Just returned from a weeks holiday, probably the best hotel food I've ever experienced..... I've had much worse in 5 star places, it was fantastic. The staff were all lovely and very helpful..... Rooms cleaned every day..... Few issues with air con but resolved quickly. The all inclusive option is a must at the price. As is always the case there are a few (personal gripes) negative reviews about the hotel on here but from our experience as a group of 3 couples in our (early 😁) sixties it was great.... We'll be back.

I had a lovely holiday with my family, all the staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful. The food was brilliant- even our 2 teenagers were happy! Our apartment was beautiful, spacious and had everything we could want. We’re already looking at returning next year and are thinking of going to pathos gardens for Christmas. I would highly recommend. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Super quiet and relaxing hotel, never had a problem getting a sunbed in a good spot past 10am. The pool area is chilled and relaxing. Beds were a bit uncomfortable and could have done with a few mattress toppers. The hairdryers need replacing as it stops working after 30 seconds then needs to cool down for 10 mins before it works again. The location is perfect, close enough to the sea front for evenings out and far away enough that you don't hear any of the noise from it. There's building works out the front which we never heard and a free car park beside the hotel, you have to drive in from the North side of the hotel to enter. In all I would definitely stay here again.

The stay at the hotel was very pleasant. I have never experienced such nice service as here. There is a lot of food and everything tastes very good. The rooms are well decorated. The hotel is in a good location, close to the sights and the sea. I recommend this place. I will definitely come back here again.

Stayed for 11 nights with all inclusive. Definitely the best 3 star hotel I've ever been to. Excellent staff, great location with massive pool. Beach is located 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Food was excellent with great variety every day. Vast range of drinks made in front of you, fresh local wine and beer. Hotel room with the view on the pool, all necessities included, very clean. You can rent a bike from the reception, car rental next door. Giant supermarket across the street with good prices (actually cheaper than Lidl located few kilometres away). Definitely a place to recommend.

Terrible room. 6 in our party so had 2 camp beds n the living space which meant we couldn’t get all 6 people seated together. One bed was broken so we just put the mattresses on the floor. The room was really shabby and not particularly clean. The room looks like a 1980s council flat. Air con didn’t work in one bedroom so we were given a fan which kept tripping the electric. We had to wait 6-8 hours for someone to fix the electrics and we couldn’t use the bathroom (no window and no light) and no aircon in 35c heat. We had cockroaches on 3 days. Apartment was ‘cleaned’ twice in 7 days which involved emptying the bins and replacing towels only. Good location, the road behind the main area with bars and restaurants. Lots of building work(roads, pavements, new apartments) in the area and I imagine it will look nice when it’s all done. Swimming pool was good and lots of sun loungers available.

Ideal situation but lacking in atmosphere and entertainment. Was allocated this accommodation 3 days before flying as our chosen hotel was closed. Refused first room offered as we were staying 3 weeks due to damp smell and position. Was allocated a superior room which was much better, although the kitchen could have been better equipped but we made the most of our time there. Staff were very helpful.

The complex was a bit rustic and dated. The cushions on the sun loungers by the pool need changing (take an extra towel to cover them up) However the rooms were clean, the staff were most helpful (we had a problem opening the wardrobe door and they came and fixed it straight away). We arrived on a late fight and they had added a plate of cold meats, bread and cheese in the fridge for when we got in the room. Another nice touch was the supplied bathrobes, Cyprus Delights and bottled water in the room. Although we didn't have any intention of cooking as we were all inclusive we had a small kitchen area containing a fridge, microwave, and a two ring hob as well as a selection of pots and pans etc. The food on the all inclusive was amazing if you enjoy burgers, chips and pizza like Spanish all inclusive this might not be for you. The meals were an amazing selection of Mediterranean and Greek cuisine 5 stars to the chefs I have never enjoyed food so much. Great location, close to harbour and bus station just 2 minutes walk away and big supermarket across the road. Would happily go again.

Room itself was ok but the bathroom was bad, shower was small and the faucets and the sink all kinda still felt dirty. We had self-catering which was pointless because the cooker was in a right state. The bathroom window was near the hotel kitchen vent so we couldn't open the window most of the time otherwise we'd get a horrible for smell in the bathroom. The TV didn't work and the beds were uncomfortable. Good things: 3 pin sockets Pool area Location of the hotel was near everything you wanted

me and my partner booked basilica hotel for our first holiday away together, we saw some bad reviews before we came and was a little apprehensive but thought everywhere has bad reviews and looked past it. We arrived just before midnight, check in was smooth and easy, got shown to our room in harbour block, thankfully there was a lift, once we got in to our room it looked great, comfy beds, balcony with amazing view and they had left a bottle of wine with fruit for us as well as a plate of food as we missed dinner which we thought was nice of them. First day was amazing, as we had only seen the pool and facilities in the dark when we arrived the night before it looked amazing in the day, pool was great, the hotel even provide guests with inflatables for the pool, breakfast, lunch and dinner was amazing everyday, always a range of food for adults and kids. the bar opened at 10:30am and they are very generous with their measurements with alcohol, there is always a cocktail of the day too and a mocktail of the day for kids which was great. the staff couldn't do enough for you, always there to help with anything and in high spirits. entertainment could have been a bit better but didnt bother us, there are some bars and restaurants just a short walk away as is the harbour, this hotel is more than 3 stars in our opinion, we had the most amazing stay and would come back again!

Brilliant family holiday for family of 5. Resort brill and just the right amount of guests on site. Food great, bar great & staff brilliant. The bed settee was naff, but a quick ask and fold up bed appeared without issue and just the job. Facilities just the job although communal shower needs a bit of a upgrade- not a issue just bit tired. Gym did the job- pool brilliant and usual lounger towel deployment- but most folk’s sensible and took stuff away once gone after a morning visit. Location is great and central. Road works outside are bit of a mare as seems little regard for health and safety but that’s not the hotels fault and so not fair to note that on the review. All inclusive brilliant and you need drinks in the heat. I cannot comment on food /bar costs as not paid for if you consider another package on site. Variety of food great for all meals. All in all great location and great holiday. Other comments about it being tired etc are unfair as most building in the area are reg same appearance tbh.

Slightly tired rooms, but totally outweighed by the fantastic food and service. The choices on the all inclusive bar are excellent. Wide range of food, including vegetarian dishes.

Stayed here in may for a few days, here‘s my pro / con breakdown: + Very friendly and helpful staff, top notch + Location is great, 2min away from the waterfront where you can find shops restaurants bars ice cream places etc. + Big pool + Spacious studio rooms with kitchenette, equipped with everything you need — The sheets had stains and the bathroom was still dirty when I got to my room! That‘s an absolute no go, thank god I always bring my own bedding on vacation — Very thin doors, you can hear any and everything that goes down in the hallway, not great if you‘re a light sleeper — Breakfast is okay, not good not bad

No entertainment provided, broken air conditioning for two nights room was absolutely boiling, air conditioning turned off in reception as owner told receptionist it was costing too much money, poor food quality, pool too warm to enjoy, rude staff, nowhere to store your luggage on departure only in the reception area next to the dead cockroaches, no control from staff towards kids kicking leather footballs into pool area hitting guests, not enough sun loungers for all the guests and residents (along with the various members of the public who were coming in and using the pool) complex spread over many buildings most of them rented out to long term residents so not a real hotel so to speak, no bars and restaurants on the same street as advertised. how this place is a three start leaves me speechless two star at best and not worth the money. spend that bit extra and use another hotel in the town

We have just come back from staying at this hotel for 10 nights. When we got there there was a slight mix up but the manager went above and beyond to rectify this. The hotel was in a perfect location, the rooms was cleaned daily, the food was excellent, and never had to fight for a subbed. I would deffo come back to this hotel the staff was all lovely.

Stayed here last Christmas 2019 and the staff was absolutely fantastic and tried to do their best to ensure we had a good stay. The weather in paphos was not that great of course because of the tropical storm. But the hotel was well catered for and staff AMAZING. There was six of us staying in 3 rooms and I must say they done the best to keep us well entertained. The rooms clean. and tour guided very well. Would definitely stay here again. ! Thanks once again, and sorry for the late recommendation. J. Brooks 🦾

The apartments are modern and clean, the downside "for me" was the apartment 109 is in an anex block over the road from the main hotel. Maybe the anex is for all self catering. So if you are booking it may be worth checking on the view from the balcony! Unfortunately mine was limited view to the back of other buildings. It's certainly hasn't spoilt the holiday. Tip if you are bringing 💶 euros with you on the self catering side, it's debit card only at the bar for drinks and food. You can however pay in cash at the reception area for your drinks, food etc.

Absolutely fantastic location. The food was delicious, even for a vegetarian, so glad I went "all inclusive", so that I got to enjoy the food every day... It never got boring, as each day was different. I'm gutted I never got to try the soup, as it smelled fabulous, but the weather was too warm for soup; although, I think decent weather beats even the tastiest of soups. Thanks to Giannis and the chefs team. The accommodation itself was clean, well equipped, and what you'd expect for a 3* resort. The pool, the grounds, and the location were beautiful. I had an issue with my TV on the first evening and it was sorted within a couple of hours thanks to Giorgos. In all honesty, I think the accommodation varies depending on which section you're in, but over in Eritos it was perfect for me. The entertainment was good fun with some very impressive dancing. The staff were excellent. A special thanks to: Chrystalla (hilarious lady, who became my favourite person to natter with), The always smiling and very friendly Xenia, The ever helpful Elli, The sweet and kind Andreas, The efficient and funny Luciano (who proves men can multitask!). And Cyprus' most handsome and charming man - Banayodis. I'll definitely be going back, if they'll have me. I had a wonderful time and fell in love with Paphos.

A fantastic place to stay for all, Children are catered for with a great sized pool grassed area and kids club. The apartments/rooms have so much to offer for all ours was a self catering apartment fitted with full sized fridge freezer, dish washer, oven, Microwave, hob & extractor as well as a dining table and chairs. Every room was immaculate with lots of attention to detail from soaps and shampoo to the way the hotel towels were folded. Food is fantastic with a wide range to chose from. I rate this complex and all it's staff as a 5 Star plus as they really are there to help you in any situation.. We had a fantastic time & stay.

Do yourself a favour - pay a little more and stay in a ‘proper’ hotel. The best thing about this place is the location - right in the middle of the town. The room was fine, very clean and recently refurbished. It’s a little small though with very little storage space. The food is very nice and the pool area is ok. My biggest gripe though is that during the evening dinner service you cannot get a drink of any description unless you are seated for dinner. Thinking of chilling out in the evening with a nice cold beer before dinner? Forget it! They won’t serve you one at the bar and the waiter won’t bring you one! A bit of a joke really.

The positive side: the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the location was great. The pool looked nice, but it was too cold to swim. But the room smelled funny, and the bed was not comfortable.

Rooms small but have everything you need. Maids were excellent. Very fast and even washed up pots. My main issue was hot water. You need to switch it on and then wait 45min to an hour before the water is hot. Other than that it was good.

This was a surprise holiday to Cyprus. Someone in the family dropped out so I filled in. Great. Really nice place and very clean near the harbour. We went on a half day boat trip. Very well organised with entertainment and free drinks but it was not a booze cruise thank goodness I would recommended it.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The food was varied and delicious. The rooms were clean and comfortable, if in need of a little redecoration in places. The location is perfect for us too. With just a short walk to the harbour with shops, bars, restaurants, the bus station and a supermarket opposite the hotel. We have thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here

Great location, excellent staff we stayed in the supreme harbour suit spacious room with everything you need, also you can upgrade to all inclusive for €24 per day and can i say the food and drink is well worth the money. David the entertainment manager is fun and would always stop for a chat. We will return to this fabulous hotel very soon.

Friendly and helpful staff, couldn't do enough for you. We stayed here 2 years ago at Christmas time and arranged to meet up with couple we met last time. Hotel basically the same with a few tweaks which worked much better like the gala dinner on Christmas Eve buffet style much better than the sit down waiter service. Entertainment was great that night and David excelled himself, we laughed so much. Food excellent - they do like their meat and all inclusive drinks one of the largest choices we've had in any hotel. Had a great time
