Elysia Park is a child-friendly Resort with good activities for children. They have a nice pool area, here is nice, clean and the staff is friendly. Their Spa area is not very good, there is a lot of noise so it does not feel like a spa area. Their cafe and restaurant offer good food and a cozy atmosphere. The resort can help with car rental, boat rental for the Blue Lagoon and much more. The rooms are lovely and well equipped. However, you should be aware that Elysia Park Resort is approximately a 30-minute walk from the city and there is poor public transport from the area. due to the location and noise in the spa area, we give Elysia park Resort 4 Stars ☀️☀️☀️☀️

The hotel rooms are cozy and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped. The hotel is ~30 minutes easy walking from the Mall or the Harbor. I'd like to put in special emphasis the exceptional service of the reception staff. These are probably the most efficient, pleasant, empathic, informative and helpful hotel staff in the world. We noted it as we first set foot in the lobby, but it became all the more appreciated when we had a real problem and got the best care. Thank you Elysia Park staff, you're absolutely the best!

Elysia park was amazing. Felt so safe and at home here. Staff were accommodating and very friendly. We did have some bugs in our room at night on 2 occasions - but this was sorted quickly and they never returned. Location is okay - can easily order taxi from the hotel or drive to places. But a little far out to walk anywhere. My friend and I loved the Elysia Breeze lounge/food restaurant. Went for breakfast every day and also lunch some days - incredible food. Pool was beautiful and it wasn't overly busy - easy to get to a sun lounger. Would definitely stay here again. My holiday here was perfect.

We stayed here for a family vacation in the middle of August. We arrived at night, and one of the reception team waited for us and took us to the room. A great room with facilities for a short stay. Wonderful pool. Everything that needed to be taken care of was fixed very fast. Cleaning services every second day of our stay. The only thing need to know that this place is more suitable if you travel with car because the public transportation in Paphos is very poor...

My experience in Elysia Park was terrible. I have been in Cyprus 7 times in the last 3 months and my experience was great until I went to Elysia Park. If you are considering to spend your vacation there, please consider the above: 1. You need to turn on the boiler 40-50 minutes only to get 15 minutes of hot water. If you are 2 people, that means around 2 hours of waiting for hot water. My boyfriend and I simply skipped shower because we were too tired to wait for the water at night. 2. The cleaner cleans the rooms only once in 3 days. That means your room will stay dirty and towels will not be replaced unless you go to the reception to collect new towels. 3. Staff is simply rude. They try to make you feel like you are a weirdo for stating the obvious. With that being said, one worker was very kind. 4. The room is very tiny and claustrophobic. Our safe box didn't work and you can tell maintenance is not their strong point. 5. Breakfast- although you pay for it separately, we didn't even bother eating there. The buffet is very minimal and nothing like a hotel buffet. If you want a nice breakfast you can drive to a nearby restaurant/café. I highly recommend Pambis Diner which is a walk away. They have great breakfasts and lunches. Overall the experience is bad. If you are looking for the vacation vibe, this is not the right place for that. No adequate room service and issues with the hot water make you concerned with stuff you shouldn't be bothered by while on a vacation. Spending a total of 4 hours on showers only takes away from your vacation time and relaxation. I simply do not recommend.

Rooms - good enough; facilities - perfect (you can really get everything on site: shop, pharmacy, gym, restaurant, spa). Staff is very friendly! Surrounding is the only minus, but it’s 25 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car to a harbour.

We visit for the comfortable chairs, amazing vista and their superb filter coffee with cream accompanied by wonderful complimentary coconut macaroons! We visit a few times a year and always have to walk round the coast path to the Elysia. Nowhere else quite like it.

This was our second year in a row at Elysia Park Hotel, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The warm and friendly attitude of the staff is truly remarkable. They make you feel like family from the moment you step through the door. The facilities here are outstanding. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel is evident, from the beautifully landscaped grounds to the well-appointed rooms. What keeps us coming back is not just the comfortable accommodations, but the genuine care and hospitality that the entire team at Elysia Park exudes. It's not just a hotel; it's an experience. We highly recommend Elysia Park Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway. It's a gem that we will continue to cherish and return to.

Had an amazing stay at Elysia park the garden residence was perfect for us, the pools were clean and although we went in August there were always loungers available, the staff are brilliant and always at hand for anything you need. The location was great as was in between the harbour and old town which both have brilliant restaurants. We will definitely be returning as had a perfect holiday. Recommend a car as both old town and harbour around a 5/6 minute drive away. Also nearest beaches around 5 minute drive away.

We really enjoyed our stay at Elysia Park complex. The staff were very kind and polite. The room was clean and well equipped. We visited at the beginning of November, so it was not crowded and had a very quiet atmosphere.

Nice and big apartments, good service. Lock your important things in the safe box. No big different between deluxe and comfort in my opinion. Location is great, we had a car but you can walk to the nice area

I've found the apartment rented amazing! It was clean, spacious and with modern furniture. The pool was amazing, very large and clean.. The restaurant had very good food, the breakfast was amazing and the cheese platter was astonishing. I've found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. The prices were extremely reasonable and I will definitely come again.

Nice place, but if you stay near resturant and bar you hear music til 23, but rooms are nicer on that side... In general staff very helpful and nice. Location is 25min walking distance from beach or other interesting locations (tombs, harbour etc), what is good for some movement and fitness :-) pools nice and clean, good for families.

I feel this place is a bit misrepresented on their website, it's not a "resort" or feels like a 4 star property as categorized on Google. Rather, it's a fairly basic apart hotel. Staff are kind and rooms are good, but overall it could be much cleaner across the development. GIven the quite remote location and prices comparable to hotels right by the sea, I would likely not return. Good option for families with kids and a car though.

All 5 of us had an absolutely amazing 10 days here. The 2 bedroom room was very spacious, clean, tidy with all the utensils we needed except for a measuring jug.!! Not a deal breaker. The maids came in regular to clean, mop, vacuum & change the sheets, the towels & top up the soap dispensers etc in the 2 bathrooms. The pool was great & there always seemed to be beds available for us to use. There is no shuttle bus as advertised!! It was a little out of the way so cost €12 to the harbour & €15 back so we got a car cheap enough to get us about. Would definitely go back as all the staff were very helpful & friendly & the whole place/resort was lovely.

Excellent!!! Well located, parking available, rooms are tidy and well equipped, the staff is friendly and the pool area is amazing. We took the studio flat, which was the cheapest option, and it was equipped with a full kitchen with high quality appliances, cutlery and crockery, living room with a sofa bed, a TV with international channels and a balcony. The bedroom had a safe. The toilet/shower was nice and big, good water pressure. A couple of things to keep in mind - they made no difference to us, but they might be taken into consideration: - The property is not located at the beach, but it's central and there are buses, supermarkets and pharmcies less than 5 min away walking. The beach is about 20-30 away walking. - There's no housekeeping/room cleaning daily, because it is not a traditional hotel, but a complex of apartments/flats with kitchen/fridge, living room etc. If you want the bed made, you have to do it yourself. - The breakfast is not excellent, but again as it's not a traditional hotel, the breakfast is paid separately if consumed, which is a great deal. Besides, you can buy your own stuff and prepare your own breakfast in the kitchen provided. None of those things made any difference to us, so we are completely satisfied, loved our stay there and would not only recommend, but we would like to stay there again.

The service was fantastic on arrival and throughout our stay, very organised and efficient. The whole complex is very well kept and pool was amazing. Pool was heated, great depth for children. Regular cleaning of all areas was in progress the whole week. Checkout time of the apartment was 12pm and they offered us a courtesy apartment to use for one hour to shower before travelling to the airport, this was an amazing touch and made our last day really easy. Would highly recommend to stay at Elysia park however would need a car to travel to restaurants/beach.

One of the nicest places I have stayed at due to the great hospitality of the reception staff. They are the ones who make this place memorable, there is not enough that they can do for you. They provide a 5 star service and are very passionate about there jobs. Also a great recommendation for the selection of room by Eleni in reservation. Elysia Park these guys need a raise as they do you very proud. Will definitely be staying there again.

Clean, bright, equipped with the essentials, washing machine but bring washing liquid and scissors if needed. Beautiful pool open from sunrise to sunset. Restaurant, pharmacy and shop on site. Gym can be used by one person at a time and closed Saturday and Sunday so we we couldn't get in. Be careful of the suggested tours on arrival while very enjoyable but not for the covid conscious guests.

Amazing accomodation with good service and clean and luxurios flats. Highly recommended for stay in Paphos. Sea might be 20 minutes away but there is great pool. Staff is extremely helpful. We were there on honeymoon and as we told them that we've found some chocolate, wine and congratulation letter waiting us on apartment. 5*

Nice week in December, indoor pool, big outside pools still open in December but too cold to swim my son tried but he lost :) huge rooms, 20min walk to beach, a lot of parking space if you rent a car, nice staff special Polish lady at reception 🇵🇱 :) everything was perfect thanks

We really liked our apartment. It was spacious and clean and there was everything we may need (well equipped kitchen, iron, washing machine from Bosch.). You can also rent beach towels (10€ deposit in cash). Looking at the pictures in google though I have an impression that our room was even prettier than what most of the pictures show. We stayed in block 7, we booked it via booking.com. The outdoor pool never gets too crowded, we haven’t had a chance to check the indoor pool because it closes at 5PM. There is also a nice bar restaurant. The gym that belongs to the Elysia Park is a real gym where also locals go, so every afternoon it was really full. The reception is extremely helpful and friendly. Ask them about arranging an airport transfer as we got really good price (25€) and the taxi company was great. There are also plenty of free parking spots at the hotel. The only downsides are that the music in the bar was a bit too loud until very late hours especially on Saturday. Also, If you are a pool holiday fan you may be bothered by the fact that the outdoor pool is really cold and has very strong smell of chlorine. The location is fine but not perfect, 2km to the seaside and 2km to the old town. Nothing nearby, but since Paphos is very safe and parking is not an issue we didn’t mind walking or driving around.

Everything was good but gym. There are many specific rules which should be described previously on hotel reception. No children in gym, only closed sport shoes allowed, work time 0900-1700, cold jacuzzi was a cherry on a cake. Other things in hotel I like: service, small store nearby, place for car, pharmacy and good restaurant .

Stayed here for two weeks in February, 2022. This complex has one of the most spacious areas in Paphos, and probably in Cyprus as a whole, which is great for families with children - you can walk with a stroller or ride a scooter or bicycle. The outdoor pools are maintained even in winter, so you or your kids can swim if you want. There's also a heated indoor pool available by appointment during quarantine restrictions (you'll need to make a deposit of €5 for the spa area access card and €10 optionally for each towel if you need them). There is also a restaurant that was not working at the time of our visit, but there is a diner within walking distance where you can eat or drink coffee. There is also a restaurant that was not working at the time of our visit, but there is a diner within walking distance where you can eat or drink coffee. Nearby is a grocery store and pharmacy, as there are a couple of kiosks where you can buy cheap local wine or an adapter for the European plug. The apartments are clean and spacious. Look out for the two-bedroom deluxe 102 in block 7 if you want a wonderful spacious terrace overlooking the pools and fountain. The apartment has a washing machine and dishwasher, but you will need to buy your own laundry detergent if you want to use it. There is a kettle, but no coffee machine. Also in the kitchen a lot of different cookware, but keep in mind that the teflon coating on some items are significantly worn. The mattresses on the beds are quite comfortable, there are also additional pillows of different fillings(!). Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, there is also a dressing table at which you can also work on your laptop if necessary. The Internet connection has a sufficient data rate for online meetings, but can drop a lot from time to time, depending on the occupancy of the hotel. Of course, there are disadvantages, but I have no desire to describe them, because they are insignificant and overlapped by the responsive service provided by the hotel staff. So I recommend paying attention to this complex if you are looking for a place to work and travel with your family in winter. Lifehack: Elysia Park's official website booking system works just fine and offers better prices than any other booking service.

We went in December. During Covid! So unfortunately the sauna was not open and the pool was restricted. Decent enough hotel though. Old town is a 30 minute walk

  • 4/5 Sandra L. 2 years ago on Google
Great apartment/hotel complex in Paphos. The apartment was modern and very spacious. The grounds are well kept. We ate at the restaurant, Elysia Breeze as well. Portions were huge and prices reasonable. Our only complaints is that we wished the hours for the pool/gym were longer (currently 8-5 Monday-Friday. Not sure if this is restricted due to covid or if it is always like this) and that a few more basics were included in the apartment (eg. Salt, pepper, cooking oil).

Very nice complex with nice pools, friendly staff, responsive and understanding. Clean rooms equipped with everything you need for a complete stay. Super restaurant with very delicious food in the complex. The only negative is that in block 12 of the complex there was no good mobile coverage and wireless.

We asked for 2 units for 2 families and we asked to be next to each other...with my son family and my grandchildrens...the lady for the reception refused to do that...we asked for quite unit ..we get unit on a main room!! Currently staying here as a family of 4. Very good experience. We like the location as away from crowds. Bus stop to harbour from outside restaurant - you can get the timetable from Reception. You could walk to harbour in 20-25 mins. Lovely pool. Get down early for sunbeds - especially if you prefer to hangout at kids pool. Reception are very good and helpful. Will be booking again!!

Very nice place with many services and secure indoor parking. We went in low season and got early check-in at 10am, with late checkout at 2pm free! They can rent out cars starting at 20€ which isn't far from airport rental, if it was published I would've rented from them. -ve: the only thing is that there are almost no free amenities, you only get shampoo and few packs of sugar with green tea, so don't expect the stard hotel pack.
