I chose this hotel because of the reviews but I have to deny all of them. It's absolutely NOT clean. I found hairs everywhere in my room and even on the breakfast plates. The rooms are not like the pictures they proposed on Booking; they are quite old. Breakfast food was not good and of high-quality.

Just came back from a fantastic family holiday at Mayfair. The rooms are tired and could really do with a spruce up so first impressions weren't that good, particularly arriving in the early hours when everyone was tired. Waking up in the morning and going down for breakfast things got better. The staff were lovely and the food fantastic It was our first all inclusive and I wasn't expecting much considering what we paid but the choice and quality of every meal was fantastic, I've paid good money in restaurants and ate a lot worse food. For a family holiday I would highly recommend this place, plenty of entertainment for everyone throughout the day and evening, only 15 minute stroll to the harbour

Overall we had a good experience at Mayfair Gardens. The hotel has great communal areas. The rooms were clean and functional but a bit basic. The bed was quite firm but not uncomfortable. The breakfast was good but there was very little rotation. The immediate location isn't the best but its a short wall to the beach front (very touristy) and old town a similar distance in the other direction. Overall better suited to the all inclusive holidaymaker interested in the hotels entertainment.

The hotel and the rooms are very clean, the staff including the cleaners, bar staff and management are always very friendly. The restaurant is clean and the staff are very helpful, the food is amazing and there's plenty of it aswell, been here 5 times and we have never moaned about the food at all. Can't wait to go again soon.

A great hotel for a family holiday! We visited the hotel recently and really enjoyed ourselves there. The staff were all lovely and the evening entertainment was good fun. The food was nice and they had a different theme every evening so you had something different most nights. Our room was great and the cleaning staff friendly and couldn't have been more helpful when we needed them. You do have to get up early to secure a sunbed if you have a particular spot in mind but that's pretty standard at most places! We found the kids club ok...I would say the activities were definitely geared more towards the younger kids, my 7 year old only ended up going once and didn't want to go again. The main pool is quite deep but the kids pool is great! Overall a great stay and we'd definitely visit again!

"I recently had the most incredible 14-day stay at the Mayfair Hotel, and I can't say enough about the exceptional experience. The staff at this hotel truly goes above and beyond to make you feel like royalty. From the warm and welcoming reception to the attentive concierge service, every member of the team made our stay unforgettable. The dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was an absolute delight. The chef's culinary creations were a feast for the senses, and the waitstaff was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. The activities and shows offered during our stay were top-notch. Whether it was the poolside relaxation, the engaging activities, or the captivating entertainment shows, there was never a dull moment. We were thoroughly entertained throughout our stay. Speaking of the pool, it was a perfect oasis of tranquility. The serene pool area and attentive poolside service made it a fantastic place to unwind and soak up the sun. From start to finish, our time at the Mayfair Hotel was an unforgettable adventure. The blend of impeccable service, delectable cuisine, exciting activities, and the wonderful pool made it a truly exceptional stay. I can't wait to return and experience the magic of Mayfair Hotel once again!" ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ™

I came here with a group of friends and we had such a great stay. Our rooms were clean and the daily room service was lovely. We enjoyed the food which had lots of choice so there was something for everyone. A special shout-out to the entertainment team- Dali, Caitlin, Keeley, Naomi, Louis, Enes who made our stay amazing and so fun! We loved joining in the daytime activities as well as enjoying the evening entertainment. I LOVE MY JOB!

This is our second time visiting this hotel and all i can say is that it has been outstanding. We have the 1 bedroom suite which is perfect for our family of 3, has so much room and more. The food is also great, lots of different selections not just for the adults but the kids too. The entertainment team are amazing, they do so much for everyone, involve all the kids and adults within all the games and entertainment throughout the day and night. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like a good holiday and a very friendly environment. We are already looking at dates for next year.

The entertainment staff made our holiday!! We loved their enthusiasm and activities planned. Keely was the first to tell us about events for the day upon our arrival and made us feel really helpful. Dali clearly loves his job adding charisma to the nighttime entertainment. Enes is super cheery and keeps everyone engaged. The all inclusive bar staff are so efficient and helpful. Loved the table service with the all inclusive drinks. The pools are beautiful and very picturesque. Was one of the best family holidays and we got to be a part of a very special wedding.

Absolutely the most friendly staff you will meet! The hotel is clean and family friendly. The room keeping are so thorough and the reception are very informative. The hotel is full of entertainment both during the nightlife and in the pools. I would recommend this hotel to both family and couples, we would love to return. I LOVE MY JOB

Fantastic! One of best all-inclusive hotels/resorts we have stayed at. The staff are really friendly and service is superb! Food is excellent with a great selection everyday. The all-inclusive drinks are superb with local beers on draught on offer and plenty of cocktails and spirits. Certainly not watered down! Beers served were in pints and cold. Our Grand kids loved the little water park! Pools are excellent. Definitely going back!!

The staff at this hotel are amazing and work incredibly hard to please everyone. There are always day time activities for children and adults and always entertainment on in the evenings. They honestly do everything to get everyone involved and really do love their jobs which is lovely. The rooms are basic and small but always clean. The hotel is fairly small and has two pools which are very overcrowded and could do with a jet wash. Also a bad smell that lingers throughout the day. To get a sun bed you have to be up at 6am or earlier. The evenings are very loud, good if you enjoy a lively atmosphere, and it is always a struggle to find somewhere to sit but the beach is only a 20 minute walk with some good restaurants. The harbour is lovely and has nice food with good views. The food is limited with not a great deal to choose from but the staff do try their hardest. The location is not the best as the hotel is situated in a back street that appears very run down and derelict. However, the weather is amazing with full sun every day! Overall, a very average hotel with not a great location but guaranteed sun!

Just returned from a great week at the Mayfair Hotel. The hotel is fantastic, the food exceptional and staff just amazing. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable with huge comfy beds. The hotel does an amazing job at ensuring the little touches are covered with a games room, water slides, laundry, mini market and sports bar, definitely recommend and will be back.

I think the term I am satisfied is not enough to describe this hotel. Arriving I did not expect such a facility as in the pictures (it was much nicer in person than described in the photos from the hotel website, or people who have already visited this place). I am very pleased with the service that I found, the culture and smiles of the hotel staff and restaurant. You can easily get along with the staff in English. The rooms and the facility itself with swimming pools and nice vegetation can be rated 5/5. The food served for breakfast, lunch and dinner also deserves a high note. Open bar, drinks, fun in the evening for older as well as younger people. I sincerely recommend it to everyone!

    - Dirty. They even left the breadcrumbs on the table from previous guests. - Old. The furniture is cheap and old. Blinking light in the bathroom which we asked to fix several times but it was ignored. The towels look yellow instead of white (Long ago I believe they were white) - Loud music play till ~23:30 - Overpriced for such quality etc

Mayfair is a nice hotel. Our room was clean, quiet and spacious. The hotel staff were always willing to help and friendly. Entertainment was ok but they repeat the same thing weekly. The food was always nice. The Garden pool is clean and well-presented. The family pools were not as well maintained and had a cloudy look. The only real letdowns to this hotel are the sunbed situation, They say they will remove towels left after 11 am but nobody checks. Be prepared to get up at 6 am to get your sunbed if you want a nice spot. The other is the location. When you walk out of Mayfair you need to walk down an alley which has a building site running alongside. Not the best place to walk in the dark but the quickest way to get anywhere. It's a 20-minute walk to the harbour. The best beaches are a bus ride away which takes around half an hour but the buses are frequent and cheap. Overall nice place to stay.

Just about 4 stars. Good food, clean rooms. However a few โ‚ฌs need to be spent on pool chairs, a lot are tired and damaged.

  • 4/5 Ian B. 6 months ago on Google
Staff are really friendly on the whole. Managers are very visible and helpful. To move it from an average 4 star to a great one is just a bit more detail. We had constant dripping from the toilet cistern. Unit where the fridge is, the door didn't close. The all inclusive should pushed as inclusive as its not all inclusive and there are some barriers. Food is a bit repetitive but very edible. None of the above detracted from our enjoyment and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Like I said, a few minor details that could improve the overall rating. Thanks, Mayfair, for a good holiday

We re here now and it's an amazing hotel for families. Most of the staff are truly amazing. The odd female worker (bar in food hall) spoil this but the rest are fantastic who work very hard. Drinks and food are good for an all inclusive. Entertainment is basic at the night, good during the day. Pools are amazing. We have 2 days left and will be sad to leave. Thank you mafair.

  • 3/5 Kerry R. 5 months ago on Google
Before I start, there is absolutely nothing majorly wrong with this hotel but compared to other 4 stars we have stayed in, this is more a 3 star aspiring to be a 4 star. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was a lovely size and kept clean every day. We had a pool view. However there is no light above the shower, there is plumbing for a kitchen sink but no sink, there's a plug and aerial socket in the bedroom but no TV. It was also quite loud at night either from the entertainment or other guests. It was nice that there were 2 separate sofa beds but they were rock hard. There was no light on the balcony which wasn't ideal. The food is plentiful, fresh and hot at meal times but there's not a great deal of choice. Ice cream is only available for 2 hours a day and snacks are only available for 2 hours in a morning. We arrived at about 11pm and were handed a packed lunch which was much appreciated. The pool area is lovely and clean, the sunbeds look to be reasonably new but getting one isn't much fun. If you're not down at the pool side at 6.45am ready to put towels on at 7am you don't stand much chance. The staff are amazing!! Genuinely lovely people, so welcoming from the moment we walked in. They work so hard all day every day but are always smiling. The drinks are good and there's a good range on all inclusive, you can actually tell the cocktails are alcoholic! Shame the all inclusive ends at 10pm so drinks have to be paid for after that especially when we arrived from our flight so late. We didn't get involved with the activities the entertainment team put on but they seemed to work really hard. The communal areas in the apartment blocks could do with some TLC but they are always clean. The on site shop is well stocked with snacks, souvenirs, floats etc, all at a good price. The location of the hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the harbour. We walked into town in the evening which wasn't an entirely comfortable experience given the areas you have to walk through. Overall we have had a nice few days but wouldn't be back.

Well just got back from this hotel and from the beginning it was to say the least interesting. The first room we was allocated the view was a building which was past its best and you could see everything the residents was doing. Could not have curtains open and was so dark, and was a upgraded room when booked ! Asked to move got told I had to check daily, thankfully they had a room 2 days into the hoilday which was in there second best view overlooking the carpark. But was better as we could have light from the sun at least . Rooms are very basic beds are rock hard and I like a hard mattress. Now the food what can I say it was so salty you could not eat it which we told the restaurant staff and was not the only ones to do this. Got told due to the chef having had covid had not got his taste buds back so could not taste the seasoning he was putting in. Entertainment was not great, drinks was just about drinkable and you had to pay for smoothies and slush puppies and so on if you had children. Unfortunately our flight was cancelled so had to try and stay another 2 nights got told we could not find out till the Tuesday night at 7pm, to then get told we had to come back weds morning at 10 two hours before checkout to see if we could stay another 2 nights which was quite stressful. Luckily enough we could to the sum of 403 euros plus 43 euros for late checkout. I'm sure the staff are friendly and helpful enough but unfortunately we only got from 2 staff members. The staff do work hard especially the guys around the bar area and the cleaner's they keep it spotless. The good thing I'd the connections from the buses to go exploring are the easiest I've come across. If you like sunbathing then you have to get down fast to get a spot overwise you lose out all day. Unfortunately not a good hoilday for us and not worth the money we spent on it.

Fantastic hotel. Lovely staff they couldnโ€™t do enough to help. Beautifully clean rooms. Felt very COVID safe with fresh air running throughout the complex with windows open throughout, all staff wear masks, increased cleaning and gloves available for food buffet. Canโ€™t wait to stay again.

The room was clean, staff changes towels every day. Food was good but mostly is prepared for English guests. Breakfast is the same every day. Location of the hotel is very good. Walk distance to the city. Only one minus is that the hotel does not have wellness and spa. Great value for the money . I recomend this hotel.

We visited in November, which is pushing it, weather-wise. I have to say that we had had an excellent room, but unfortunately it was located at the back of block3, with no view, and directly above the maintenance yard. I'm sure they could have done better than that, as the hotel was not full. Too cold to use the outdoor pool, but there is an indoor one (we didn't use it). We had about 5 days of sun out of 7. We arrived during a massive thunderstorm, with howling winds and lashing rain..by the time we left, they had brought out the patio heaters. We were all-inclusive, and there is an excellent choice of food, albeit warm rather than hot. I put on weight, as you just have to try everything, right? None of the stupid 6 drinks per person rubbish here, either. There's entertainment every day except Wednesday. Cash bingo every night with the excellent multilingual host, Mario. Then live music or karaoke, or the "quiz", which was mayhem. The hotel is located 20 minutes walk from Paphos harbour, via a very dodgy-looking route through an industrial area, and involving a very busy dual carriageway. Still worth doing though. Lots of cats. It was a bit weird sunbathing with Christmas decorations going up around us..

We arrived at Mayfair Gardens on 28th October, when we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff our room was excellent, our housekeeper for the 2 weeks was great, friendly and polite. Food was excellent, different theme nights, staff brilliant especially Sylvia who greeted us for breakfast and lunch very friendly lady. Bar staff were all very friendly and very polite, drinks were all their own brands but if you wanted named brands you had to pay. Night time entertainment was OK, kids disco Bingo and live entertainment. Mario who was entertainment manager was fantastic, he was funny entertaining and very friendly, highly recommend for him to get a pay rise. We had the pleasure of meeting the Manager of the hotel, it was nice to see him working with his staff and talking to all the guests very polite gentleman.

We are currently halfway through our weeks stay at the Mayfair hotel and our holiday has gotten off to a great start! We had the most perfect day with our two little girls in the old town yesterday, which is about a 20-30 minute walk. Our experience has been made so much better due to the friendly and helpful nature of the staff. The only thing I have marked down is the room. The suite we have is ideal as it is big and spacious, which makes it more than comfortable for 4 of us. However, some of the fixtures could use some TLC, but I am more than willing to look over these minor defects. The holiday and hotel is a winner in my eyes ๐Ÿ˜€

An amazing hotel in an excellent location, spacious rooms and excellent service. The hotel staff will do everything to improve the stay. The flying pig hotel's sports bar is simply excellent with wonderful food. The location of the hotel is excellent, within walking distance of the center and the mall. After visiting several hotels in Paphos, without a doubt this is the hotel I recommend...

Stayed here for 3 nights in November, it was perfect! All of the staff are amazing but I have to give extra credit to Silvia at the pool bar, she was extra friendly and hospitable. Room was very clean, our housekeeper Evelina also did a great job. The food was plenty and delicious. Location is half way between old town and the harbour. The only complaints we have are the water pressure which was so weak it was impossible to take a decent shower. And the other one would be the glass slide door to the bathroom which was a bit impractical. All in all would stay here again and definitely recommend!!

Had a wonderful time time the staff conldnt do enoughx The food was excellent, loads of choice. The beer was great we drank Zorbas. The entertainment staff were always on hand and plenty of options for kids. Shout out to Jan lovely lady in customer relations, Olga the friendliest bar person and Elindar from maid service who"s towel animals always made us smile. Would recommend this hotel we had a great time.

This Hotel in our opinion, was absolutely marvellous . Permanent heat and blue skies were what we got in our early September stay. Through out our all inclusive break, we had mountains of gorgeous , well presented, tasty food from their varied daily menus . My only worry was piling on the pounds there , with the fabulous food and being drowned with floods of free drinks. The hotels grounds, pools and splashpark are so scenic and the twin lads loved it. The rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean. Loads of clean towels and bedding, and in the shower room all fancy trinkets/ consumables were on display. The rooms air conditioning was very welcoming . The staff were so very busy but so very friendly and helpful . A fifteen minute walk took us to the centre of the resort at Paphos and it does not have much of a beach but a rocky sea front ,which was a little disappointing. It was however nice to go to the sea front and in and around the small bars, that were pretty quiet and trouble free. The old town was worth a visit and so was a nice beach called Coral Bay a 20 minutes bus ride away. The hotel made it for us by a mile and we can't wait to go back. Brilliant

This has been the most pleasurable holiday we have had since covid , the hotel was ready to receive clients / customer / paying guests from day one , All staff are trained to a high standard and are customer focused in every way and want there hotel to succeed, The restaurant staff are very efficient, polite and the food is to a very high standard . The Restaurant manager ( George) has his team running seamlessly throughout all meal times , Breakfast , Lunch and Evening meals . The pools are clean and ready to use , the gardens are pleasant to walk around , One or two of the rooms have a couple of tired fittings , but never the less all are freshly decorated and linens are clean and changed regularly, All in all a great holiday

From the minute we arrived, to the minute we left,we could not fault this place. We asked for a room change solely due to the fact that our balcony overlooked the entertainment area, and we are early bedders. Nothing against the entertainment, and to be fair, it finished at 11.00. The rooms were lovely, and the bed was super comfy. The food was incredible. We were unsure as we had never gone all inclusive before. We were not disappointed. There was so much to choose from, and as you would expect, the Cypriot night was amazing. Every guest we spoke to commented on how good the good was. Great location, just a twenty minute drive from the airport. The hotel is only a ten/fifteen minute walk from bars, shops, and restaurants, and the lovely walkway that takes you to the harbour. The staff were fantastic, professional and friendly throughout our stay

Lovely hotel located approx. a 15 minute walk from the harbour. 5 minute walk to the nearby Kings Mall. Convenient small shop on site. Everywhere was clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful, as were everyone I encountered in Paphos. The food was delicious, great variety for even picky eaters like my daughter. The only negative I have is that our room wasn't what I would class as 4 star, and definitely needs upgrading.

Canโ€™t fault a single thing about this hotel. The rooms are very well kept, lovely pools and great evening entertainment. Came with a large group of friends and the staff couldnโ€™t do enough for us. Would recommend to any family or group of friends. The entertainment especially was top notch. Dali, Keeley, Caitlin, Naomi, Louis and Enes were all very welcoming and had so many activities on in the day that you wouldnโ€™t even need to leave the hotel! I LOVE MY JOB!

Relaxing stay. Needs a small table to put things on. Put your don't disturb sign on the door or the cleaning lady will come in around 9 without knocking. Has evening entertainment every night for the guests, the rooms are big, there are several pools for adults and kids.

Dreadful hotel! Stay away! Dirty, filthy and outdated rooms. Cons: - Very loud and noisy entertainment every night until 23.30. - The rooms are so little insulated you can see the light through the door and hear a pin drop outside. - Little to no wifi nor signal in the rooms. - Bad climate inside, very humid with no way to get rid of it. - Hard, unpleasant bed and pillows. No duvet cover, just two bed sheets wrapped around it. It got tangled and felt dirty. - Terrible breakfast. No quality whatsoever. Sugar filled, non-eatable food. Pros: - Bathroom was semi clean. - Short distance to grocery store and mall. - 25 mins to all major archaeological places. - Nice staff. - A little cheaper than competitors.

The wi-fi is a Lie! No reception in the room and barely in the common rooms. The room shower had no door and no soap shelf. The toilet didnt flush well and there was no TP valve. To top it of, there were ants everywhere! The reception rarely answered when we called from our room, and when they did they were unkind and promised to fix things that never got fixed. There were no salads in the breakfast buffet.
