These apartments are simple in style, maybe a little more traditional in style in some people's eyes, but perfect base location just behind tombs of the kings Avenue, ( you do not hear any noise inside the apartment at all!) The staff are incredibly welcoming, Friendly and helpful, spotlessly cleaned every day apart from Weds, Sun and bank holidays, has a pool, snackbar/restaurant and facilities which is unusual but a real bonus for self contained apartments, had a lovely comfortable stay highly recommended!

So we got the room with kitchenette. There was oven, water kettle, microwave and stove. Oven was not working and stove was so old that barely heated anything. Also there was no dishwashing liquid and a sponge to clean up. apart from that it was nice and big room with big balcony. Pool is beautiful, stuff was so nice.

We stopped here as part of our self catering holiday through tui. The room were dated but very clean and comfortable. There is a reasonable sized pool and plenty of sun beds with a poolside bar and restaurant with a large selection of hot and cold drinks. The staff were both helpful and friendly, the apartments and also close to all of the local amenities and bus routes.

Lovely Appartments in a great location. Close to many restaurants. Rooms was large and very clean and well kept, they only clean your rooms and empty bins 5 out of 7 days, the cleaning staff do amazing for the size of the resort, even the paths and round the pool are cleaned which is great. We found the kitchen to be very well equipped, even cooked a few meals ourselves. Great outdoor pool. Do note only drinks and food purchased from the pool snack bar can be consumed round the pool. However there are plenty of options from the Snack Bar.

Probably the least welcoming hotel /apartments we have ever stayed. I have no issue to price or studio size or even the dated furnishings. I do take exception to it not being clean. This goes for the studio and the gardens and the pool area and the gym and play area and public facilities. The whole place feels unloved and Unkept , dark and dingy. Everywhere you look there are signs up telling you that you have pretty much entered this complex At your own risk and that the management takes no responsibility . It clearly relies on repeat customers who must be deluded that this is a slice of paradise. It is not. You are moments away from a duel carriageway with regular boy racers whizzing by. The swimming pool and the hundred or so sunbeds are packed in like sardines. Despite staying self catering you cannot take your own food or drinks including water around the pool area and must buy from the on-site cafe bar which overcharge for soft drinks.

Great place to stay, central location, many restaurants and bars nearby. Facilities are kept clean and presentable at all times. Staff work extremely hard and are very friendly. The rooms are basic but kept very clean and are comfortable and have everything you could want. Hats off to the lady who works the snack bar in the day time, you're a superstar and work so hard..thanks also to Ted who made my strawberry mojhito..😋..would definitely recommend and would love to come back.

We have been travelling through europe for the past 3 months staying in a range of 2-5 star hotels so I always have an open mind and give honest reviews! The rooms are very dated and worn with dark heavy furniture (see pics) The soft furnishings really need updating and deep cleaning. The sofa is very uncomfortable. €10 a week for safe. The appliances are a stained yellow colour and need replacing. The hairdryer is old and unfit for use and needs replacing. You are not provided with any washing up liquid or cleaning clothes which I found disappointing for self catering. The beds are comfy and the kitchenette and bathroom although dated are very clean and have everything you need to make a snack. Air conditioning unit works well which was needed during high temps in June. Can’t speak highly enough of the cleaning staff who did a great job everyday. Towels and bedding changed on a regular basis. Great wifi throughout the hotel. The poolside area was not clean. Plastic cups and ashtrays left all around on a daily basis, it seemed that fellow guests don’t know what a bin is. I never saw the pool being cleaned and it was over run with a huge collection of oversized inflatables. There is also a lot of cats at the hotel who like to use the surrounding gardens as their toilet so there is a certain “odour” as your sunbathing. There are big signs around the pool stating that you can’t drink anything unless it’s purchased at the bar (even water)! These rules were ignored by the visiting cypriot guests who had there own cool boxes and bottles of Bombay sapphire by the pool. You’ll also find that some of your fellow “Brits abroad” and there kids like to play there own music, shout, scream and swear across the pool to each other. There’s nothing the hotel can do about it but just bear it in mind if your looking for a bit of peace and quiet then it might be difficult or an idea to use ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones to drown them out. Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Bar & Restaurant €7.50 for a breakfast, everywhere else in Paphos charges €4.50-6.00 Pint of beer is €3.30 (else where it’s €2.20) Bottle of sparkling water €2.90 (normally €1.90) Friendly staff. The gardens could do with a makeover and someone to do a bit of litter picking each day. There’s a Lidl 15 min walk away (turn right at main road out of hotel and walk for 1km) or catch the bus at McDonalds for €1.50 and it stops right outside Lidl. Jumbo superstore 10 min walk (like a massive Home Bargains) and supermarket at the Kings shopping Mall (turn left at main road out of hotel and walk 0.8km) Overall this is a maximum 2* budget hotel that reminds me of places I stayed in Greece in the 80’s. We got the impression that they are currently relying on repeat Jet2 and Tui customers that have been going for donkeys years and don’t know what they can get for there money at neighbouring hotels! The staff are super friendly but the hotel manager (Nico I think he’s called) never cracked a smile the whole 4 weeks we were there, we always try to speak a bit of Cypriot and he looked at us like aliens when we said “kalimera” maybe it’s because we weren’t a repeat customer and didn’t spend money in his bar. He really needs to look at his competitors and see what their providing, we stayed in 2 neighbouring hotels for an extra €10 a night and the difference was vast. If you are on a budget and want a quiet comfy bed close to the main strip of restaurants then this is the place for you.

The swimming pool is a great plus. Bar and snack restaurant in case of need. Room and facilities are very clean and well maintained. 👌 very nice experience and happy to support this family business hopping for them a fantastic summer season!

Awesome place, on our 3rd year. Staff great especially the dream team at night (Diana and Ted). You get what you pay for. Clean rooms and excellent service. It has a gym, indoor pool, shallow pool outside, pool bar. Food service between 0830-1630hrs. Other food served on the tomb of the king's road 100 yards away or bus it down to the harbour and try Steve's and the Castle. They are great too xxxxxxxxx 😎

We were here after the first lockdown October 2020. Was pretty empty and we really felt for Nico. Great hotel, apartments are spacious, well equipped and very clean. Kids loved the pool area. Close to the shops and restaurants. Me and the family loved it and swore to go back. And coming back we are, in April. Can’t wait.

Third time of visiting over the years and it didn't let us down. We're there for a clean bed to sleep in and that's what we got. The continental and English breakfasts are plenty to start the day on. Staff are all very friendly, chatty and helpful. I would definitely go back and recommend to others .

I have been here several times and the hotel and service is excellent once again The owner Nicholas can be grumpy but once you get to chat with him he a hard working and caring guy with his family they try to give a good holiday. Ted the night porter/barman/general go to helper comes across as grumpy it’s the Scottish in him and he is a very genuine guy willing to help loves his Celtic football club, his wife Helen covers days off in the bar day and night works hard and is lovely, Lilly runs the bar during the day and works hard single handed which she does well and is part of my holiday I cannot do with out.Demetrius night bar great sport friendly and once settled in will make feel you are at your local. The food served is good basic grub no frills, reasonable price and is carried out by one person she has been here for years but does not come to front of house to much. Cleaners are efficient and will look after you if you respect them which should be only good manners. The main team have been here for years and do a good job. The Gardner also bubbles up as the maintenance man and even though he does not speak much he is hard working keeps the site clean and ship shape every day ready for all to relax at the pool. Overall the hotel is adequate basic rooms but efficient, bar good, pool is the centre of your holiday and even though it is not heated it is like getting into a warm bath every day. So another holiday passes and I will be returning again soon as it is starting to feel like home. Courtney clan

What a great hotel. Lovely staff who can't do enough for you. Location is good, it's a 2 minute walk to the main road with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants but it's lovely and quiet. You can get the bus from here to lots of places of interest. We enjoyed the harbour. Two good supermarkets within about a 20 minute walk (one of them is lidl) or you can get the bus. The car hire place opposite the hotel comes recommended too, reasonable prices (90 euro for 3 days) and good service. The rooms are basic and maybe in need of an update but ours was very clean and well equipped. The kitchen had all we needed to make basic meals. Small oven/hob, full size fridge, microwave, kettle, pots and pans, knives, plenty of plates, cups, bowls etc. The pool is lovely but fairly deep (my 7 year old could only stand up in the middle section of it) although there is a small shallow kids section. It's not heated but refreshing when you are hot! All in all, lovely hotel, great value for money. Thank you for a great stay!!

We stayed at Kefalonitis hotel apartments in September 2023. The rooms and bar area were a bit dated but were spotlessly clean with rooms been cleaned 5 times per week. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms had air conditioning which worked really well and was not noisy. The apartments themselves are very quiet and adequately stocked so you can have some meals in the room if you want to. All of the apartments had a balcony. The pool was large and very clean and there were lots of sunbeds available. Bar food is served at breakfast and lunchtime and there is a great selection of cocktails. The apartments are within easy walking distance of several restaurants and bars and there is easy access to routes around Paphos. We hired a car and were able to travel around easily. There is a free car park at the apartments. There is a large Lidl within 10 minutes drive and I think this is also on a bus route.

If you love cats this is the place for you. There's an abundance of them. And visitors insist on feeding them. I'm not a cat person and my wife hates them. Also a delightful collection of arachnids.

We were in a studio apartment which is probably the basic end of their range. The room was clean and tidy and everything in good condition. Excellent shower and BATH. The pool was clean and attractive and well provided with loungers. Pool bar was ok but did very basic and English food, not much local colour. Very easy access to areas of interest. Less than half hour walk to archaeological sites, old village and harbour area. Many good eateries within walking distance. Farmers market shop 6 min walk, kept us provided for meals in our room. Cooking facilities ok. A good budget place to stay.

Peaceful hotel, clean friendly close to all amenities, easy walk to the sea, coral bay a bus ride away, the harbour a bus or walk away. Family friendly or adult friendly. No complaints. Pool not too busy, hotel busy but not uncomfortably packed. Very happy with our stay here. 2 adults, 3 children including one with special needs.

We've just arrived back from 2 weeks staying at this lovely hotel. The apartment was big and very well equipped. The cleaning service was very good with lots of towel and bed changes. The pool and area clean with plenty of sunbeds.

  • 3/5 Nico L. 7 months ago on Google
The Hotel is nice and I enjoyed my stay there. The air-conditioning in the room worked perfectly and was very much needed. The English breakfast was nice, there is also a continental breakfast option too. I would definitely suggest here for anyone coming to Pafos and I'd definitely comeback here. The location of the hotel is in walking and driving distance of the kings avenue mall and the harbour. There's a car hire right outside the hotel on the opposite side of the road. However; the hotel needs investment. There was a cracked plug socket in my room. The interior (reception, bar and rooms) is 5-10 years behind where it should be. There's a air hockey table, pool table and table tennis table by the pool that look like they haven't been touched for years and now just look grubby. The kitchen at the bar closes somewhere between 15:15-15:45 everyday. Plus, there's rules about only eating and drinking what you've bought at the bar at poolside and reception 🤷🏻‍♂️. Finally, if you like cats there's a couple that roam the grounds.

The room sizes were quite good but very dated. The main bed was comfortable but the sofa bed was awful to sleep on. The pool was nice but it was strong smelling which made me think it wasn't properly maintained. Food and bar services OK. Location was quite good near a good selection of bars and restaurants.

Big one bedroom appartment with seperate bedroom, a bit dated but was clean. Seats in the living area were very uncomfortable with a small tv with limited english channels. Large bathroom, but absolutely nowhere to put anything not even a single shelf. No toiletries provided. Aircon in the bedroom cold but blows directly onto the bed which made it a bit uncomfortable, but, left the aircon runnning in the lounge area and left the bedroom door open which made for a better nights sleep. Breakfast choice limited but Ok, but staff nice and friendly. Bar was Ok, but the cocktails were a bit hit and miss depending on who was serving at the time. Reception staff were helpful and friendly enough. Good location, overall was value for money though.

Great friendly hotel, basic, but clean. Not for those who spend a lot of time in their room, we are not and really enjoyed our time here. Nicos and Lillie were really first class

Apartment does need updating but at the end of the day bed are really comfortable, rooms are kept lovely and clean fresh towels nearly every day and such accomadating lovely friendly place still here but would be my 1st choice if we returned.

Honestly, not worth the cheap price for the room. Dirty rooms and grounds, uncomfortable beds, A/C is rubbish, Old and Outdated, Microwaved Food, Staff not great, Pool table broken, Spa closed, Air hockey table broken, TV in Room get no signal and Wi-Fi rubbish Do not believe the 5/5 ratings!

Ideally situated in an area quiet but walking distance to all facilities restaurants. The night time staff Ted and hellen were a credit to the hotel. Not forgetting the rest of the who were also excellent.

Lovely apartment although dated was extremely clean and spacious. We even had a bath which was unexpected, air con included and plenty of sunbeds. 5 mins walk to restaurants and bus stop for paphos Harbour or coral bay. Would definitely come again.

We had a studio apartment facing the garden which was lovely. Really spacious apartment with twin beds we pushed together. Small, but reasonably equipped kitchen. It was very clean and well kept. The staff are all lovely, polite and helpful.

We arrive around midnight after a flight delay to very blunt and abrupt management who made us feel guilty about turning up ... followed by "IF YOU WANT AC YOU PAY FOR IT" What !!!!!! One of the hottest countries on the planet and its not supplied? Room very basic and not seen a upgrade since the late 70s I reckon but clean . Wrong type of bath to put in a extra shower in which you had to lean against the wall to get covered lol not powerful ... kitchen 70s style NO cleaning cloths or towels. Bedding changed every couple of days some sheets coming back with stains though . Breakfast is full English or full English not much else no cereal or fruit option . Not had lunch but I believe it's a much better menu ... No evening meals . No evening entertainment apart from the pool bar . They do have a indoor pool area and spa which is closed due to covid . Pool area outside is nice plenty of sun loungers with todlers area off the main pool . I did read not to hire a car from outside ! But we had one for couple weeks cheap and reliable. Overall need a serious upgrade for us to come back . On the other had we got this room through jet2 after our original booking was changed couple of times.

The apartment was clean and well structured. Only problem with the apartment, the cooker was the size of a microwave! wasn't great for cooking and the pots had no lids which made it difficult to cook certain types of food. Good location where as the beach, pubs/bars and supermarket are all in walking distance. People are chilled and easy to approach. Good weather starts from late April - 26 to 30

Lovely place to stay in Paphos. Clean rooms that get cleaned regularly. Staff helpful, friendly. Pool is fantastic. Lovely bar area that do good breakfast and snacks. It is away from the main strip, so quieter, but still plenty of pubs and restaurants in short walking distance. Would definitely recommend and come back here.

The hotel is not bad, the room is clean, but no cleaning service. Most of all I liked the staff at the bar, very sincere people and smiling. Minus the Wi-Fi only at the reception, it is not very convenient. The location of the hotel is not bad, there are many restaurants with delicious food nearby, attractions, the beach.
