My wife, son and I had an excellent stay at this superb hotel - Easter 2017. Everything was excellent for us. The staff were excellent, especially being really helpful with providing, and pointing out, gluten free food for us. The rooms were bright, spotless and thoroughly cleaned. The food was excellent with plenty of choice. a great stay.

We had a very nice stay. Breakfast and lunch was good and not very expensive. One lady was very friendly. At the swimmingpool you can have a nice swim and there is space for big or small children. Adults can drink at the bar sitting in the water wich is Cool. Also very friendly personel. Reception ladies also friendly and very helpfull. Animation was a joy for our two kids. They miss it already. The Village is nicely build, with 4 app. in one building with nice stone paths. A bit like a park and plants and flowers around it. Best is to take an app. up because of insects and cats, they walk around the park. It is a 3km walk by boulevard at see to Phaphos port. Where you can eat drink and shop a bit. Its not a big town, but nice to go for a walk or diner. We have had a lovely holiday.

Just returned from a 2 week stay at this hotel. Absolutely everything was fabulous from start to finish. Front of house manager Zoe and receptionist Katerina were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist my daughter who has health issues and needed a mobility scooter. They were very knowledgeable about the area and facilities and so friendly to everyone they spoke to. I have to say all the staff we came across were attentive, polite and amazingly efficient and always cheerful. I'd like to give Special mention domestic staff, Damara, restaurant staff Renata and the entertainment crew all of whom worked tirelessly to ensure their guests had the best time and that any individual needs were catered for. Definitely will return due to the wonderful experience in such a beautiful country.

My wife and I just got home from 11 nights at Avanti and we both had a great time! The hotel itself is clean, well maintained and the staff were always very helpful and friendly to us. We have no complaints about the room as it has everything we needed and the AC was always appreciated after spending the whole day in the heat! The pool area is great with plenty of sun beds (both in the sun and in shaded areas if you prefer) and we enjoyed how child friendly the whole place was! The entertainment offered by the hotels entertainment team was top notch! We both participated in many of the daytime and nighttime entertainment that they put on - my personal favs being French boules, archery and water polo! The whole team was wonderful, but a special shout-out to the team leader, Ash, who went the extra mile to get to know everyone at the hotel it seemed!! We decided to go half board as we thought it would be easier than eating out every night. I found the hotel food to be very good on the whole with good variety at breakfast and dinner. My wife however wasn’t such a fan of the dinners. If we went back again we would likely just do bed and breakfast as there are plenty of restaurants close by - we tried a couple and they were very good and not too expensive! Overall we loved our stay and definitely plan on going back to stay in the future!! Would recommend to everyone!

Been here for just 2 days so far but very pleased with our stay. The apartment is very good, spacious and clean and well equipped. So far the pool and bar areas seem very good. Update, after almost 2 weeks here I think the place is great. Staff are friendly and really excellent. The pool is huge and the lazy river is super for little ones

The rooms are very spacious, clean and well presented but a little dated. The mattress is very comfortable. The bathroom is good but could do with better lighting. The only other shortcoming is the lack of power points next to the beds, and there are only two single outlets by the dressing table, which is annoying. Service and staff attitude are superb and the food is varied and good quality. The facilities like the gym and the indoor swimming pool are great. The hotel is located half an hour's walk along a paved path from the harbour and a 5 minute walk to the beach. If you are on a B&B basis, there are plenty of restaurants and mini markets around. The pool is large and well served with a bar for drinks and snacks, plenty of sunbeds and space around the pool and under the shade of the beautiful trees. In summary, a very good hotel for the price. Bring power splitters and an extension lead if you need more power outlets.

Staff are lovely especially Renata. There are 2 Zoe's and they are particularly wonderful too. Hotel clean. Food good. 5th time we have been and it just gets better. We'll done to all. We shall return x

Very nice hotel. Lovely clean room with balcony. Very comfy beds. In room safe €2.50 per day. Nice pool lots of sunbeds and grassed area with trees for shade. Swim up pool bar, and mini cafe area.

Very friendly and clean. Pool is beautiful. The rooms maids deserve a mention, very courteous and good at their jobs. Massive selection for breakfast and dinner. Lovely family run aura about this place. Will deffo visit a 3rd time. 10/10

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and even had a balcony for those staying at the rear looking over pool. Breakfasts had a variety of food and the entertainment from Yoga in the pool to Archery and evening dancers. Would happily stay again

My brother, myself, and a friend are here now 15/10/2022, this is our 3rd time and we LOVE IT. We always come half board, food is excellent, and the staff at both here and the Avanti Hotel (where we go for our evening meal) are absolutely brilliant. LOVE the food, staff, and how we are looked after, is amazing. CAN'T FAULT IT

We stayed at the Avanti Village last week (family of 3, myself, husband and 10 year old son), apartment a little dated but well maintained and spacious, with clean towels provided every day and room cleaned most days (except Mon and Thurs). Well maintained pool area and plenty of things to keep children occupied. Very friendly and helpful staff, restaurant manager at Avanti Village especially welcoming. Good location. Will definitely stay here again. The Norris Family.

nice big pool which is not too deep so smaller kids are ok. friendly and helpful reception staff and any issues sorted quickly. pool bar needs more staff as had to wait quite a while at some times. Not many smiles from bar staff but don't think they are necessarily unfriendly just the way they and a lot of others are in Cyprus - managed to get a smile and a laugh out of them on a few occasions.

This is a lovely hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were really good and we always found something we liked for our evening meal. There was never a problem finding a sunbed which was quite refreshing. There was evening entertainment which was ok.

Would not recommend coming to this hotel. Our flight was cancelled and we was transferred to this hotel for the night, we was travelling with a baby and requested a cot 4 times at reception, where we was told someone was bringing one to the room. 1 hour later still no cot. Rooms are far away from the pool. Power trips out every 5 minutes.

We have just returned from a super week at the Avanti Village. The staff all worked ceaselessly to ensure guests were looked after. The rooms and outside areas were kept clean and maintained to a high standard throughout the stay, especially when there was heavy rain during the first few days! The restaurant manager was especially welcoming and went to a lot of trouble to make sure gluten free food was available for my coeliac daughter. The grounds of the hotels are beautiful and very handy for either walking to Pathos centre or getting the local buses.

Stayed for the week with my 4 children. They helped us to the room with our cases on arrival. Free birthday cake on my birthday. Clean rooms, small but adequate as a base. Nice pool area. Kids club was excellent. Good location for beach & bus route for paphos Harbour. We all enjoyed our stay & would return!

Style of the rooms is a little old fashioned but they were spotlessly clean and a great size. We were worried it would be noisy given the number of apartments but it was very quiet in the evenings (although this might be different during peak season). Great location, you can easily walk to restaurants and across the road there is a walk that goes all the way into the Paphos harbour - perfect for families with pushchairs.

Good sized modern rooms. Friendly, happy staff. Large reception/lounge area. Great pool area with friendly entertainment crew keeping people entertained with games exercises in and around the pool. Food very good and would be happy to stay there again.

Pleasant friendly hotel. Staff always helpful, cleaners work tirelessly to keep the hotel spotless. Restaurant staff delightful. This time around the food was good but not as varied as previous visit...this was down to availability of goods. An overall excellent second experience.

Overall we had an enjoyable 2 week bed & breakfast stay at Avanti Village. The apartments are spacious with good air conditioning. The location is quiet so long as you have respectful neighbours, which luckily we did! The grounds have lots of trees and plants and the swimming pools are excellent. There is a swim-up bar in the main pool. Breakfast is good with a varied selection to choose from. About 35 minute walk to the harbour 5 minute walk the nearest beach, although this is small and quite rocky. If you want a decent beach you'll need to travel further by car or bus, maybe to Coral Bay? The slight negatives: Wi-Fi often dropped out. If you want to use the safe in the apartment there is an extra charge of 2.50 euros per day. This is the first place we've stayed where there is such a charge. The apartments are looking a bit dated and slightly rough around the edges inside. Cleaning standards could be better. We found a bottle of sun cream and a hair roller from previous occupants under the bed, among quite a thick layer of dust and cobwebs. They clearly don't clean under here very often!

Very nice place. Rooms are four per building, nicely spread over the compound. Lots of families. We had one with a nice private terrace. one bedroom, two airco's. The harbour is about 2km, where you can also find a larger supermarket. Corona slashed about two thirds of the shops and restaurants. So old town was a bit disappointing. Around this location there is plenty left. Beach is across the street. A few hundred meters to the left is a nice sheltered bay with some sand. The water is very clear. Swimming pool is good enough. Plenty of beds.

Great hotel. Everything exactly as in description. Very clean inside and out. Staff very friendly. Rooms cleaned daily. Easy to get bus or taxi. Lovely jacuzzi ( pay extra to use). Lots of beds/ umbrellas. If you're a sunworshipper you need to follow sun round as trees around complex shade some of the areas. Food lovely but repeated weekly. Breakfast choice very good.

The minute we arrived at 3am as we were four hours late staff were excellent. Room spotless and beautiful view to pool and sea. There was plenty to choose for breakfast very civilised. Pool area fantastic you could access sun beds at any time. I have to say a thank you for the entertainment in the day especially aqua gym I gained more confidence in the water. A special thank you to the manager Chloe who organised a special place to go for our silver wedding and made our day so special my friend for life. All management our amazing to. We cannot wait to come back same time next year amazing hotel amazing holiday.

Amazing stay. Staff are very friendly and the hotel is spotless. Food is also very good with every night a different theme. Entertainment was good most nights. Would highly recommend and will be coming back

Overall we had a fabulous holiday, and the hotel was great. Staff were amazing especially Renata and the lads in the bars. Food was nice and everything was tasty, though deserts were all too samey. The only negative we had was the hotel had a sense of scrimping to save money Entertainment was dreadful. Cocktails were not great for the price (not expensive just poor) No ice machines in the hotel, and you can only get ice if you buy a drink from the hotel. Definitely not 4 star Overall though, a nice place to stay and just a walk away from the harbour, just needs a bit of a refurb and look at what other 4 star hotels offer

Holiday with friends. Comfortable and Clean rooms. Friendly and efficient staff. A variety of good food and drink at mealtimes. Very convenient for the beach and local shops and restaurants. Great pool with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Pool Bar, indoor pool, Various organised activities. Reception mini market shop takes cash, Bars and Restaurant are Card or Room Charge only. A very pleasant Hotel to spend your holiday in.

Great hotel the room basic but nice. Breakfast was good and selection same. All staff friendly and helpful,rooms cleaned everyday. Close to all amenities

Overall service was excellent. We did have a very rude receptionist when we arrived at 3.30am who told us we were at wrong hotel and they had no rooms, then told we had arrived a day early. Eventually allocated a room, then told someone was already in there. I gave 5 stars because the next day it was sorted and all the other staff were wonderful. Never saw the receptionist again. The lady who cooks the eggs is amazing.

I loved The Avanti Hotel. Really nice and great location. 20 minute walk to the harbour too. Thank you Ash for the daily Aqua Gym, loved it and you were so good.

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff providing entertainment (We Love Ash). Cleaners keep the rooms very clean so a really nice atmosphere at all times. Air-con was very helpful in the 35° heat and the safe only cost 18€ for the week. Only drawbacks: •Only 2 plug sockets per room (British 3-pin plugs are all that are needed) so would recommend bringing a power bank or two •The harbour where the most shops and restaurants are is a 15-20 minute walk away so would get a taxi one night to learn the route.

We found this hotel excellent! The location is not to far away from the harbour, in fact a nice walk by the sea will get you there in 20 tops. The breakfast and bar food was lovely,with a wide range and the breakfast was forever topped up regularly. The staff were amazing and cannot do enough for you, from cleaners, bar staff, life guards and receptionist. Our son had an accident not serious, but serious enough for 1st aid. Zoe the front of house manager looked after him and checked up every day after to make sure he was fine, as though he were her own son. Lovely place and we will be back again.

This is my 2nd visit to the Avanti Hotel. It’s a family run hotel and up against a tremendous amount of competition with numerous other 4* hotels in its vicinity. The staff work very hard to make sure your holiday is fantastic, the reception staff are always there for help and advice, the dining areas are excellent with two separate areas for breakfast and evening meal. The staff especially Dining room manager Renata always has a smile and welcomes you. The room maids always made sure are rooms were cleaned daily and replenished, very polite and friendly. The pool area is good with large pool, small children’s pool and indoor pool. Plenty of sun beds and no need to worry about parasols as there’s plenty of trees to sit under. There’s also grass areas too where you can lay out. You can take a 20 minute walk to Kato Paphos or catch the local bus just outside the hotel on the main road. The small beach and water sport activities are only a 5 minute walk away.

Myself and friends stayed here whilst on holiday. A large sprawling complex with plenty of pools and activities. Amazing food and restaurants and bars With the most friendly and helpful staff. The apartments were spacious and very clean and had all the amenities required. Comfy beds large bathrooms and all mod cons expect. They had UK plug sockets in all of the apartment making it far easier to charge items and not have to fiddle with converter plugs. Situated closely to the beach. With plenty of areas around it to keep people occupied such as bars shops and a water park. Less than a five minute drive to the harbour. I would highly recommend coming here for a long stay

The customer service here are fantastic. My son had his birthday and without me saying anything, they left a birthday cake with happy birthday icing in the apartment. Rooms cleaned every day. Pool good but unfortunately you have to do the early morning reservation thing. That's the only bad bit I could think of. Nice place, only a few minutes walk from the beach where the sun sets are amazing.

I stayed here late September 2019, absolutely lovely apartments, so spacious, maid service every day, pool towels supplied. Fantastic location close to the beach, and lovely board-walk into the Paphos harbour. Pool was lovely, and overall the area was really clean and felt very safe. Would 100% recommend to families and couples looking for a relaxed get away! Thanks for a lovely stay!

We have had a fantastic holiday. The staff are all so friendly. There are lots of bars and restaurants a short walk away and lots of things to do. The rooms are clean. The beds are very comfortable. Would definitely come again

A lovely and friendly hotel, the apartments are clean and tidy, staff are all welcoming and are very friendly. The pool is clean, though some tiles need replacing. This is our second time here and it didn’t disappoint, definitely come back!

I got married at the hotel. It was a fantastic experience. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I really can not thank them enough for being such a wonderful hosts. The hotel is the perfect place for a wedding. We had 32 guests and everyone who came were so complimentary about the hotel. We were even treated to a magnificent breakfast in bed by the hotel. This is a fabulous hotel with friendly staff and excellent varied menu in the well run restaurant. Rooms modern and clean. Would have preferred walk in shower but you can't have everything.

This was our fourth stay at the Avanti. All staff great hotel excellent 👍 Can't wait to get back next year. Just like home from home. Can't praise the Avanti enough.

Staff very helpful, rooms large and modern. Plenty of sunbeds even around midday. Breakfast was decent, but not a huge amount of variety. Didn’t try dinner so I couldn’t comment on that. Pool bar and lobby bar were both nice also. My only criticisms would be the entertainment wasn’t great and very repetitive, same songs played multiple times a day at the pool, and limited plug sockets in the room which was inconvenient with two people trying to get ready and charge phones. Maids are extremely helpful and efficient, cleaning at all times of the day to make sure the rooms get done. The location is also good, it’s 2 minutes walk from the beach, and roughly 20 mins along the coast to the main promenade, but it’s a nice walk so we didn’t mind. Would definitely stay here again!

It's a nice hotel, clean and everything. But nothing special. Also in this part of Paphos you're better off staying at one that opens onto the promenade at the shoreline. This has been well thought out by the local authorities and allows both the hotels and the public seemless access to the shoreline for miles. You can walk up to the harbour etc. without having to walk along a single road or be near any traffic.

Lovely holiday based at this hotel. Staff friendly, informative and helpful, everyone couldnt do enough to ensure your holiday was one to remember. Immaculate rooms, public areas and pool. Good variety of food. Dining staff very friendly and attentive. Would recommend staying here.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel the rooms are clean and modern although the corridors are a bit more dated. The main lobby is nice and very well air conditioned. I have seen various comments about the wifi but it is definitely free throughout the hotel and I always had good connection no matter where I was. The pool is very large so it was never too busy even when fitness classes or water polo were on. There is loads of sunbeds which is great no need to get up early to try to get them, even in the afternoon there was always beds available. The hotel was well situated for access to various beaches and watersports. There is also good restaurants very close by for evening meals, we thought we would have went down to the harbour area more often but there was no need.

Lovely hotel. Fabulous pool, clean rooms, friendly atmosphere. Manager of the restaurant was a bit aloof with us and drinks/bottles are just plonked on the table for you pour yourself but minor issues all in all.

Don’t normally write reviews but just got back from a weeks stay half board. Food was nice. Entertainment staff and reception team were very friendly and extremely helpful. Was my husbands 30th birthday whilst we were there and they left a bottle of Champaign in the room at no cost which I thought was a nice gesture. Rooms were cleaned well and apartments are of good size. Overall good stay, would definitely return 👍

We have had a wonderful 10 days at Avanti Village. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. The grounds were immaculate with orange & lemon trees. We arrived on the 1st day of reopening & the staff couldn't be more helpful & friendly. The breakfast was very fresh with a large selection. The staff were outstanding, especially Dimitra & Elsa - lovely ladies who went out of their way every day. The kids loved the pools & the activities. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. The Avanti Hotel next door was also worth a visit for dinner - tasty, fresh & plentiful.

Rooms are nice. No shampoo. Nice kitchen Equipment, no dishes soap. TV is very small and only in the living room. Kids club was closed at specified working hours. Jacuzzi is closed. Indoor pool is not hot. Very little vegetables on breakfast. It feels like the hotel that has just opened after 2 years, is not fully ready for guests. It can improve very easily , the facility is nice! so it might worth a chance at a later date.

Over the moon with our stay at Avanti Village. We were one of the first families to arrive after their 2yr lockdown due to covid. It was very quiet but all the staff were attentive and friendly. We stayed bed only, but did have lunch in the resort and could not fault a single meal (and there were 8 of us). We will definitely be back.

The hotel was immaculate and our room was really lovely with a view over the pool. The hotel had a lovely light smart and airy feel to it. The staff were very helpful and always had a smile for you. I look forward to going back again and highly recommend this hotel. The managers as of the restaurant was very attentive and could not do enough for you.

My husband and I stayed here 13 years ago and it was lovely, we did go out of season and it was very peaceful and as l remember it the staff were excellent 😊

5☆ Hotel with great service. Clean, air conditioning worked like magic in the heat of 33°c. Pool is great with planned activities during the day and evening for adults and kids. Breakfast is repetitive but good dinner has a theme each day and delicious! Perfect location, easy to catch a bus into the harbour or the water park. The hotel is right across from the beach which great for and evening or morning stroll/swim. Highly recommend if visiting Paphos on holiday with the family. Thanks Avanti Hotel.

Lovely hotel, well appointed, with friendly staff. Very clean, lovely facilities, and a great pool. Breakfast buffet wasn't brilliant, quality adequate but not what I'd call 4*. Location is great, next to its neighbour village, or a short walk to the beach, or into Paphos itself. The main thing we didn't like was the loud entertainment until nearly 11pm when we have small kids. The patio doors deflected a bit, but nowhere near all. Nonetheless had a great holiday at this hotel.

We had a lovely week at the Avanti village. The apartment was good 👍. We were half board the breakfast was fine but the dinner wasn't as good. It was very quiet in the dining room and some of the food wasn't hot. The staff were all great very helpful and friendly. I would come again but do bead & breakfast.
