April 19, 22. My mother have arrived at 2am, this place was closed. Manager have sent her 7km away to another hotel, which wasn't informed. I didn't received any explanation of the issue. Spent extra money for taxi & another hotel search at night

The worst place on earth. If you really hate yourself please go there otherwise please just use your money elsewhere. The rooms are a disaster, they have not been cleaned since the discovery of Cyprus. Dead insects everywhere, broken AC, broken elevator and the cherry on top you will get a very racist manager. If you have a problem and you try to reach the headquarters they will deny you even if the manager offends you with direct insult.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Booked a room which was allocated to another couple in front of me due to their allocated room being filthy. I was informed I would get a refund the following day, 4 days later still waiting on the refund. Contacted the hotel who told me it’s not their fault and I should check the T&C’s. Not worth the risk avoid this location… if you are thinking about staying DONT!

The rooms are dirty, furnitures and equipments are very old. Photos at Booking etc. been made 15-20 years ago, since then no renovation happened, airconditioner change/ cleaning, plumming repair hasn't been made. Broken sunbeds, furnitures, stairs, black mold in pool, low water pressure in shower, only 2 slice toaster for all the quests and many more. Staff is very nice, but without the owners willing to invest they cannot make huge different. Think twice before you come here!

The hotel was closed I was informed of this 5 mins from hotel drop off by shuttle driver this was at 10. 30 ish pm he was going to leave me outside with cases at locked hotel a 60yr old woman on her own what happened next compromised my safety. I would check it is open first. They blamed on refugees. I was with love holidays who I can not contact except on automated system. Beware of both.

New York Plaza Hotel is the best you can get in this price - 3 stars are pretty accurate. Rooms and bathrooms weren't in its best condition, but they were acceptable. Towels could be a little bit cleaner and they could have changed them at least once during our stay. Hotel has it fourth star - Samantha from reception desk! She's absolutely amazing! She helped us in every way we could imagine! Big shout-out! Message to the owner: no matter how much you pay her, she should be paid twice more!

I stayed for only one night. The rooms are old ! The AC in the living room was not working. The AC in the rooms were hardly blowing any air and were very noisy. Not clean. Windows didn’t close in the kitchen. * They do have a big baby crib. * The breakfast selection is big. * The staff are super nice and friendly. * Location is great ! Close to the restaurants, shops and water.

Well to be honest I wouldn't give this place 1 star, I'm currently here on holiday and I've never felt so depressed in my entire life, may sound dramatic and probably is, but christ it's awful here the whole area surrounding the hotel if that's what you call it is terrible and that's being polite. Word of advice do not even visit this place. Please. Well looks like I have to give it 1 star it wont let me post otherwise, but if it was down to me I wouldn't, feel free to make up your own mind. I love Cyprus but this is awful.

You cannot stay there because it's inhabitable. Everywhere is dirty, full of cockroaches, the sockets are burned, a lot of paint on the floor, on the door, on the furniture, the toilet was no usable, there are holes in some walls. The guy from reception show us the appartments 101,102,205,107 and some others without electricity, but everywhere was the same. Even the sofa from reception is very dirty. We moved after one hour at another hotel in the middle of the night (we arrived at 00:00), because we cannot stay in this dirty place. They charge us in full before to get the room keys and refuse to get our money back. After some calls at booking they charged us only for one day.

After not-so-bad reviews on Booking, we were quite disappointed. 5 big cockroaches (4 were already dead, 1 was alive) and counting, AC is broken, electric nest is broken. Pros - big rooms and the pool. Edit: after a complaint, we got another room. Although it's very basic and instead of one of beds we have sofa bed which collapses when you lie on the one side of it...no bugs! What a relief...so I changed from 1 star to 2 stars. Would have been 3 or maybe even 4 stars (because of the low price), if it wasn't for the first room we were placed in.

Good location. I hope the owners read this: Your staff are super nice and seem to be doing the best they can to keep guests happy despite the buildings being very outdated. I unfortunately left because it felt creepy to me, staying on the top floor with a long hallway that didn’t have any lights. Pitch black dark—imagine that! I had to use my cell phone flashlight to find my room. Also, on the third floor, there was what seemed to be an unused bathroom that was dusty and storing leftover furniture with its door slightly open, which only added to the creepiness. Please at least install hallway lights and do something about that bathroom. Some of the staff seem exhausted from handling negative guest complaints—and who can blame them, so I hope you make basic upgrades to give your staff a break from that stress.

We really loved our stay at the hotel. For the price we paid we we were more than satisfied. The room was clean and spacy, with a quite large balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned twice during a one-week stay. The location of the hotel is perfect - near the city center and huge shopping mall, 15 min walk from Pafos Harbour. However, visitors looking for a luxury 5-stars hotel may be disappointed.

Very obvious that the owner's policy is [there is always a customer who will rent our cheap, dirty, uncared for unattended to apprtments] with broken everything including the broken aircon in the middle of summer's crazy heat. Cockroaches all over the place too. The only good thing or person in this place is a member of staff called Samantha.

Very polite and helpful workers (i was during winter holiday). We arrived about midnight and there was no problem with check-in. Big room for two with bathroom for reasonable price.

The staff are extremely helpful. Especially the 2 lads that work through out the week during day/night. 1 had short hair the other is a bit longer. Top of the range people but... the accommodation isn't the best. You get what you are paying for at the end of the day. And if you just want somewhere to sleep, it's ideal.

Apartments were clean and spacious, we booked a room for two, but got a studio with 4 beds. Water was a little bit colder and since we were there in March it was cold in apartment itself. There were 3 AC units in the apartment, only one in second bedroom worked. We were there just for two days so I didnt mind, but I think they would've sorted it out if I told them. Staff was kind, breakfast was delicious. For the cheap price I recommend it.

I loved this hotel! Receptionists were very kind (a Romanian lady the night we checked in, and a scottish lady the morning after), room was also nice, furniture a bit old, but I was happy with it. Bathtubs were small, just like in Japan. The bathroom had this vintage 70's english vibe, which I liked. We had a nice stay here. Oh, the location is also great :)

I was transferred there from Marica’s hotel and it was fine. The hotel needs a renovation work a lot BUT! Let tell me about crew. Petro- a bartender and his wife Ioana from reception are the best. Ioana was taking care about everything and she should be a boss there. Really lovely people!
