The rooms are what you'd expect from a 3 star hotel, but it was strange that the safe and ability to use the fridge cost extra. Hotel staff were friendly and rooms were kept clean

Great staff and a hotel. My booking with Agoda at another place dissolved so I was left without a place to stay once I arrived to Cyprus. Thanks to understanding and help, I was able to end up in this nice place, and I’m looking forward to recover from stress - thank you!

Great hotel and great location. Walking distance to the Promenade, Shopping centre and beaches. Had their all inclusive services for a week and the food was absolutely excellent. All members of staff are super friendly, especially the ones at the restaurant such as Anna, Julia, Ekatherina and all the others. Great pools and facilities. Pleasant experience

Nice hotel, for bed and breakfast. The staff are very helpful (George, Tina and team on front desk were amazing). Pool is fine, with pool bar, and there's plenty of seating around the hotel. The cleaning maids did a fantastic job, daily refreshing the rooms. Would stay here again.

I have just had 1 week at this hotel I cannot understand why is is star rated and I could not give it any myself. It was a most dreadful hotel. More like being in a undertakers waiting room. Staff with faces like stone no interaction. disgusting rooms full of dust. scuff marks on the walls. black mould on the shower screen wall and floor grouting black and badly cleaned. The food is disgusting always cold even when they change the food trays it comes out cold never had a hot meal there everything so cheap and the deadpan faces of the staff who look totally disinterested in what is being service or you as a guest. Noise from outside all day quite a lot of rooms face onto car park other guests using this shouting when returning in evening dual carriageway road always busy screeching tyres late at night . It is overall a most dreadful experience that I would say to anyone thinking of staying DO NOT. we looked into other same star rated hotels whilst there, and you certainly saw the difference this is just cheap in quality and service. Both of course lacking in this place save your money and look elsewhere. Could not wait to get on the plane home. gave 1 star rating to this as it would not let me post without doing so BUT I WOULD NOT STAR THIS PLACE AT ALL

Just come back from Cyprus have really fantastic 2 weeks at the Kissos Hotel bed and breakfast. Breakfast was very good plenty of choice and variable from day to day. Our room was very clean and spacious the maid was very meticulous in keeping the room to an high standard of cleanliness very friendly as well. We had a sea and pool view which was lovely to lookout at every morning. This is our second time at this hotel the entertainment in the evening was excellent especially the group who did the Micheal Jackson tribute act. The entertainments manager was good at getting everyone up and enjoying them self's when he was working every day except his day off. The staff at the hotel whether it was reception in the restaurant or bar was very friendly and some went out of their way to make the holiday as good as it was. We tried most of the amenities of the hotel trying out all the pools sunbeds and umbrellas where abundant. There are quite a few restaurants near by where food was excellent. Would certainly advise eating out at Tea for Two, Alfie T, just to name a couple within walking distance. Down at the harbour restaurants and activities was excellent if you are on a budget you can get 3 course meals for 11.95euros.boat trips for 10 euro for adults and 5 euros for children. All in all I can certainly recommend this hotel and resort.

Very poor wifi network, we complained about not having any connection 5 times with no response. The beds are uncomfortable. The bathroom door does not close. If you do not eat ham and bacon there isn’t much to eat for breakfast. There is a safe box and a fridge in the room but you have to pay daily rental to use them. The only good thing about this hotel is the friendly staff and its location other than that I personally do not recommend it.

Staff all very good. Maintainence done very quickly. We strayed b&b and breakfast was good. Only downside : rooms are tired and need a paint and varnish. Easy to get from airport, Bus 612 to harbour and 615 to hotel. €1 50 each (keep small change for bus)

Well-located between the harbour and old town. Rooms are a decent size with all facilities you need (though you pay €5 a day for a safe and fridge...) Rooms are serviced daily and very early in the morning, which was always appreciated. Only there for bed and breakfast, but the breakfast was devastatingly tasteless. We opted for the local bakery from the second day onwards. There seemed to be a daily happy hour, but not quite sure what the deal was. "Drink twice as much for half the price!"?! Two outside pools (plus a 20cm deep baby pool which I am not counting) which were very refreshing in the Cyprus sun. The sun loungers that weren't knackered were very comfortable.

We have just come back of holiday and stayed at the Kissos hotel. Rooms are very, very dated and tired. Breakfast had a wide spread and lots of kids options, service was friendly and fast. No problem finding a table in the dining hall. Pool bar was great, reasonably priced. Pools are amazing and clean, the kids absolutely loved it

The superior room we upgraded to was quite spacious but not designed for 3 as the third bed is a glorified camp bed. Food was nice & good quality but was sometimes limited in choice and a bit dis-jointed. (e.g. roast beef and vegetables but no potato's or mash) Didn't see any chips during the evening meal buffet either which is usually a staple offering and was sorely missed when trying to appease a fussy eater of a 16 year old. Staff were brilliant though and overall a good hotel. The hotel location is on the outskirts of the town but there were shops, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. The harbour area is a €8 taxi ride away, and there are plenty of boat trips on offer there to choose from as well as shops and restaurants.

The kissos hotel is very clean the staff are all lovely, the food is good, the hotel is a little dated, everything was for a nominal fee, the fridge the safe, the hotel is in a good location, entertainment was the usual , bingo, quiz. Singers, dancers all very good.

Stayed at the kisses for 2 weeks, hotel is nice and the staff are amazing (Tina on reception and the cleaners are great) room we had was great, hotel is in a good location for restaurants and shopping, plenty of car hire companies around. The pools are nice and plenty of amenities in the hotel, we will be returning in 2024.

Currently staying here for a week family of 6 youngest 4 oldest 17 and although the hotel is in a great location the rooms are very tired and dated and it's let down by the entertainment for families, poor Rio does his best with what he has (a dart board, ping pong and a couple of nets) through the day but the evening entertainment is abysmal and aimed for over 60's this is not a hotel for families as advertised.. we leave in 2 days so can't see it getting any better enjoyed our time but wouldn't return.. becareful of going b&b they charge you Β£35euro for the fridge key there's no tea n coffee facilities Loads of potential this hotel but it's more like an old people's home

Stayed at this hotel approx 10 years ago, since tgen we've been coming to Paphos twice a year evey year. This is the first time we've stayed at the same hotel, and tbh time has stood still, its exactly as it was 10 years ago. Apart from the breakfast was a lot better back then, in a 2 week stay we only had breakfast twice, preferring to pay to eat out. Maid service cannot be faulted, they were great, but the general room decor is tired and dirty/stained, that was after we paid an extra suppeliment €300 for a superior room. Needless to say we won't be staying here again!

Great value hotel , don't go for the AI package since you have a lot of good restaurants around the hotel that will cost you 20 eur per person . Pro - Great location, great pool , friendly hospitality, food is great but without too many options . Cons- the kids beds in the rooms are 1/10 , fresh towels only on demand or once in 2 days...

Friendly and professional staff, spacious room, and a very good breakfast with a lot of choices. The price is reasonable (€35/night per person) including breakfast. The bathroom is not well ventilated, so the door must be open when taking a bath. Also, the single bed is not so comfortable. The coffee at the breakfast is awful.

It's a very old hotel and you will feel it. Anyway for Cyprus itself and location too, it's quite cheap so quality matches the price. For low cost vacation it fit quite well.

Excellent food and service and varied menus and really lovely helpful staff throughout the hotel. Rooms nice and spacious and lovely views of the pool. 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool and lots of sun chairs available constant sunshine from sunrise to sunset. Lovely large lobby with comfortable seating and inhouse store offering lots of necessities for the beach. Games room freely available and outdoor chess as well as table tennis table. Very clean and also have fitness studio which can be used as well as steam room and sauna. Air conditioning and wifi throughout the hotel. Centrally located and minutes from the beach and a few steps from the King's road. I really enjoyed the hospitality offered and would recommend this hotel and I would stay here for my next visit πŸ™‚πŸ‘
