile. Downstairs staff always on hand. We regularly got Ion to serve us and he was always there when needed. Thank you for a truly remarkable week.

Our stay at Olympic Lagoon Resorts in Paphos was truly remarkable. As an all-inclusive resort, they exceeded all our expectations, especially with the diverse and delectable food offerings. The provision of sun beds meant we could relax without the usual scramble to secure a spot. What truly set our experience apart was the dedicated and thoughtful staff. They surprised us with a special cake for my wife's birthday, a gesture that touched our hearts. We are genuinely impressed and will unquestionably be planning a return trip. Highly recommended!

The entertainment staff were excellent, cannot wait to bring my children next year, they must work so hard on their routines and it shows, the evening shows were so so good!! Well done all of you, we had two bar tenders one lady who was so good (sorry forgot your name) and she could not do enough, but!! We had young boy also serving he was extremely rude!!!! Shouted at my partner as if he was 6 year old child, he needs to go on course and learn how to speak to people, and learn some manners!!!!! Were we are from you do not speak to people like he did, I also heard how he spoke to other guests, he needs speaking too.

I have already reviewed my 5* Stay on Trip Advisor , and booked my return for next September. You have probably guessed I rate this resort highly. I have enjoyed a brilliant week long stay. It was my first trip to Cyprus too. Your staff are Excellent. They handled a very busy time extremely well, maintaining Attention to detail. A beautiful location. The Rooms are Great. Housekeeping do an excellent job. Food and Drinks exceeded expectation. Thank You.

The place was very clean and well laid out with a wide variety of restaurants. Even out of season. However it did lack activities and evening entertainment, possibly because it was November. Only major issue was the housekeeping staff were very over bearing, constantly checking on your room including a "night" service at 6pm, on more than one occasion we were disturbed and they even emptied our fridge of fresh food which we only put there 2 hours earlier.

Wow, what a hotel!! Superb grounds, all the staff are so polite and helpful. You get treated like royalty!! The food is superb. We particularly liked the Pan Asia restaurant, and the American diner was superb for something different. The steaks were great and the restaurant itself is immaculate. Elena, our housekeeper was excellent, always smiling and always happy to help. The hotel was always kept spotless and the reception area when you first arrive is stunning. Clean towels every day for your sun beds, which you are allocated for the week, so no having to get up at 4am to beat the Germans to the sun beds. The drinks on offer are superb. Proper cocktails in proper glasses that you can enjoy while relaxing in the pool. The attention to detail in this hotel is amazing!! Thoroughly enjoyed every second of our stay, and we would like to thank every single member of staff who made our stay so perfect!! Thank you. Paul & Kelly Bourne

We had an absolutely amazing holiday here with our two year old. Five restaurants, immaculate hotel, spa, creche and on site shop. Located 20 minutes from the airport and on the beach. Also has allocated sun beds so no need for the sunbed dawn dash! We love Paphos and would recommend this hotel

Really fantastic resort, rooms are large and spacious with very comfortable beds, the quality of food and service is incredible with a large selection of cuisines on offer all delivered at the highest quality. Loads of drinks and a variety of cocktails are included in the all-inclusive with excellent service by staff. Guest services are very helpful with any query you might have and very friendly. There are a large number of pools available in the resort and a lovely walk on the sea front.

Positive: The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The outdoor areas are very well maintained and the pool area is vast. Even during the off season, there are numerous bars and restaurants that offer variety. They even have some shows in the evenings so there is something interesting happening. The rooms are clean, with comfortable beds and nice bathroom amenities. The indoor pool water is nice and warm (29c) which is great for winter. Negative: There are very limited vegan/fasting options available. While it is not uncommon to have few choices, even items that could easily be vegan (such as bread) had milk in it which reduced food options to sometimes boiled rice, steamed vegetables and french fries. It would be good to have at least one main course that is vegan as it's a big hotel and there should be enough demand for that. The second negative experience was the staff at the indoor pool. They came half an hour before closing and started opening the windows (this was in December!) and stared at us the entire time, waiting for us to leave. As soon as we started getting out of the water (15 minutes before closing) they opened the entire front with sliding doors that let the cold evening air so we would not get any ideas and maybe dry off before leaving. If the pool is open until 6 they should wait at least until just before 6 with closing it down. The closing down process lasted 5 minutes so it wasn't as that they would spend an hour to do it.

My stay was absolutely amazing. Upon arrival my luggage was taken i was handed lemonade and attended to quickly. My room was amazing and so so clean. The quality of the cocktails and food were just unreal and the staff were so welcoming and attentive through my entire stay and made it an amazing experience. The beach is also barely 5 minutes away which is spectacular as you can alternate from the pool to the sea at ease. The spa was amazing too i had a black tea massage and it was so relaxing and the sauna and steam room were amazing. I will 1000% be returning and will rave about it to my friends and family till then.

Fantastic only one minor thing sun beds are a bit close together a bit of space is needed between them We didn’t want to sit on top of other guests . We sat on the beds on the beach and the waiter always came and offered us bottled water. Another nice touch

We had a wonderful experience overall. What we liked: The food was mostly very good, the staff at the kids club was excellent, the allocation of the sun beds is a great idea, the public areas are relatively very quiet - even when the entertainment staff put on music it's not loud. A few things that need improvement: 1. We booked a transfer from the airport and it was late by more than an hour!!! All of the hotel staff that I talked to just tried to give excuses and no apology. 2. The yoga mats at the gym are extremely low quality and are falling apart. 3. Our bed mattress had some springs popping out a little. 4. Wait time to be seated at the main restaurant can sometimes be a little long. 5. Availability for booking the other restaurant is a little low.

What an ideal place, you are situated a few feet from the beach. Fantastic food and a large selection of it. Most of the staff are cheerful and helpful but not enough of them. Last night we waited one hour for a round of drinks and 40 minutes for the next round. The hard working staff were run ragged. Please employ extra staff for when your hotel is full !!! Anyway lovely pools and so far into this weeks holiday you can get a place by the pool πŸŠβ€β™€οΈ The English tea is disgusting and None of our group of over 20 people could drink it. Stick to the coffee β˜•οΈ 🀩

Beware kid's club is *kids only*. It is on the Olympic Lagoon website (not very obviously see screenshot) if you have time to read closely beforehand but I only read the jet2holiday website and the main hotel website, which gave me the impression that I would be able to have indoor family activities with my son. I didn't know about it until I brought my son for the first visit and I told him I would stay with him. Upon entering, my son was so happy and so excited because he loves his arts and crafts. The staff told us it's kids only straight away without even being soft about it. He was a sensitive boy and was very very sad afterwards because I could not go in with him as I promised. I know this 1st experience has had a negative impact on him because he refused to go in ever since and was even scared of entering that area of the building. The word "kids club" even triggers negative emotion straight away. We are now worried about all the future kids club in different hotels. It's just awful to think that this 1st kids club experience for him in his childhood memory was so so so scary. If you are looking for indoor day time family arts crafts activities with kids or your kids are not confident yet about going into a kids club on his or her own. This hotel is not for you. The information board should probably say "confident kids only". Not all 3yr old kids are comfortable with entering a new kids club in a foreign land on their own. If you are early years practitioners you should know better on this and child psychology. This part of our longwaited family holiday has really let me down as I really looked forward to doing some indoor activities together with my son. The days are hot and there is only so much you could do with the little one by the pool side. Also, agree with the previous reviewers that pool attendants needs to stop whistling at guests if they are not in immediate danger or causing immediate disruption. It's disrespectful and disheartening. There are better polite ways to discretely handle certain poolside matters. E.g. wait till the guest is free and talk to the guest in a discrete manner.

Great hotel, really good food and cocktails, we liked the American and Italian restaurants. VERY good service. We were upgraded to sea view and it was amazing! The things that we didn't like is the SPA treatment which wasn't professional at all and the fact that the show was canceled and the restaurant was closed at 21:30 while the information station in the hotel said 23. Anyway we still had very good experience and we will definitely be back.

Went for a belated honeymoon. The hotel is stunning and the staff were friendly and inviting from the get go. The views are amazing and the weather was really on or side luckily. The food and drink was top quality all week with any number of drinks and cocktails at hand. The main restaurant had different themes each night and we were never disappointed. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again

Brilliant resort. Excellent if you are a wheelchair user. The food is great, so much to choose from and all delicious. The staff are great and incredibly helpful. It is at the pricier side but I think it is well worth it. You could quite happily stay here for the entire length of your holiday and not feel the need to go any further (but definitely recommend exploring)

Simply an amazing resort and time. The staff, the food, the rooms and especially the pools were all fantastic. The shows are well produced and the adults only section was serene. Generous pours, well worth the all inclusive cost, can't wait to come back.

We’ve just got back from a brilliant week at Olympic lagoon Paphos. The hotel was clean, staff attentive, friendly and the service was impeccable. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and relaxing on the sun loungers during the day and then the kids disco and entertainment evenings. We ate at the captains deck, American diner and pan Asian on site restaurants. Food was great and service impeccable. Very nice restaurants and great evenings. The breakfast and dinner bouffets we’re plentiful, great variety and lovely food. The rooms were spacious and tidy. Overall we had a fantastic holiday. Every chance we’ll be back. Thank you to all the staff at this great hotel.

We loved the hotel, staff, food was brilliant, pool brilliant. The activities people during the day, loved the entertainment at night, with the activities people. The problem that we had was the view of the room. It was a special holiday, 40 years married, we booked through our travel agent, and paid extra for a sea view. When we got there, the view was a side view of the sea, the rest car park, and a massive bottle bank. We complained the next day, the alternative room was even a worse view. We decided it was not going to spoil our holiday. We were offered a sea view the last few days of our holiday (3 weeks) it wasn't worth packing and unpacking. On our last day we had to be out of our room by 12.00, we weren't leaving till 9.00 at night, we asked to pay for a few more hours for a room, but it wasn't to be . We had a wonderful holiday, met wonderful people. The Hotel blamed people booking on line, and not getting the correct room, we booked by a travel agent. We would suggest that you read you itinerary, ours was a side sea view. Cheers

Lovely hotel, fantastically friendly staff with great recommendations for places to go and local things to do. Great food in the buffet restaurant and others. Close to the sea and most of all the most wonderful swimming pools, these have liners rather than tiles so no hard edges on your feet. Swim up bar serves a great selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Shop is all reasonably priced and often cheaper than other places around. Sun loungers are allocated on arrival, a little bit of a pain but no more than the 7am rush to the pool side of hotels with no allocations like this and I think by 2023 season they will have a better system in place to record allocations. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back to stay again.

Staff are all amazing, the hotel is kept beautifully clean, the food is delicious. Best of all we had our wedding ceremony at the hotel and the wedding team were amazing, our day went perfectly nothing was too much trouble, they did everything to make it special and memorable for all our guests. There is one member of staff that works in the restaurants that we found quite rude and abrupt on 2 separate occasions (Eleina), yet everyone else was really lovely.

Great food, lots of different options and fresh ingredients. The rooms and facilities were very clean. There are various pools you can use and a children’s section for those with kids. Every night there was a different event of great quality. One issue was seating around where the event took place was very limited. It was great that most of the outdoor areas were smoke free unlike some other hotels. Our biggest issue was with noise from the bar and outdoor seating area which was under our balcony. We had a great view of the sea and swimming pools but there would be really loud drunk people until 2pm. It’s a family hotel so they should take that into consideration and either create a different area away from the rooms or change their policies in terms of serving alcohol/drinks after a certain time. The hotel is in a great location and you can easily walk to the city centre which has various bars and restaurants as well as tourist attractions.

Amazing hotel, lovely staff & beautiful food! Only problem with this hotel was the how slippy the floor was around the baby pool. My 2yo son kept falling even when walking with pool shoes on, tiles around the floor are very very slippy. There is a few non slip mats but I feel they should be around the whole pool. Apart from that a good stay

We went to Olympic lagoon with our two babies, the rooms was already set up with two baby cribs. The view from the delux room sea view was perfect, to the pool and the sea. The service was delightful, every staff member was so generous, always smiling and knows how to give a great service. The food was delicious, so many dishes to choose, the cocktails at the pool was great, every single moment I had a glass in my hand, and i sure will come back for another vacation. Location is great, 5 minutes drive to the mall. 15 minutes drive from the airport.

Hotel was huge and rather busy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The kids club was amazing filled with activities. Special thanks to Natasha! There was a kids disco every night which my kids really enjoyed and then a show for everyone afterwards. Buffer food was decent and had plenty of options. The diner was also great! Overall a great experience

Amazing place. Stuff is very nice. Rooms are big and very clean. Some if the special restarunts are closed during the winter (Italian was opened and was great). They just need to be more clear and slecify that drinks in the bar cost money after 11pm and service to the room is charged as well. Value for money is very good, highly recommended!
