Clean & tidy rooms. A bit badic compared to what we are used to. ie no microwave & basic fridge. Friendly staff. Easy access by bus into Paphos Harbour / Coral Bay & beyond. Would we stay again, possibly.

Disgraceful place. 1- they charge you for heating in the room. First time I find this in a hotel. Obviously without heating you will freeze in the room. 2- wifi doesn't work in the rooms 3- rude receptionist,(Russian woman) who only cares about scanning the safe pass. She seems completely insane about covid measures. All this for 50€, and if you want heating you ll need to pay extra 7€. I could cancel and find a better place

Rooms basic but clean with towels and bedding changed every 2/3 days. Staff very helpful and friendly. Pool nice if a little cold. All in all very good value for money. Would definitely go back.

Excellent for the price, clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff.

Rooms are clean and basic, beds in 106 very lumpy could feel every spring and the drains smelt a bit eggy at times. Staff at the bar (Tina and the small smiley lady with ponytail) were lovely. Location was like a building site but I think in a few years will be OK ten minutes to beach and halfway between harbour and coral Bay. But the old town is far nicer and classy.

Good price to quality ratio - it is cheap, but don’t expect too much.

I have a lovely apartment here with a balcony own kitchen and living room and large bedroom. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Am very happy to recommend this place

Nice quiet place with no kids in sight, friendly staff willing to help out if needed, the only reason it gets a four star and a two star for the room is we overlooked an active building site, that said most of the island is one big building site so isn't the hotels fault

Great small n friendly hotel/apartments.staff n service brilliant ,prices for food,drink bit high,and the additional charge for air conditioning was extortionate. We had two v large families stay at the same time,which made it difficult to get a sunbed .

Nice friendly place to stay if you just want somewhere to rest your head. If you want a gym, sauna ,spa etc this isn't the place for you. A little off the main road and a distance from the main town but a bus stop is near by and the buses are very reliable and journeys are cheap!

Great price for it's value. The only problem is that you can hear literally everything happening or being said in the other rooms. Apart from that, I would highly recommend this hotel if you're on a budget.

Beautiful and very friendly and polite Ukrainian-Pontian staff, good service, useful travel guides, you need something like 5 minutes to reach supermarket Lidl, also you have few restaurants in this area. Right at the Lidl you have a bus stop, bus 615 is moving here. Right in front of the supermarket there is Venus Beach, also a beautiful place.

We've been staying here since 2015. We liked it that much on our first visit that we booked for our honeymoon whilst we were there.

Nice people. Rooms with self-catering have gas cookers, electric kettles, toaster, and fridge. Plenty of cupboard space and hot water. Building designed for hot weather, not cold, no double glazing and a bit tired. Had to stuff cardboard in the windows to stop it rattling when windy. WiFi in reception and by pool. Reception has a wood burning fire when weather changeable or cold. TV in the room only Cypriot channels. TV in reception has BBC 24 News. Location good quiet, near Lidl's supermarket, 10 min walk. Bus stop also by Lidl's Nearest small pebel beach 10 min walk. Good coastal walking. 15 min walk to the old town. Overall considering what we paid good value for money. Would happily return. Booked here as a last minute after our original holiday was cancelled due to Covid-19, nice sized apartment if a little dated but perfect for couples but air conditioning is €10 per night though would recommend paying as rooms get warm at night but key is required to have it on which is a bit annoying, common areas are very clean and nice looking with a shop and toilet just off from reception, a €10 deposit is required for the room key and TV remote on arrival which will be returned to you when you leave. Good sized pool with plenty of sun loungers, cleaners come several times a week and bar is 24 hours a day and staff are all very friendly, good selection of drinks and food is available all day as well, breakfast can be included in the price when you book but it is a very limited menu but other breakfast items are cheap anyway, there is a Lidl about 10 minutes walk away if you go self catering or there are lots of restaurants along the strip leading to Kings Avenue Mall or Paphos Harbour is only a short bus ride away with single trips costing €1.50 or a day ticket costs €5 and is valid til midnight and buses are every 15 mins during the day then every half hour in the evenings and are air conditioned. Overall for the price we paid and the fact we booked it not even a week before our stay I would definitely recommend staying here for a budget friendly stay though eating out can be pricey so keep this in mind.

OK accommodation. The reception and the pool bar area are very nice. I found the staff very friendly The pool is a decent size and was never crowded. A couple of sun loungers were a bit tatty but work. We had a ground floor apt which had zero view of anything but we didn't mind that. . The room needed an update. Loose shower rail, plaster staring to come off the ceiling but it was cleaned every day. You pay a daily rate for the air-conditioning. The location I liked. It was very quite in the evening. It's about a 15 minute walk to the bus stop and about 20 minutes to the beach. You cannot get on a bus without a mask. Bus fares increase after 9pm.

Just come back from a weeks stay here, we had a lovely time the rooms are lovely and well equipt for self catering, the beds were really comfy, being February it was cold in the evening but we had adequate bedding. The staff are all really helpful, Connie and the man we named "handsome" were lovely also the lady at reception (with glasses). The hotel is a walk to the port or the bus route was excellent, there is a lidl nearby. The hotel has a very friendly warm atmosphere and we carnt wait to return.

Spent 7 days at hilltop gardens very quiet and peaceful.....building works are being done around the area but does not effect ur stay. Nice friendly welcoming helpful staff who are very polite and forthcoming and help in every way possible. Close to supermarket and a bus ride to the main town. Would recommend staying there for a quiet holiday. I read previous reviews regarding maggots but found them to be caterpillars which cant be helped as its wild life. Will be booking again as soon as I can. Thank u to all the staff at hilltop gardens.

It's a lovely quite place to relax. Hotel is very clean and thy go out their way to make sure you have all what is required to make your stay remarkable and pleasant. Staff are very friendly and understanding. Will definitely come back. Good luck for the future to all.

Good value for money. Very clean rooms. Lovely sea view from our room. Nice and quiet. Short walk to the beach. Town a short bus ride away or a good walk along the road or follow the beach path

We spent twelve nights here as part of a package holiday. It was a self catering apartment which suited the two of us well. The furnishings were medium quality and the beds particularly uncomfortable but it formed a good base for our outdoor activities in Cyprus. It is near the centre and main facilities of Paphos which can be reached on foot or by bus from a nearby stop on the main road. We were warned about building work nearby but in the main this did not interfere with our holiday. It was cleaned almost every day and staff were helpful when needed. The hotel has its own bar, and breakfast served there was fine.

Had a great holiday staff are so friendly. Lovely chill areas, you could just sit and chat on the couchs around a lovely log fire. We would definitely go back just the nice quiet holiday we like. Rooms are clean and well serviced. Pool and bar area well kept
