๐Ÿซค Pretty dire overall. Probably the worst hostel I've stayed in across 5 countries. It's cheap so it's unfair to expect too much, but it should as a minimum be clean. Pretty dire overall. Probably the worst hostel I've stayed in across 5 countries. It's cheap so it's unfair to expect too much, but it should as a minimum be clean. I pulled what must have been at least 2 months' worth of hair out of one of the sink plugholes because it wouldn't drain. Location is in the centre of Pafos, around a 35 min walk to the harbour. But if you rent a car, there isn't anywhere nearby to park it. There's also a church very close by so as I visited over Easter, bells were ringing at 1am as well as 6am for some reason. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Nice but please focus more on safety!!! Liked ยท Affordable; comfy bed, nice room (bit 'vintage' but all in good taste); common bathroom, but very clean; common kitchen with all the necessary appliances; good location in the centre, 5 mins from the main bus station. Disliked ยท IRRESPONSIBLE ATTITUDE TOWARDS SAFETY When I arrived there was no one at the reception, the owner was not even in the building. I had to call the number on the wall (which costs me extra as I don't have a Cypriot phone number). There were 2 people apart from me who were also waiting for a long time. There's no security, no one is watching who's entering the building! I found that fact very disturbing. I was sharing the bedroom with another girl that I didn't know. The owner told me to leave the door to the common bedroom open!!! with my things in it if I want to leave the hostel 'because it's safe'. That's a very irresponsible approach. I assume the owner wouldn't like to leave her stuff in an unlocked room, while alone in a foreign country!!!

DO NOT BOOK THIS. The internet does not work and the area is not safe. Itโ€™s like a refugee camp and I almost got robbed. The owner is not understanding or cooperative and doesnโ€™t care, as long as she gets her money. Please pay and extra $50 and get yourself a better listing. You will save yourself from SO much trouble!

Not funny to arrive after midnight and no reception to talk to, when u have booked and paid online for a private room and to find a note that leads to a room with three beds where 2 guys are already sleeping. No Wi-Fi and couldn't place a phonecall as I just arrived to Cyprus. The owner seemed a nice person when i met her in the morning but i was in a rush and couldn't really get a clear explanation for what happened.

Don't know what some of the other reviews are going on about. It's a hostel, so set your expectations for a hostel. The owner was friendly and helpful. The staff clean the hostel each morning and very well. The building is old and so worn down which may give things the appearance of being dirty (eg. Floors worn so cement shows which makes it looks brown, sink enamel worn so looks brown). It's in a great location, felt very safe, about 30mins walk to the coast. I found beds comfortable but pillow not so much. But I really wish it had lockers to store valuables. My shared room had a balcony and I visited in December so I had the room to myself.

We ended up staying in Trianon Hostel for a night because our flight was cancelled. We looked for a cheap option in Phasos that could accommodate us for a night. With that in mind, Trianon was great. It is pretty easy to get to and from the airport (direct bus and the station is 5 min away). The room was pretty small and overall clean. Bathrooms were also ok. The place was also pretty rustic and hippie which I liked and the host was super nice and welcoming. For a hostel, it is exactly what you envision. A friendly, cheap and easy-to-reach place. The two โ€ždownsidesโ€ of the place where that the area, even though in the center wasn't the nicest and the hostel could benefit from a bit more security. Paphos is much nicer by the sea side than the city center and there is a pretty long walk from Trianon to the beach. However there are plenty of buses you can take to reach the beach easy and fast. About the security aspect, to be fair, I did feel secure at Trianon, but I was surprised that there was literally no option to have anything secured. We had a nice roommate and everything was ok, but for somebody that is looking to keep their stuff under lock and key, this might be an issue.

Good little hostel. No ac so I'm glad I went toward the end of the summer season. Feels like grandma's house. Cozy!

This place doesn't deserve such harsh ratings, it's not perfect but good for a hostel. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Be aware that the rooms don't lock but there's a lockable shelf within. Location wise it's in the city center and not the touristic harbour, just something to consider.

One of my favorite hostels for sure. Such a breezy slice of heaven! The decor was so lovely and the place felt like home. I was so comfortable that I stayed 2 extra nights. It's very clean and well kept. I do recommend some hooks in the shower so we can hang our shower bag but that's a small issue. I highly recommend!

This is a good hostel in a good location, i was lucky to be the only one in my dorm room, so it was basically private. I was there in low season which probably explains it as the hostel is huge, probably very social in high season. The biggest issue was that on both days I spend here I could not get a hot shower. The owners are very friendly and helpful, definitely a better hostel than the review score suggests.

Very nice and accommodating. Thanks for the hospitality. The price is of course unbeatable. The relation to the performance fits definitely.

My stay It was pretty alright, the location is good, just remind that Pafos has an old town and a beachside. This is NOT on the beachside, but closer to the pubs. The place just like other hostels and guesthouses and personal homes requires you to warm the water 15min in advance but that is just a Cyprus thing. The dorms are with single beds close to each other. Gave a bit of a retro East European / Soviet kinda guesthouse kinda vibe some people are into his. It's a fine budget solution. And the greatest thing about it is that I met some cool fellow travelers there.

The location - just of from old town, restaurants, shops everything is close (THIS IS NOT GOOD LOCATION IF YOU WANT TO BE CLOSE TO THE BEACH) The staff - the lady was extremely nice, and I even got New Years cake from her as present, she was also very easy going and accommodating. Facilities - there is common area, kitchen and laundry machine. People complained about the bathroom, but c'mon for this price, don't expect too much, the most important there was always warm water. The thing that might bother to people is temperature in the rooms - I was here in January, the rooms were cold the temperature outside was higher than inside, and the only heating was a small electric stove, which wasn't enough to heat the whole room. Coming from Poland this did not bother me, but I believe that some travellers might find the temperature inside too low.

I'd give this 3.5 stars if I could. The owner, Koula is very friendly and the guesthouse is a nice spot of Old Paphos near Noir bar and a wall of cool graffiti. It's not difficult to find as some people have suggested and you can get the 613 bus there from the airport for 2.50 or from the harbour (618). Or it's a 30 minute walk to/from the harbour, Kato Paphos, the tombs etc. Old Paphos is beautiful and a bit quieter and more 'grown up' than Kato Paphos but has great bars nearby like Temple Bar and amazing historical buildings and remnants of it's culture year in 2017. The place itself is very large but a little run down, as you'd expect for the price, My only complaints are that my bed was incredibly squeaky and noisy (so probably not fun for couples!) and that there was no hot water one night but it returned then ext

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ Me and my partner stayed for 1 week. We had an amazing time and the host Maria was so kind and friendly. We also rented a vehicle from her for the week which was extremely cheap for a new, clean car.. Maria provided some fantastic tips to explore and eat off the beaten path.. would highly recommend.
