Very good budget (3star) hotel. Clean and decent. Not huge choices at mealtimes, but enough to choose from and very good quality, presented very well too. Ideal for a late week lazing in hot sun. Only real issue is one of noise from adjacent residential blocks.....bin lorry at 5am each morning, car alarms going off etc.

Had an amazing time staying at this hotel!! The food is lovely and plenty to choose from and they change the dinner menu up daily. The staff are very friendly. Its a lovely atmosphere. The WiFi connection is amazing. We got all inclusive but we still had a fridge in our apartment so it's nice to still have an option. The aircon works very well. The apartment is very clean and the staff are very efficient. The entertainment is fantastic. I really enjoyed the evening entertainment as there's something different every night and enjoyed getting involved in different games and competitions it was a great laugh. Extra credit to Pino the guy who does the entertainment he is hilarious! Its definitely a very family friendly place and very ideal for familys with children or couples as there's a variety of pools if uou want something quiet with the adults only pool or a bit more lively with the pool being by the bar and near the music. Its a very nice community as its a good opportunity to meet new people and have a laugh with each other when getting involved in games and entertainment. There is plenty of entertainment during the day time too! I found volleyball and waterpolo alot of fun! Would definitely recommend to anyome and would love the come back one day as really enjoyed my stay!!

Booked literally 3 days before flying, we knew where the hotel was but nothing about it, we booked all-inclusive at an unbelievably low price. What an absolute gem, staff are all friendly, food is fairly basic but good and hot. What really seals the deal is the free bar, good until midnight. It is really a hotel for couples and most are of a certain age, not that it was a problem fir us, I guess we must be of that 'age' lol.

Fabulous place, room basic and clean, very comfy beds. We stayed in a premium studio room with a balcony. This was a good size, beds made and clean towels everyday, use of the safe was included with the premium rate. Food was very good although somewhat limited with regards to vegetarianism, but what I had was very good. There was plenty of choice otherwise. Staff were exceptionally welcoming, pleasant, and friendly at all times, making our entire stay memorable. Location ideal, close to other bars and restaurants, close to the local bus stop to nearby places, again everyone so pleasant and friendly where ever we went. I would definitely return.

Fantastic holiday, staff and rooms were great. Sadly, I have to say the food wasn't great, very repetitive, and I noted a lot of flies hovering around. 'Angelina', on reception, was simply the best. She made sure our stay was perfect and found us lots of truly amazing places to eat. She deserves to be given recognition for going above and beyond. We will definitely come back here!

Great hotel friendly staff but the beer wasn't Carlsberg even though bar staff said it was, came in barrels named kappa and not good. Main pool had a problem cloudy water due to filter problems, looked like bacteria build up.

Nice and clean, food was good. All inclusive bar is what you would expect but bottled water isn't included and the snacks don't include things like packets of crisps. Pool loungers get busy quickly as do the tables round the stage at quiz time. Age democratic is more towards the older end of the scale but some young families. Local area is with in walking distance, the beach is blue flag so spotless. The mall is close and air conditioned.

Damon hotel is one of my favourite hotels, it has undergone some brilliant refurbishments ,where can I start the food is delicious and plentiful, the cleaners keep the hotel sparkling everyday, Pino the entertainer is gigglesome and very good your certain to have a giggle or 2 , , the restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful, the kitchen staff are amazing with such delicious food dishes, the new restaurant on the top floor has amazing food with amazing views, nead I go on ,the new pools are sunshine surrounded all day, My only thing I want to point out this hotel is very disabled friendly with good accessibility in all areas and disabled rooms are very well done, Just please please Damon Hotel manager 🙏please have some steps built into the new pool with a rail to hold onto whilst entering the pool , us oldies with not good strength left in our legs find it hard to use ladders to get in the pool , I for one would love to keep coming back to this lovely hotel year after year once twice even maybe 3 times but if the entering the pools are only ladder entrance it will be a shame to look elsewhere when there's near perfection at Damon , please consider this thank you xxx

Premise has recently been smarten up so the buildings and interior are looking fresh and modern. Rooms are decent, good beds, plenty of space and closets. we had all-inclusive so didn't use the internal kitchen, but this is available in the room. Balcony had view on the see. most important - everything was clean and kept clean decently. no stories on pests which seems obvious but could easily be the case with the climate/temperatures at Cyprus. The people working here are very friendly and trying to help out as much as possible and tiny little things are added to the service just to give the "extra". As landed late in evening and arrive 0:30AM - but they had drinks and sandwiches ready for us. The bartender good as always. Despite the pool seems to be surrounded by buildings the sun has access almost entire day to that spot so no worries on that - there is another pool at the premise which is not surrounded in case you want to play safe during early mornings and sunset timeframe. Restaurant serving had good offer of breakfast, lunch and dinner - serving people polite and service oriented. All in all we had a very pleasant stay - and can recommend this to anyone.

Lovely hotel lovely staff. Had a lovely two weeks here. The entertainment is amazing and the main entertainer is such a lovely guy and interacts with everyone, remembers names and made our holiday, he has everyone joining in the games at night and is just an all round lovely guy. However any valuable items or stuff you need lock in your suitcase or pay for a safe. I took fairy washing tablets to wash my 10 week old muslins and vests with (so I didn't have to travel with like a thousand of each (mum's you know what I mean) and the cleaner took half of them. I hadn't used any so noticed straight away that they had been taken. She also took packets of baby wipes I only use the sensitive ones on him and had to buy more out there which weren't sensitive. They are expensive to buy out there so I get why she would have done so and I would have left it all for cleaner if I didn't use them like I normally do with toiletries ect and it really frustrated me as he is only little and can only use certain things on his skin plus being our first holiday with him you never know how much to take but to have them taken is very annoying and would have had enough if it wasnt for this happening. Other than this (which is petty I know) it is an all round lovely place to stay. Bar staff are lovely and there is lots to do within reach of a taxi or a short walk. Took me and my partner about 20 mins to walk to harbour (without little one) when we walked as our family party 12 of us in total (with 3 little kids in buggies and a 10yo in tow) took about 45 minutes at most! Beaches are a taxi drive away and would highly recommend coral Bay! Thanks for a lovely stay Damon we hope to be back soon!

Lovely hotel, rooms very nice and clean. The food is OK, and the breakfast is great! Lunch and dinner a bit hit and miss ,food over cooked, chicken & pork very dry. We could always find something to eat though. The entertainment team is absolutely fantastic 👏 👌

It’s affordable, it’s central. That’s it. The extra beds are sofas and they are not comfy. Noisy street on one side, road construction on other side, inside is noisy entertainment. We ended up upgrading to a room facing waste containers, this was offered with pride as a superior room. Dirty dishes (we only had breakfasts, they were ok, but you don’t want to think of they kitchen standards, if their glasses are always dirty, right?)

Thanks again for an amazing holiday. Our 10th time here. Great food and hospitality always greeted with a big smile. Hotel spotless love the improvement on hotel. A few people not there this year. We missed Mr Yianni but some lovely new staff too. Great welcome gift in room. Keep up the good work we will be back next August.

Not the best site, but within 10 minutes of beaches. Easy bus travel to the harbour which is brilliant. The on site service is great and the food is outstanding. Along with clear November skies and a 27-29 degrees it's a great holiday.

Paid for an upgraded room with a balcony, while the room was well furnished and comfortable the balcony over-looked waste ground and opposite was a block containing migrants. The food was clearly mass catering and of limited choice. All drinks served in plastic cups. Even though we paid for all inclusive we ate at local restaurants after the first two days. It is on a busy road and it is a few kilometers to a decent beach. That said the staff were excellent and room service came everyday to change bedding, towels and clean every room.

It's really not more than 3-star hotel and it is overpriced. Pros: our number was pretty big, clean and quiet with a seaside view. Friendly and helpful hostess (despite the fact that she is from Russia), some stuff at the restaurant was friendly as well. There are a lot of restaurants, shops and supermarkets around. Pools were clean. Cons: oldstyle room furnishings and very old cheap appliances. Electric in the number is turned on only with a special card, and you have only one card for your crew. Problems with air conditioning system and ventilation - they never clean filters which clogged with dust, so if you wana cool air than you have to clean them yourself; it is forbidden to smoke in the rooms, but nobody pays attention and we had to smell awful tobacco smoke from the neighbors, it came from the ventilation in the kitchen and through the hole in the wall where air-conditioning radiator is!!! We claimed it at reception desk, they sent a handyman, but he was very stupid to understand the reason and to solve this problem. Stuff at the reception desk are lazy and rude, but in the pool bar much more worse. Food in the restaurant has low quality, made of cheap ingredients, every day you have the same dishes, poor assortment. Very often the food was stale and made from leftovers from the previous day. Beverages for all-inclusive are extra low quality. Pools are very small. Hotel places far from seashore. Closest beaches are small, rocky and dirty and road to them is hot and dusty.

The staff were terrible. Constant cues to get any service. Usually wait time for a beer 25 mins which is disgraceful in an ai. Staff the most rude and miserable I have ever come across anywhere I have been over last 30 years. Massive influx of just 2 group who basically of about 50 took over hotel. They were drunk from morning to night. Drinking and drunk in pool. My children to scared to swim just an awful e perience totally ruined the holiday. Food was also awful little selection all in all super disappointed and would never ever come back to this place a waste of money and a ruined holiday experience. CleRly have no card for customers. Terrible holiday and place.

Great hotel clean food nice n tasty reception staff nice bar staff OK pino entertainment man great friendly and smiley the only letdown is no lift in our block and the main guy in restaurant is rude not only with staff but some customers seems to be those that arnt regulars i work in hospitality and smiles and friendliness is needed from this man everything else not an issue

Great place to stay. The 3 pools were kept serviced and clean. Pino, the daytime and evening entertainer was fabulous and worked so hard to make our stay enjoyable. I went with two other couples, and we will definately be back. The food was decent, and the hotel close to some really nice pubs and restaurants. If your looking for 5Star, don't go, but if you simply want to enjoy a hotel with a welcoming attitude, then you will love staying here.

Accommodation is absolutely what you need on a holiday, with all the things you need! Staff everyone is so friendly and can not help enough. Entertainment absolutely brilliant something for everyone, pino and team really help to make our holiday fun. Will definitely be back. Only thing that let the damon apartments down was the cocktails need some improvements... maybe a course for all the bar staff.

In-depth review of Kefalos Damon Hotel. Food: ⭐⭐ - Poor. Not enough variety, had to eat out twice despite being all inclusive and flies on the food. Drinks: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Generally good, alcoholic cocktail strength was a lot higher in the evening which is indicates that the bar staff don't want you up at the bar constantly reordering drinks. Rooms: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Outstanding, the rooms are clean and located well. Air conditioning is Good despite them being fairly old units. Self catering facilities are good. Cleanliness of Rooms: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding, cleanliness of the rooms are a strength of the hotel. Cleaning staff are extremely respectful of your privacy and cleaning occurs on a regular basis. Cleaning staff are highly experienced and do an excellent job. Entertainment: ⭐⭐⭐ - Satisfactory entertainment which isn't aimed at younger children due to entertainment staff commonly using innuendos. There clearly isn't much of a budget for the entertainment given it's the same entertainment every week. The Entertainer Pino, does an outstanding job at the entertainment and is extremely friendly. Friendliness of Staff: ⭐⭐⭐ - Satisfactory, would be Outstanding if the pool bar staff were a bit more respectful. Reception staff, cleaning staff and the entertainment staff are all a pleasure to be around. Unsure why the pool bar staff feel as if they own the place when they're just standard workers. They have a lack of self care and some of the pool bar staff laugh and tut at you when you order. Action being taken to improve hotel: ⭐ - Inadequate. Despite numerous reviews outlining the same issues regarding the pool bar staff, the manager fails to acknowledge them and seems as if they ignore them reviews. Hotel overall seems to hold a good reputation, this reputation will be tarnished if they do not sort the pool bar staff problems and other issues out. Overall Rating: 3.14/5.

Accommodation adequate for our needs, although beds could be firmer. Staff very friendly and attentive, plenty going on through the day, Pino is great with all gets people involved and is a good entertainer, Sasha his assistant very good with the kids makes sure the shy ones are involved and quick to spot if any feel embarrassed and involves them to make them feel at home. Pool bar staff very good also, very polite and respectful, restaurant staff are also very pleasant and nothing too much trouble, Manager is very friendly and polite and has a great sense of humour, food also very good, compliments to the chefs. Thank you to all for making this a great holiday.

This hotel was very disappointing. We were put in a room on the 3rd floor with no elevator -- over 50 steps to climb, which was hard for my wife. We were not told it would be this way, even while we were checking in. The living room and kitchen were huge, but the bathroom was too small to place any kind of toiletry bag somewhere. The supposedly white towels weren't white. The wi-fi only worked properly on the balcony. The food was the lowest level possible for a 3 star hotel. The only really good thing about the hotel was its location.
