The whole place needs radical refurbishment - the building and the rooms. Lift is broken. Furniture old. Dirty surrundinds with rubbish and clutter everywhere. Top it off with a window view on a crashed car. Not nice.

The appartement itself was very nice and clean, everything was profited, only the location of the appartment is really bad. Its in one of bad neighboorhoods of Pafos, i felt myself unsafe when arriving at the appartment, lot of migrants? Or gangs? Also the noise in the night was awfull. Couldnt sleep that night, we booked an other appartment the day after.

Excellent apartment! Everything you need, kitchen fully stocked for cooking, very nice interior, comfortable bed, modern and very clean bath. Roman responds quickly to questions and was very nice and forthcoming when we prolonged our stay.

Wonderful service and very delicious. Worth of every peny. If you are a small eating person, you woudn't eat all of this plate.

Roman was very kind guy! He helped us with the luggage as the elevator was broken. Everything was clean, good look. There was enough tools in the kitchen, good location.

1. I booked the place for 4 nights. 2. The owner sent instructions how to check-in to non-existing whatsup number. I have never provided any whatsup number. 3. We arrived at 2pm and the owner was not reachable. We were trying to contact him from 2 to 5 pm but no answer. After waiting for 3 hours we decided to find another place. The owner later apologized, said that he was sleeping but he charged us one night anyway. 4. The building where the place is located is not very attractive, looks little bit like a ghetto. Scratched walls and doors, thrash everywhere. Smell of urine. Noisy locals drinking alcohol in front of the building (in the afternoon). Cannot commnent on the apartment because we could not check in.

Easy to park a car. Quick contact with host. Location is the only thing...quite long way to walk to the seaside:).

Very well equipped and spacious apartments, excellent wifi, comfortable bed, pretty big balcony. Quick contact with the host. Pretty close to the beautiful beaches, promenade and city centre. We’ve been staying also at other apartments in Cyprus but this one was the best.
